Every interaction I had with every person at Porsche Waukesha was professional, pleasant, and not one bit pushy. However, what really impressed me with the dealership was how prepared they all were for my planned visits. I don’t think I spent more than 30-60mins during any one visit - from test driving cars, negotiating a purchase, and signing papers. The sales team, finance team, and techs were all on the same page. Well done!

I recently purchased a CPO Cayenne from Porsche Waukesha, After having found the Cayenne via the finder on porsche.com, I contacted the dealer and spoke with Jeff, one of the very knowledgeable sales people at the dealership. He went through the car with me and discussed the remote buying process in detail. Jeff handled all of the paperwork movement between Wisconsin and Massachusetts, arranged for shipping and kept tabs on the process.Overall, it was a great experience, quick and efficient. I ended up with a great car, one that was exactly as described, perhaps even better. My only regret is that I did not meet Jeff in person during the transaction.

I highly recommend the Service Department from Porsche Waukesha. In particular, Zach, the Service Writer, has been phenomenal. He has been by far the best Porsche service specialist I have worked with, and it’s not even close.Zach literally saved my anniversary a couple months ago when I was in the Dells and took the time at the end of his day to help me diagnose an issue and figure out what I needed to buy so that I did not need to tow my vehicle. I first tried calling the closer Porsche service and was given some information that did not fully help me solve the problem and when I called back I was told the staff left early.Yesterday, I had an AdBlue fault sensor come on while I was in Sheboygan and needed to bring my vehicle in within 150 miles or the vehicle wouldn’t start. I left a message for Zach, who called me back at exactly the time I asked him to and he had everything ready, including the loaner vehicle, and characteristically explained everything perfectly.Zach has always been willing to take my calls, answers every question I have, is always on time, and consistently exceeds the level of customer service I’ve received from any other Porsche Service specialist. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I’ve received at Porsche Waukesha.

Car buying can be an intimidating and rushed experience. I felt the complete opposite when I purchased a brand new Cayenne from Jeff Friess this year. Constructing my car from scratch, he was patient, explained things clearly, and kept me up to date as to the delivery day. I think he was at times more excited for me than I was! Terrific service department. I had a bad experience at another Porsche dealership and Waukesha was a night and day difference. Adam and Zach were very accommodating, knowledgable, and pleasant, not to mention they potentially saved me thousands. They were even able to provide a loaner (under 25yo) which I hadnt been able to get at other Porsche, BMW, and Audi dealerships.

I had a terrific experience -- many thanks Zach and Porsche Waukesha. After two months of searching for tires (Panamera w/18 rims), another Porsche dealership failed to find a solution. Zach found tires for me in 15 minutes. Very happy with the tires and related services. Also, an unexpected improvement: the passenger side mirror now returns to its previous position after driving in reverse. Not sure how that happened but Im very pleased about it. Next time I need service I will call Porsche Waukesha first, even though its a much longer drive to your place.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Friess. Its important to note that I bought my Porsche SIGHT UNSEEN, as I am 700 miles away from the dealership. Amazing service! I towed my Panamera 4S with Transmission issue and three recall campaign and from day one Zach was fabulous. It took a little while almost 2 weeks to get it fixed but In and out without any problems. Zach treated me with respect and explained everything so there were no surprises. I recently purchased a Cayenne from Porsche Waukesha. I live hundreds of miles from the dealership (Nashville, TN), so a visit, especially during a pandemic, was not feasible. This was the first time Ive ever even considered buying a vehicle I couldnt first test drive. I worked with Jeff Friess, who was truly incredible -- sending me numerous photos, offering detailed answers to many of my numerous questions, and even accommodating a friend who lived near the dealership that helped act as another set of (critical) eyes. All the things I worried about with a remote transaction-- including how to actually get the vehicle, title it, etc. - Jeff helped me navigate, and it was a flawless process. The vehicle exceeded my highest expectaions (had almost ever feature I wanted, color combo I wanted, etc.), and I would give Jeff - and Jason Mayes, who helped with various aspects of the process as well - the highest marks, and my strongest recommendation.

