Hands down the number one location I would recommend to anyone needing any service from Verizon. Long story short I went to a different location for a much needed new phone and was helped and I thought all was good until I went to another location and found that the first location botched the billing, plan, and contact information by putting it on a complete strangers account. This location not only notified me about this but also took the time to fix, verify, and walk me through how to handle this issue with ease and patience.Eric and Mark were THEE best individuals to work with and I would recommend working with either of those fine gentlemen.

I have been a Verizon customer for over ten years. This location was the first to not make an effort to make me feel valued as a customer. The employee was polite but did not help find me a solution to my problem other than to tell me call customer service and look at me like Im crazy. The problem I had is one Ive had resolved through other locations with zero issues. With my problem unresolved, I am actively searching for a new provider.

The staff was nice enough but I was under the impression that this was a Verizon store. Theyre not. Theyre just an authorized retailer. I was told that my bill wouldnt change if I paid off my husbands phone and got a new one for myself. After several billing cycles I noticed my bill was still over $50 more than I was paying before. After calling Verizon I was informed that insurance and the Verizon cloud had been added to my new phone and they only gave $58 for my trade in whereas a corporate Verizon store would have given me over $250 which would have made my bill the same as before. After removing the insurance and the cloud I am still paying almost $40 more than before. Verizon says they cant do anything about it because this store isnt part of their corporate system.So, that being said, if you have Verizon and need anything, save yourself the headache and go to a corporate store.

Great experience at the Waukesha Verizon store on Grandview. Dan was great to work with and knowledgeable about the phones. Don’t think it was worth the fee to have the phone set up so next time will do that on our own though.

Go here not Sunset drive location. Bray H was awesome. Felt like I was in the apple store. This is not a “Corperate” store... literally.... It’s the same everything just employees with more skin in the game.Bray was calm, reassuring, informative/in tune to what I wanted to know.Built trust, appeased coworkers, got my stuff set up with minimal delay but not so fast that it felt wham bam. (I’m guessing there’s a suggested amount of time you work with a customer to avoid returns, for good reason more time to come up with questions)John Mark was the same way on the phone when I called earlier in the week, Brays been on the job less then 2 months... I’d bet my new iwatch he takes most of his pointers from John Mark.Happy camper.Can’t see a reason I’ll ever check out T-Mobile or AT&T again... I’m getting as good or better deal. Thanks again.

I walked into the Verizon store today without much background knowledge or information. I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do. Nick was incredibly helpful and gave me multiple options. He made me feel confident in my decision that I was doing the smartest thing and saving all money where I possibly could. My 70 year old mom went here to buy a new phone by herself. This place sold my mom an iPhone XR for 660 even though the phone is only 599 on Verizon’s website. Then they charged her a 35 dollar setup fee. When we tried to return the phone in the 14 day return period we were told that there was a 50 restocking fee. And then we lost another 40 because they sold her a phone protector that they installed and wouldn’t give her credit back. Be aware that they will take advantage of people who don’t know the prices of phones or the accessories. Stay away!!Follow up. After trying to return the phone and wasting almost two hours they said they would give my mom a 50 dollar credit bringing the phone to $610 and refund the $35 setup fee if she would keep the phone. Then after they saw the review I posted while I was waiting, they said that they would only cancel the contract and would not refund the $50 restocking fee or the $40 screen protector. Absolutely miserable experience. Do not send people that you care about here. Shady used car dealers and crooked mechanics are more trustworthy and pleasant than dealing with these lousy people. At least it only cost my mom $90 dollars to learn a very valuable lesson. It’s worth $90 to never have to deal with them. 😕

Stopped at Verizon in Pewaukee, it’s a new store and it’s very clean & modern. Talked with Charles P. and he was extremely helpful & kind. He was really patient and took his time to explain everything thoroughly. I recommend making this Verizon store your go-to!

Dan made the transition from my old phone to new phone painless. He helped set up everything and even helped me reset my Apple password. He made sure everything I needed was on my new iPhone before leaving and was patient with my lack of knowing how the new phone works. Go to him for all knowledge of Apple stuffs. He even offered to help set up my iPad for work. Awesome experience!!

Tim Palmer was super intelligent, patient and went above anything I would have expected. Spent over an hour helping me stay with Verizon and cancel my Spectrum mobile account. I couldnt be happier and more relieved with his superior service.

TERRIBLE!!! WATCH OUT THEY LIE!!! I BROUGHT IN A BRAND NEW IPHONE THAT WAS LOCKED TO VERIZON AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT SET IT UP AND I NEEDED TO RETURN IT, SO I COULD BUY ONE OF THEIR PHONES. GOOD THING I DID NOT BELIEVE THE WOMAN AND CALLED VERIZON MYSELF. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND I GOT THE IPHONE SET UP. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!

Bad customer service!Ive visited the store today, representative over there didnt treat the customers well, forcing customers to buy LG phones even if the customers request samsung phone.P.S: He is also using a samsung mobile.I think store needs to train their representatives well and should ask them to respect the customers desires rather than forcing them to buy the mobiles they have stocked up. If you are a LG fan, then this might be the best store you can visit, I wont recommend other users.Thanks for the awful experience!

I worked with Rachel Geer and she was awesome!! My son and father upgraded their phones and I ended up buying a Samsung watch. She was so patient and activated everything for us. We love her attitude and was very personable.

Imagine my panic when for no discernible reason, my Samsung phone erased or scrubbed everything from my phone! When turned back on, it was as though we were registering a new phone. Everything lost, including apps, contacts, photos, texts etc...Or, so we thought. Nick and Charlie tried valiantly to restore my phone to no avail. They called Verizon, Samsung and colleagues. There was no way to restore my phone. They quickly found my data in the Verizon cloud and uploaded it successfully to my new phone-- on which they found the best deal and a great device. Kudos to Nick, Charlie and Verizon. They are my personal and professional data heroes.🙂

I went into the Verizon store with a problem with a serious billing problem. I was helped by Zach S. And couldn’t be happier with the help he provided. A fraudulent charge had been placed on my account and Zach helped me through the full process dealing with the fraud department and the resetting of all the security information on my phone. The new location on Silvernail and Grandview is very pleasant and efficient and customer friendly. As much as I worried about the problem I had I am now thankful for the opportunity to experience such a positive and professionally handled situation.

Jake helped me enormously with my I-phone. He was patient and curious about really solving my problem. I came into the store very upset because I could not make or receive calls. I am dependent on my phone for my work and I was desperate. Jake tried all the options and because of his knowledge and expertise, I walked out of the store happy with the problem resolved. He got everything set up for me, and installed everything also. I am very pleased with the Waukesha store. The agents have always been helpful. I no longer use the Delafield location.
