Drove an hour and a half to check out a truck that looked great in pictures that was covered in rust that was spray painted over. Gave me a discount on it as I needed a vehicle, but claimed they fixed an exhaust issue and a couple month later.. What do you know.. Exhaust leak. Do not recommend.

Drove there to meet John. Test drove a Mazda CX-9, and at first, I was interested in purchasing. Eventually I decided not to purchase and emailed John I’d like my down payment back. He responded that he’d mail it to me, which he still never has and we’ll be going on two weeks shortly.It’s funny how he’ll give you the used car salesman pitch on how he isn’t the same as all of the other guys, and he always does the right thing, blah, blah, blahSmall claims court, here I come.The guy is a clown, save the headache and look elsewhere

Bought a kia minivan which was a great deal and in awsome shape.

We live in Northern Wisconsin -- 300 miles north of Sindic Motors. I saw one of their SUVs online, and it looked great! I spoke with Gene the first time I called. He answered all of my questions at the time. I called back the next day and spoke with John about the price; I wanted to know the best price they would offer before we made the long trip down. John was very fair with me, so we decided to go see the car.When we got to the lot, we met with Gene - what a nice guy! We hit it off well. The car looked great and ran well. It was a smooth deal for us because of the knowledge and extreme honesty John and Gene displayed throughout the entire process. I was very sorry I wasnt able to meet John in person, but hopefully I will get to meet John when we buy our next car at Sindic Motors.

So my wife and I bought a car there and we felt like we were getting a super great deal! When we took it for a test drive there was a some sound coming from the back brakes and I brought it up to them before we bought the vehicle. I was told, Oh thats just from sitting the last couple weeks, that will go away after you drive it a couple days. I personally had the tires off and checked the brakes last week and they are in GREAT shape! So I drove the vehicle a couple days and the sound didnt go away... I took the tires off and checked the pads and rotors and they were shot! After being told straight to my face that they were in great shape. Obviously I was a little upset... So I went to my mechanic and had him change the pads and the rotors and put a couple hundred bucks into this car we just bought...After all this happened I finally got in touch with the owner, and he took full responsibility and paid me back for the parts I had to put into the car. So I really appreciated that!Overall, I was a little mad that one of the workers there straight up lied to me. (Even if he was confused about what car.) I feel like you need to know your facts before you say it with certainty. He was only trying to make the sale and thats all that mattered to him. But John (the owner) was very helpful and willing to help me out afterwards and apologized for the misunderstanding.Overall it is a great car and we still got it for a good price.

Went to look at a car, cool, bought it and had a mechanic look at it, 2 broken sway bar links in the front, and the door window motor broke after the 1st time it rolled down. 225 later and the car is how it should have been when I bought it.

PUSHY -dishonest- and almost aggressive! Horrible experience, cant trust these guys. (Tried to sell me an Outback with a leaking head gasket... lied through his teeth assuming I didnt know what I was doing)