Jeff was a great salesperson to work with. Very knowledgeable about features and differences between different models. When I took delivery of the Cayenne, he spent at least 1 hour guiding me through the different features. I even stopped back at the dealership for 5 minutes of help when I encountered a feature I didnt understand.

Never see it in person & test drive it. All paper works were by FedEx. I am greatly satisfied with the online only experience.This approach of successful purchase made possible, all because I had Jeff Friess as my sale contact. We just got a 2019 Cayenne from this dealership. Overall, good experience in buying the car. Before decided buying our car, we visited three Porsche dealerships, two in Milwaukee area and one in Chicago area. We did a test drive at the other dealer in Milwaukee as well as the one in Chicago (Loeber). The one in Chicago (Frank) followed up with us a couple days later asking what we think about the Cayenne (a good practice for sales). Unfortunately, the Cayenne that we tested there missing one feature that is important to us. Therefore, we didnt get our Cayenne from there.The other dealer in Milwaukee never followed up with us or giving us a call or send an email, although we asked them about it (i.e., the pricing of the Cayenne and the trade-in value of our car). Probably to them we did not fit the profile of a typical Porsche buyer, since we look young and other factors.We visited the Porsche Waukesha dealership. Overall, we felt welcomed there. We didnt do test drive as we already did a test drive somewhere else before. We got the pricing for the Cayenne and the value of our trade-in. On the first visit, we didnt end up buying the car, as we still not sure about the right price. However, Jeff followed up with us (a good sales practice) several times. At the end, a couple days later we decided to make the purchase as this Cayenne has all necessary features that we were looking for.Overall, we are satisfied with the buying process. Jeff, with his followups, played significantly an important role in our decision.

Called to get an oil change and their hours are difficult for someone who works 40 hours/week. Scott Taylor handles all the appointment scheduling and I had to cancel and reschedule my initial appointment. Then they cancelled the oil change and I could not get in contact with Scott Taylor despite email, text and voicemail messages. I have been loyal to this brand for thirty years and have dealt with many dealerships and service centers, and never have I received such a pompous attitude from a service manager. This is a reflection on the entire dealership....surprised they dont charge an admission fee to visit the dealership. I would not take my car there if it broke down in front of the dealership!

Seems to me that Aaron Vrhovnik knows everything about a Porsche. He shows a lot of enthusiasm for the Panamera and also the Maserati. I am not one to ever write reviews, unless it is in regards to a serious issue or complaint. However in this particular case, I felt compelled to share my very positive experience with International Porsche in Waukesha. I was in the market for an additional vehicle (used SUV) to aid in the burden of being a relatively new homeowner and the need for being able to transport larger items. My list included the Ford Flex, Nissan Xterra, Infiniti FX35/45, Toyota FJ, and Chevy Tahoe. A Porsche was not even a remote consideration at the time...that was until I tried looking at and test driving any of the above mentioned vehicles. I could not get a single salesperson at any of the local dealerships to approach me. I virtually could have started a single person mosh pit in the middle of the lot and I still would not have gotten their attention. I guess it’s understandable though. I’m a mid-30s guy that looks like he is 20, that prefers sweats and a hoodie, and shows up in a Nissan Sentra. I mean I couldn’t possibly be able to afford anything so why bother right? I then came across what I believed to be an amazing deal online on a used Porsche Cayenne. “Me?, going to a Porsche dealer?”…I thought should be very entertaining. However, upon my arrival I was greeted immediately by Aaron Vrhovnik. He wasted no time showing me the vehicle I came to look at and had me out test driving it shortly thereafter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the Porsche brand as a whole. After we arrived back at the dealership he went to work on financing and had me approved and sold in less than an hour. Given my current busy schedule, and inability to get myself and my other car back, he personally delivered the new vehicle to my home the very next day. The following week I had some additional questions regarding a few of the features, and without an appointment I stopped in and he took an additional 45 minutes to go over every question I had, and show me additional features I had yet to discover. Having worked at various dealerships during my college years, good, quality, honest and respectful individuals are hard to come by. Aaron is one of them. He treated me with nothing but class and respect. He earned my business then and will be the first to get my business in the future.
