Overcharged and given the run around.Bought a 2009 VW last year. Decided that we did not need the gap insurance or the service contract since our insurance is pretty good and the service contract didnt cover much.However, they kept giving me the run around for over 6 months every time I called to cancel, saying that no one was there who could print the necessary papers that needed to be signed to cancel those things. Even up to last month no one contacted me back. And the man who I spoke with said that he didnt even want to ask Josh for a paycheck because (told Joshs sad story that is not mine to tell). So sorry about that man, but my life has to go on for my children too.On top of the 8 months of run around, when I asked for papers from the bank, I found that they charged us $500 more than the price listed online, despite me asking about it before my husband was signing the papers. Im not sure if this was an accident or if he took advantage of my husbands zombie state as I was chasing around my 1 year old. Yes I originally had a baby sitter so that I could read stuff, but a family tragic life event prevented her from being able to help us out.In short. I would not recommend this place, and will never return.

Worst dealership my girlfriend ever experienced sold her trash vehicle and gave her rentals to use and they break down and they wont fix anything or get anything right I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! STRAIGHT TRASH.

I recommend your next car purchase and any auto repair that you need be from ARP. I purchased me vehicle from ARP and have all of my auto needs taken by them as well. Ryan does a good job making sure my 2005 Ford Excursion stays running right. Mike and Josh take care of my needs and listen to every detail. They’re listening when you think they aren’t. They work with me and treat me like family. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We purchased an auto on7/8/2019 and dealt with both Mike and his son Josh. From start to finish it couldnt possibly have been a more pleasant experience than it was. We were so pleased with the way things were handled that we actually went back with our granddaughter and helped her pickup an auto for herself. Again it could not have gone any better. We have bought two cars here. I wont ever go to another place again until they are gone and do not exist. Since buying our two vehicles, with the warranty, Josh has maintained excellent service for us. He goes above and beyond. We have moved from Wisconsin to Tennessee, and we still travel the 8 hours for ARP to maintain our cars. We love ARP!!

Excellent service!! I have been a customer for years, the friendliness and prompt service keep me coming back. I have been a unfortunate victim of a dead battery twice in the past few years and ARP has always been available to pick me up and get me back on the road, wether its in my own vehicle, or in a temp while mine is getting fixed. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work or advice for their vehicle.

I dont ever write reviews but used car dealerships and their salesmen dont always have the best reputations. I had nothing short of a great experience here. Josh, the owner, worked extremely hard, very long hours to assure that I got the best financing possible - this included a great price for my trade in and an amazing warranty. I want to give a huge shout out to Josh (ARP owner) and Joren (detail manager). I put my trust in these guys to complete a new car paint correction, a complex PPF application and then a ceramic coating on my new Porsche Macan. Folks, ARP knocked it out of the park. These guys know what they’re doing and delivered an end product that was stunning and as close to perfect as I could have imagined. Way to go guys; you rock!!!

I bought an engine that I was told only needed a timing belt. I replaced the timing belt and when I turned the crankshaft there was no resistance. I sent him a message letting him know that the engine was bad and he never replied back so if you go on Craigslist and you run into ads like the picture I posted along with this review dont even bother. $300 Ill never get back.

I just recently lost my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited as a total loss in a car accident. I found a very similar Jeep online at ARP. I spoke with Josh over the phone a few times inquiring about the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Cherry red color). I explained my situation to Josh, who was empathetic and seemed strait forward. I drove two hours to Waukesha from De Pere to look at what seemed to be a great vehicle. Shortly after arriving and what seemed a matter of 5 minutes looking at the Jeep, we noticed that several things were wrong with it. For starters, the heat on the passenger side blew cold air (Josh said Oh, I didnt notice that), the driver side power seat was broken (Josh says Oh, thats just normal wear and tear), the stereo sounded great until I noticed that the balance was set on rear speakers only, after adjusting the balance I found that the front speakers were blown and the button was busted off (Josh says huh, I didnt notice that), there were cracks and tears on the door panels and leather seats that didnt show on pictures listed on website, the air conditioning did not work (Josh didnt notice that either, apparently), and the entire underbody of the Jeep was rusted pretty bad with holes the size of your fist. The body of the Jeep had some scratches and dings. The details section for this Jeep on the ARP website says, and I quote, Clean inside and out, no rust, no dents, no dings, Interior is fantastic, no rips, tears, odors or stains. If you are looking at Jeeps, then come take this one for a ride, im [sic] certain you will have no complaints!. The list price for this Jeep is $6,995. In that bad of condition, it is maybe worth $3,000. What Josh didnt take into consideration is that although I am a female, I am very familiar with this type of vehicle and damn well expect the next one I purchased to be safe to put my family in. Not to mention, my husband has been a mechanic for 16 years, so Joshs Oh, thats just normal wear and tear and his Hmm, I didnt notice that responses were bull****. Not wanting to waste the trip, I entertained the idea of looking at two other Jeeps on the lot. The one we actually took for a test drive, wasnt as bad as the red one, however, the A/C didnt work, the interior ceiling fabric was very poorly glued yet sagged, no cup holders (really?), rear passenger side interior lower frame all busted to pieces, and there was a valve leak that was impossible not to notice. The point to all of this, Josh, be honest, take pride in what you sell, and show some respect. Your defense on the other customer reviews here involve you saying things like, we fixed that for you, right?. Wow, instead of responding rudely, regardless what the review says, I suggest you think before you respond. Not only are you treating these particular customers poorly and publicly I might add, you are not establishing a very good reputation for how you handle your customers when you’re at fault. Heres an idea, maybe, stop misrepresenting your inventory. If you truly inspected these vehicles and you cared, these angry customers would have never had to bring the vehicles back to get them fixed..... How can you blame the customer for complaining when you are selling a product and/or services that you yourself are misrepresenting. I can only imagine how many customers come and walk away empty handed. You were friendly to me and my husband, and we appreciate that, at least. It was extremely disappointing to drive two hours only to be lied to. I made the mistake of trusting you. I truly wish you the best of luck with your business, Josh. But, I do hope that you realize that in order to have a good reputation, you have to do right by the customers. That includes the ones that complain on your Facebook page.

Settled to pick up a hood with Josh at 8pm. Only after driving for over an hour, I find out that he sold it to someone else. He didnt bother to pick up or return any courtesy calls saying he sold it. Dont do business with these shady people. He probably sold it for more than his asking price!!! He knew I was going. It was a 2 hour drive for me.
