Very poor ability to get phone in order for parts correct. Have had three situations in the past year. Call in, order a specific part and provide part #. Arrive to pick up part(s); in all three situations, store staff provided incorrect part.Better to just order online and wait to have shipped to resident.

Decent selection. The staff at this location is a bit more knowledgeable of vehicles and part functions.

Fair warning pass on advance Auto better place is out there like AutoZone Napa anywhere else even Papa Fritz is better than advanced Auto

Theyre a UPS access point but they gave me a hard time about tape. Tape your labels to the box ahead of time. A more customer centric place would buy some cheap tape to give out to folks who need it last second. The whole point of being an access point is to drive business. Drove me away. Ill go to AutoZone.

I thought I needed a water pump and checked out online last night. Picked the parts up to find out that I needed a radiator instead. Extra Special Shout Out to Joey for taking care of me today. Pretty decent store right next to the train tracks. Have always had the part I need and enough guys working the counter that seem knowledgeable. They had a piece of an air system for my van in stock that I couldnt find anywhere else and searched for it for me for 10 minutes.

Knowledgeable staff. If a part isnt in stock, it arrives fairly quickly after its ordered. Ive been able to find auto parts through Advance that were not carried by some of their competitors

Always quick and efficient in helping to find the right item Im looking for. Its especially useful yhat you can bring in your used oil and they will dispose of it for you at no charge. Its rarely too busy to where Im waiting more than 5 minutes to be helped.

The guys they have behind the counter are top notch parts pros. Used to be almost exclusively a napa guy. Advanced has continuously beat them on price and their parts pros are ACTUALLY pros. Since they bought carquest out a few years ago part quality is up and the prices are still reasonable for the walk in customer. I buy all my parts here now.

Several auto parts stores up and down Sunset Drive and this one is easily the best. Employees have the knowledge to quickly help you through problems. Prices are decent.

There is a wide selection of parts and the people there really want to help you get what you need. I purchase the parts online, there are several discounts available.

Staff was helpful but not enough staff available as I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get help.

Great service. I had a few questions and each one was answered. I would go back.

Came there with what I thought was a battery problem. They checked it right away, battery was good then found a loose connection.

Showed up at 730 when they opened and was told I would have to come back at 9 so the other guy could do it. Came back at 905 and was told the other guy is running late and would check it as soon as he got there. I asked when that would be and got no response. Incompetent

Their software for finding parts for your specific car is extremely useful

They have some parts here that the other similar places dont have, but often you have to have them ordered.Youre much more likely to get a quality, American made part here than the cheap online places. But less likely than if you go to Parts Hut.

Its just like every other auto parts store. High prices compared to the internet, but its convenient if you need a part now.
