You cannot find a better car dealership. All cars are nice with lower miles, most will come with a limited warranty, and they stand behind what they sell. Their employees stick around so there is no revolving door when you go back to get another car. Ive bought two so far and will continue to keep going back for life. Expect to be there at leastb3 hours from start to finish unless you start your purchase online.

Let me tell you guys. If you want to buy a car through them… GO FOR IT! Rocky is the best. He helped me and answered any questions I had. My salesperson was wonderful Ashley. She was professional and quick and acted with urgency. What I don’t like is how enterprise doesn’t fully clean the car before they sell them. The car I got had a bunch of cat hair in one of the compartments and you could tell someone had spilled something on the driver’s side under the seat there was caked up ooze. Also after I bought the car I realized there was a scrape on the door that chipped the top layer of paint on the driver side door. I went back to have them look at it and all they did was spray paint it. Aside from that the process was great

Ive worked with Jordon and Pedro. At first.. I wasnt sure; if I should buy a car; but then I did. Its really nice. And I know they were very patient w/me; since the sale took them till almost 11 P.M.; and they closed at 8. We were all tired and all I wanted was a ride home. Set up a appointment for a test drive, showed up and car had already been sold and no call to let it was gone, add in the original sales person couldnt talk with us as he had a bigger customer coming in .got shuffled off to a different salesperson,sat in showroom for about 1/2 hour while they were trying to bring another one for a drive, but eventually found it had been in a accident. Sales persons then said he have one coming in the next day and would let us know the details. three weeks later we are still waiting to hear back. Glad we were able to find what we wanted at a different dealership and were treated much better. I guess 40K is just chump change to this dealership

I was preapproved for a vehicle, paid for shipping from Indiana, waited 4 days only for it to arrive not clean, with scratches all over it. The salesmen sent me to Milwaukee to test drive a van with almost 70 thousand more miles on it but the same price only to take that van out for a test drive and this vehicle to cut off before entering the freeway. The Manager there then states wow your just not having the best of luck which really upset me. I have a career I am trying to maintain and a family this is not a joke. People invest their time and money and it should be treated as such. I did contact corporate and I dont feel like it made any difference. Also a lot of CarMax vehicles are over priced for the year and mileage, especially looking at cars lose their value as soon as you drive off the lot. This should be reported to Department of consumer affairs because Carmax is not upholding their love your car guarantee.

I absolutely love this place! I had a tragedy that happened to my old car. I came here for a new vehicle and Was helped by Nick and the Store manager (forgot his name but he was really great as well). The other staff members were really nice too. I was offered snacks and drinks as I waited. The wait wasn’t long. I was basically in and out. I got to test drive vehicles I liked. Their social distancing protocol was right on. I’m a single mother and have a 10 month old and the manager was patient with me as I had to tend to the baby a few times. I love my new car I got to take pics with a ribbon! I will recommend this place to anyone!

The easiest car buying experience ever! We started at a traditional dealership and got the run around on pricing, options, and trade in value. We sat at that dealership for two hours while the salesman keep us at his desk and went back and forth with management over the deal they were offering us. Finally we said we need to think about this! Went down the road to Enterprise and found the easiest process! While on our test drive our trade in was assessed and when we sat down a copy of the sale was presented explained and the store manager came over introduced himself and made sure all our questions were answered! It was just that easy!

At 73 years old I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. This was the fastest and easiest purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with Sherard and the price on the car was very favorable.

I am not even sure where to begin. My journey in getting a car through Enterprise Sales was less than pleasant. The first day wasnt so bad, but a couple hours turned into 4.5 hours. The next time we went in was suppose to be a 1/2 hour. And, that turned into over 4 hours. When we went in that day we were told they needed certain information from us, which we werent told the previous time. That in turn, turned into-you guessed it, another 4 hour+ day. They also, never had things ready to go, when we had times set that we were going to be coming in. We had to constantly wait for paperwork and then I had to make some calls, where I ended up on hold for 90 minutes. They definitely did not have their ducks in a row. It was frustrating and exhausting from start to finish!

