Worked with Dave (who was a nice guy) to purchase a used van from their lot. Drove two and a half hours with our five kids in hopes of paying cash for a van. When we sat down to negotiate prices, Dave would not come down even a penny. He did not offer to help us find another vehicle that would suit our needs, nor help us with finance options. We wanted to pay cash and were hoping they would negotiate a little. Nothing. Ive never experienced this at car dealership and wont return there again.

Shady sales tactics. They sent me an email to Follow up on my inquiry. I have never talked to them in my life. Makes you wonder how ethical they are if this is the kind of sales tactics they use. I would not trust them to stand behind the cars they sell.

Not sure what type of spyware their spam provider is using but, I send an email from my company email to my insurance co. to add a work van to my policy and, not 5 mins. later, I receive their spam. Coincidence? Or is someone monitoring my private emails? I will make it a point to not set foot on an Ewald property.

I have leased several cars from Ewald and had several more serviced by them. Whether I dealt with sales or service, I have always been treated in a professional manner.

They keep sending me spam. I asked to be taken off their email list, but I keep getting their spam. I asked for them to call me, no one ever returns my calls. Not sure how a business operates when they do not return phone calls.
