Amanda was outstanding, full of energy and very professional. the transition from the 2018 Genesis 90 to the 2021 was well executed.The biggest issue was the monthly payment transition from the old to the new payment. There was a black hole in regards to how this was to transpire and the exact procedure for accomplishing the same. It did get handled but was clumsy at best.The service department had to handle a computer issue and was first class. Overall a good experience.Terry Mather

I had a great experience here and will return. I had an engine replaced on my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. It took a little longer than i thought it would at 8 weeks but i was set up with a nice 2020 Ford Explorer for the whole time it was there. The engine had a recall and was replaced at no charge to me and they took care of the other two recalls on the vehicle. I would recommend this Dealership because i was treated very well here from start to finish and a very good job was done. I was also given a full vehicle inspection for no charge. A+ service!

Thank goodness I was able to get a rental car. 2 days later I was able to get my car very pleased with the service staff was very friendly. Including the cashier lady. The main reason I returned to Boucher Hyundai when it was time to retire my 2004 Santa Fe was the wonderful service I received during the past 17-years of ownership. The great service advisors guided me through tire replacement, recalls and when necessary, saved me money with a loaner when a critical replacement part was delayed. I advised the salesman that their Service Department should get the sales credit for my new 2021 Santa Fe.Many thanks & keep up the great work!

It had been forever since buying a vehicle from a big dealer and I was not looking forward to doing it again but I took a chance and was soooo pleased with the experience here at Boucher. My Wife and I worked with Mike L via email and we scheduled a test drive, but decided to come in early. Mike L was off on the day we came in but luckily we had another fine salesman names Tommy to help us. He was very helpfully and even though we rushed to get through the sale because it was late in the evening the Boucher team wasnt pressuring us and was there to help us with all of our questions. It made the buying experience very easy and nice. I will always go back to a dealership like this because of their nice sales people and no added pressure from them. Weve dealt with Fawn Delaney on our last four vehicles. The dealership is convenient to our location which is always nice. Dealing with Fawn has been a pleasure as she is very detailed. We werent too happy about the Upcharge due to inventory issues and dont feel the customer has to absorb that but Boucher offset it with other perks and the EPC (Extra Protection Coverage) package which made it more palatable.

They had a very nice selection of what I was looking for. Alex (aka Xander) was super helpful and knew his stuff. Normally I feel like the sales person has no clue what they are talking about. Not this time! He also stayed well past closing to make sure my deal was complete and I was able to drive home in the SUV of my choice. He made sure I had everything I needed even when he would have been well within his right to just go home.

We drove an hour from home to visit this dealership. The trip was well worth our time and money. My husband and I purchased two vehicles this week. One was purchased at another Hyundai dealership earlier in the week and we didnt receive the level of customer service we received at the Waukeshadealership. The entire team we worked with there was professional, very knowledgeable about their vehicles, listened to what we were looking for, gave us an excellent trade in value for my car, were friendly and very aware of the amount of time we spent with them in order to purchase our new Calligraphy. Our sales agent Darlene was friendly as well as Patrick the District Sales Manager and JR our financial agent. We plan on taking the hours drive for all our required maintenance for both of our new vehicles because we know the level of customer service they strive to provide. We would definitely refer friends and family to this dealership.

They fixed my car and got it back to me within a week. They shouldve explained things a little better when it came to the sunbit financing. Couldnt get a rental the week I had no car cause they were backed up. I was able to get a shuttle to pick up my car though which was nice. All in all a good place to take your car to get fixed.