Wellll, I was in quite an unfortunate situation after getting into an accident and my car being totaled in March. I got a rental car from Enterprise in Racine (they were wonderful also Neil, Grant, Mitch, and everyone else.) I believe it was Mitch that referred me to Enterprise Car Sales so Lauren Goin was the one who followed up with me and we pretty much became friends :)She kept checking on me because my GAP claim was taking FOREVER to be processed but she didnt give up on me and she was very patient and informative and really cool because a lot of it was a waiting game so we were into all type of things that had nothing to do with buying a car. But really everybody at the Waukesha Store were very nice and inviting and the finance process was not extremely long or drawn out. I visited multiple used car dealerships, and my experiences with Cal were my favorite. That, of course, probably explains my decision to purchase my car here. Rental cars have relatively few miles and follow maintenance schedules meticulously. Furthermore, I received no hard sell from Cal. On the contrary, he made sure that I drove multiple cars to make sure that my first choice was the right choice.Finally, and most importantly, cars bought at Enterprise have a 7 day guarantee. This allowed me to purchase the vehicle and then have it checked out by an independent mechanic. That mechanic confirmed the car was in good repair and would likely only require routine maintenance for the foreseeable future.

The transaction was quick and easy once I decided on a truck. I worked with 2 salesmen, both of whom were very helpful. Ive never had an easier purchase experience.

Enterprise is our go to place. Service is great no matter where you go and the cars are always in great condition and the newest makes and models. When we are in the market for a new car, we will see if they have the make and model we are looking for and rent it for two days. But I have finally gotten it through my thick skull that brand new cars are not really the best options. A four year loan used to be the average but with the prices of cars these days, the average loan on a car is 6 years and I think they go as high as 7 and while you are in that loan, you are probably already starting to put work into the car other than general maintenance. But Enterprise has an answer for that too. They sell their cars after they are too old or outdated so like 2 years. They give awesome warranties and you cannot beat the prices for cars that come used with a great warranty. So whether you need a car, you just want to see if you like one, or are looking to buy but dont want to over pay for a new car that once you drive it off the lot, it is already worth less than what you owe. And this before your first payment. Enterprise has a solution for everything unless you just have to get that brand new car.

We just bought a gently used car from here and I must say that the hour drive from Madison was absolutely worth it. The prices are very reasonable, but what stands out for me is the complete lack of that car sales feeling. Shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do and the local dealerships were all disappointing me. Here it felt easy - the staff members were all friendly and helpful, it felt very low pressure and their communication was great. I would absolutely recommend.

Unfortunately the finance guy did not know how to complete the paperwork for the plates correctly, the broken parts were fixed under warranty at a dealer, so that was good. Seems they removed the original floor mats and put in some cheap ones. You could still see the imprint of the ones which were removed. At over $200 to replace them, I assume someone sold them. Sales people are not familiar with the products. The people are nice and kind, the process was easy. Oh, by the time we got the paperwork fixed it was too late to return the vehicle. Was this accidental?

I worked with Grant, but I believe I was greeted cordially by all staff members, Any of them was able to answer my questions as they arose,I was shown many models of different cars that met my needs, ands was able to test drive them.I chose my favorite and am delighted with my new car and the service and follow up provided by the caring, professional and knowledgeable staff.I will happily give this group a five-star rating.

Aleiah, Grant and David have been so wonderful during my first time experience purchasing a car. They are all incredibly knowledgeable in their rolls and really helped me explore all of my options. They respected my budget and didn’t try to force any vehicle outside of that budget. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I even walked in at 5:30pm on a Saturday to test drive cars and make my final decision to then start the process of purchasing thinking they were open until 8pm. Little did I know until walking out the door that night at 6:40pm that they were only open until 6pm. They didn’t say a word and were so kind and professional. I feel terrible about that! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful you all are!
