Excellent. Bought bottle of seafoam but between my wife and me, we couldnt open the inner seal. Took it back in and Jason? couldnt get it to tear off either...even using a pair of pliers. He pulled another bottle from the shelf, opened the cap and inner seal for us...and we were on our merry way.

Quick stop for air filters and radiator fluid. The service representative was quick and knowledgeable with light suggestions for attendant purchases without being pushy. Thanks for a great short experience guys!

I got my car battery charged there after a jumpstart. Both Allen and Tim were very nice and professional and helped take and reinstall the battery back as I dont have the tools or experience. And also refused to accept a tip since it is against store policy. I got the battery from there about 4 years ago and has been really good. The weather and short drives must have hurt it.

No problems with this AutoZone. Fast, had what I needed. Staff got the part that I needed. I recommend this AutoZone location.

Went into Auto Zone, and saw three employee’s just standing around. I asked them for help, and there was no customer service. I asked them three different times for help, with no satisfaction. I highly, do not recommend this location, what so ever!Disclaimer: I tried to give this location ZERO STARS, but it would not let me post. So I had to give them ONE STAR.

Great service when I entered the store I was greeted right away. I told them I needed wiper blades and a battery for my car, not only did they get me what I needed but they also installed both for me very quickly

The folks here are helpful and did some diagnostic work. They charged my dead battery twice and after the second time it was dead. I bought a battery that was a bit more pricey but the serve was good. Reason I gave it only 4 stars was the gentlemen behind the counter was having a difficult time using the computer. Not that it’s not wrong but at the expense of me feeling like I should not ask anymore questions otherwise I will still go back!

Often they help me find even parts they cannot get. Today for example they looked up my alternator and found that is was out of stock, they checked to see when they could order one in, only to find it was unavailable, they then looked it up online at a well known parts site, only to find it out of stock there as well, finally they suggested a local shop that could rebuild my old alternator... the point is they would not stop until we found a solution for my problem. I will have a rebuilt alternator later today.

Destiny, the cashier up front, is super helpful and kind. I received prompt, knowledgeable service, and I will be returning in the future.They also do a free diagnostic check for Check Engine lights! Heads up if youre in need.

Im so glad they offer free diagnostic code scans. Had my check engine light came on, and wanted to be sure what the problem was. Got the code read, took it to the dealer, and it was right on. Problem solved. Thanks so much for all the help. Would have had them help more, but the car is still under warranty

My Daughters Jeep needed a new battery. I didnt bother shopping, because I knew Batteries Plus did free installs, and I was able to buy an in stock battery late Friday night.I sent my 16 yo daughter in to get the battery, calling ahead to ensure that the battery was in stock, and they were prepared for her arrival. The salesperson on the phone put me on hold for some time, then seemed disinterested in the information I was giving him.Upon arrival, the salesperson was told my daughter that he would not be able to install the battery at that time (her car was bad enough that it would not hold a charge for even a short while). She kept her car running and panicked like many 16 yos do. I had her tell the salesperson that I was on my way in to do the install myself, and to ensure that I had tools to do so. She was told that I would not be able to use their tools.Once the salesperson heard I was driving in, he came out to do the install. I arrived to find him struggling to do the installation. I let him know it was disappointing to call ahead and have this kind of service. He responded that he was the only one working, to which I replied he could have at least told me.I watched him struggle to get a bracket in and while he was doing that, I managed to do some investigation to a fender problem on my car, realizing that I needed a simple plastic rivet to repair my car. I called auto zone up the road (Grandview) and they were pleasant on the phone. I went to the store, and got great service from the pleasant staff. The complete opposite of my Batteries Plus experience. I left auto zone wishing I had sent my daughter there.

Took my car there for a battery, employee came out to look at it, couldnt even find it, I had to show him where it was. He then told me he couldnt do it because they are only allowed 5 minutes to do the job and that would take at least 30. So thanks to him I had to take my car to a dealership and paid more and waited longer than 30 minutes to get it changed.

Good place to get parts, really like the loaner tool program. Staff somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to parts.

Came here to buy a vehicle specific item. The item said it had a pamphlet on the back that would better describe if it fit my vehicle, but was missing. I went to the counter and asked the clerk who was the manager if he could help me figure out if it fit my car. He told me to go look myself. i explained to him that i would if the pamphlet was there and he told me to just return it if it didnt fit. I reluctantly bought it and went to advanced auto parts and they kindly helped me find the part i needed. So i returned the item i bought at autozone simply because of the rudeness and unhelpful manager. And this is not the first time.

Typically a good store but like most always check to make sure the parts you got are the right ones before leaving.

Went here for a car battery. The people were friendly and very helpful.

I had an engine light on and they checked it for free. I was also looking for a mechanic and they were able to show me a program that ranks mechanics.

I cant do my job without constantly getting wrong parts delivered. Ive spent more time waiting for parts than actually putting them on vehicles. I come in on my off day to do a relaxing side job, but just like that, autozone strikes again. I got a family to feed and bills to pay, thank you for making my job that much more stressful. Hey, my part just showed up.... oh and its wrong.

I shop for all my parts needs here. The woman that helped me behind the counter was very helpful and she had a wonderful smile.

I had my car towed here because my battery went bad and my car died in the middle of an intersection. They said my battery required a professional 45 minute install and wouldn’t install it. I was very clearly in a rut and distressed.They wouldn’t even loan me a 10mm wrench and a flashlight. They made me buy tools. I went out and changed the battery in the dark by myself in 15 minutes while the guy that rang me up sat outside smoking a cigarette and watched.Horrible service. Never going back.

They did a great job with holding a new and exchanging my alternator. The computers were down, so they gave me a soda and candy bar for the inconvenience. I like people that care.

Refuse to change battery in vehicle. Peraon helping didnt know what the battery was and we had to show him. Stated it was going to take 35min and they only have 5min to change batteries. We went to the dealership and they changed it in under 5min. AutoZone lies so they dont have to do work. Never going there again!

Even if you know what you want the staff still cant find it. There is only one guy in this location that knows what he is doing and if he isnt there, I will go down the street to Advanced.

I have been AutoZone customer for at least 10 years or more and It seems like theyre always given you the wrong part. And when you have to go back to get the right part they never give you any compensation for your inconvenience. I am so done with AutoZone.

I ordered a part online and it shipped here, I walk in and talk to dope #1 He points out dope #2 and says I need to talk to him. I go to dope #2 and it turns out hes the manager, he sends me back to dope #1. They both say the part I bought isnt there since its not on the shelf for in-store pickups. I tell them to order another one since I had already paid for the item, they both screwed around for a while and my part miraculously turned up.