I was so impressed with Darlene Larsen, she took me through the entire process of buying my new Hyundai Kona 2022 Thunderbolt Gray Turbo charged limited edition. I am IN LOVE with my new car, So much technology --- I just CANT! Its sooo amazing! It truly is a dream car! It has ability to unlock itself... you get remote start, can even start it from your phone. Lane assist to help you stay in your lane, and also smart adaptive cruise control! WOWWWW!!! My current car is my fifth consecutive lease with the Boucher group. My wife is currently on her third consecutive lease with the Boucher group. Despite our continued loyal support, our experience was not what I was expecting.Due to limited new car inventories, I reserved my car on May 5 with a down payment. At that time, I made it clear that I wanted a cargo cover included at the time of delivery (May 15). Ten days should have been enough to coordinate my request. When we arrived on May 15, the cargo cover was not available NOR was the second set of keys available. In addition, blemishes (scratches) were noted on the new car. The salesperson did her best on the day of delivery to buff them out.The cargo cover was ordered and received by the dealership on May 25. The cover and second set of keys was delivered via FedEx Ground the next day at my expense.On May 14 I dropped off my previous leased vehicle and signed a Bill of Sale. We were told at that time that we would be receiving our equity check from Hyundai within a few business days. During the next week, we didnt receive any notices from Boucher other than requests for feedback. On May 26, I inquired about our check and was told that my wife also needed to sign the Bill of Sale. My impression is that we would not have received our check unless I initiated the inquiry.Our salesperson did make arrangements for a rep to visit our home with the Bill of Sale for my wifes signature as well as our check. The rep appeared agitated upon arrival for not having my wifes cell phone number to call ahead of his arrival.I am likely to shop around to other automotive groups for my next lease. This experience did not leave a favorable impression.

Went there yesterday to test drive and possibly buy a new Palisade. In the first few minutes, the sales lady had complained about her employer twice, turns out this was to be the high point. I had an appointment, and I believe she triple booked my time slot, as she kept leaving to talk to other people. In the end, I left. Buying a car should be fun, it was not. So far, no one has followed up with me, and I replied to both subsequent texts asking how my meeting went, that confirms to me that I made the correct decision to leave. My takeaway is that they dont care if you buy from them or not, as the sales lady actually told me, This car will be sold in 48 hours. Quantity over quality.BradBoucher, I tried reaching out when I replied, as stated above, to both post appointment texts.BradUpdate, I bought a Palisade from Hyundai West Allis, great experience. I did end up leaving a VM message for the Boucher new car manager, Jim. Unsurprisingly, no call back.

Disappointing experience buying used car at Boucher Hyundai. Purchased a 2016 Sonata “Certified” vehicle with the agreement that they would order me some touch-up paint for a couple scratches. Two weeks owning the car, oil light flashes, and I observe a dry dipstick. I know these cars are notorious for burning oil, but you would think Boucher would have made sure the engine was full of oil when it was sold. 8 months owning the car, front brakes are at 5 percent. At time of purchase when I asked about brakes feeling low, I was told it’s “certified”, meaning there has to be at least 70 percent brakes driving off the lot. Shame on me for trusting a used car salesman. I don’t believe that the car was actually inspected thoroughly and was labeled “certified” as a simple sales pitch. I also never received my touch-up paint for the scratches. ***Recommend not purchasing used vehicles from Boucher Hyundai***

She always reaches out and makes this process as seamless as possible. Fawn provides excellent customer service by listening and by being honest. Would have been a 5 star but we did have to wait a little over an hour to see the finance guy. It was end of the month and they were busy so I did understand. I think I would do a first thing in the morning appt. next time. But overall the experience was really good. Alex did a great job with the whole transaction and showing us the features of the car. He even dropped off our manuals at our house because we forgot them at the dealership! Thanks Alex! This is the second car Ive bought from Boucher and I really think at this point theyre the only dealer Ill use. Ive had horrible experiences at some other dealers in town.

The car seemed well cared for. I would like to say that I normally have great service when I come here, never any issues. I made an appt for 11:30 this past Friday & told the guy who I made the appt with that I would drop my car off before 7 & get a ride back so I wouldnt have to take the shuttle and if I needed a shuttle back I would let them know. On Friday morning, I got to Hyundai at 6:40 am, put my keys in the key drop box, got picked up & went to work. I was waiting for a call and at 1:00 pm still no call so I called them & they said they didnt have any keys there for my car. I was pretty confused at this point. I told them I dropped them in the key box & the lady told me we only check it at 6:30 am, (if your service dept opens at 7 am wouldnt you think to check the key box at 7 am, not only at 6:30 am in case anyone from that time would have dropped keys off). At this point I was very frustrated and very upset because I had to leave work at 2 pm because I needed to be somewhere between 2:30-3 pm. The lady I spoke with at first didnt seem to care about the situation so I asked for the Manager. John said he would see what he could do to get it done by 2 pm, he called me 1 min before 2 & had said it was done & that it was on them for the mix up. Which I really appreciated that. When I got my car back, the oil change sensor was not reset & no sticker for next oil change was put in windshield. I hate putting this review on here because no body wants a bad review but if you drop your car off before 7 am just make sure to call & see if they got your keys;)

When Greenfield Hyundai claimed there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and it was normal to have coolant leaking from the engine head gaskets and tried billing me $300+ because they couldnt find the issue Boucher Hyundai took over the repair and found three head gaskets and thermostat needed to be replaced and fixed the issue no questions asked under Hyundai warranty and here me updated throughout the entire repair. If i have anymore issuesi will most definitely be going back to Boucher Hyundai. Service writer Dan and Jean have great service. Thanks

Bought a used 2018 Sonata, in less than two weeks it had an engine issue and was found to be a factory recall. They took the vehicle in and had some extensive warranty repair. Was handed a nice loner car and repair went well. Couldnt really ask for a dealership to do much more. Happy customer!

Adfing keysI was not informed at any point I would need all keys at the time of service. I was not informed that adding a 3rd key to by vehicle would deactivated the original. It cost over $400 and for the tech to deactivate my original and give me a new copy I didnt need if I could not have 3 keys. I was refused a refund and left with an oh well type of attitude from the rep.

I took my 09 Kia Rio there with belt issues one of the other Boucher locations couldnt figure out. When I brought it in, I showed them how the belt didnt look straight or maybe the pulleys. I worked with Dan Doble and he said they would have an answer for me ASAP.THE NEXT MORNING, Dan called me and said they had the issue fixed and I was ready to go. Turned out the water pump pulley somehow got put on backwards during the other attempts to fix the belt noises. The tech corrected it, put on a new belt and i was back on the road in no time.I had been dealing with belt issues for months with the other location Id been bringing it back to, and they figured it out quickly. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Huge thanks to Dan Doble and the tech that worked on my ride!

Just have my vehicle about a week now so I can not speak about the service department but I have nothing but good things to say about my salesperson Mike Choppa. He was very helpful and patient in showing us the 3 models we were interested in. The time he took to point out the different features and options was outstanding especially when going from a 2004 model. My how cars have changed. The main thing i noticed is that he was not a high pressure type of salesperson, but honest, polite and down to earth, and again I must say patient. So if your looking for a new or used vehicle, be sure to ask for Mike Choppa, I really believe he will do right by you

5 star!! when Hyundai Greenfield dealership on 27th refused to rectify my engine issues while it was still under warranty and showing signs of blown head gaskets and telling me it was normal ... {It wasnt normal} Boucher Hyundai dealership swooped in and got the job done no questions asked accept for what kind of issues i was having with my vehicle and by the afternoon had issues diagnosed and repairs underway! Very professional and great customer service! I dealt with Jean and Dan in service great experience would recommend everyone use Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha!

I took my Elantra in for some recall repairs. Service was prompt and people were friendly. The only issue was that I had to bring the car back because the brake sensor needed adjustment. This was quickly taken care of.

I had a great experience working with Darlene. She made me feel really comfortable and when I went to pick up my 2019 Tucson she took the time to sit with me and go through all the bells and whistles with me. I switched cars so it was a learning curve, but they did a great job and I cant wait to go visit them for the first oil change!

I am shocked that they are rated so highly given that my experiences with them have been numerus and terrible. I have brought my car in probably easily 7 Plus times for the SAME ISSUES and it was just brought there again today. They never call when they say they will, and always say there were no codes that popped so everything is fine. The last time it was there they replaced the transmission but the same issues were still their. They dont seem to know much about hybrids so I would not buy one from them unless you like not having a car often.
