I was in for an oil change and waited for the maintenance to be completed. Service was quick and I had a gourmet, complimentary breakfast. I wasnt expecting that. Waiting area was super clean and accommodations top notch. I could go to Jiffy Lube but I like being pampered.

Brought my car there for the brakes and rotors to replaced and it was supposed to take a couple days... turned into 10 days I finally get my car back (dirty and oily inside from the mechanic) it was making a strange noise I brought the car back they said it was a idler pulley.. they said it will be another couple days... that turned into a week. They called me to tell the put the wrong piece on my car and they ordered another one and finally asked if I wanted a loaner car... the next day they said the car was done. I picked it up and my coolant was low and the noise was still there. I brought the car back and they now said it’s a water pump that is causing issues.... I brought my car there wanting to get the brakes changed nothing else wrong with it. Here we are almost a month later 3 new issues. I will never in my life purchase anything from this dealership.

I recently bought a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace S there. The experience was great and very easy. Greg Jenkins was great to work with. I was coming from out of state, so we exchanged a lot of emails. I brought my FPace in for service and was given a loaner to use. I was appalled at the condition of the loaner when received. It was evident that this car was not given a proper wipe down or clean out from the previous driver. There was even a used mask on the floor.I bought a luxury vehicle and expected the same matched service. Unacceptable.

Josh and everyone in the service department was wonderful. I purchased a jaguar XJ. I heard some noise in my sunroof and also noticed that I had a crack in the windshield a couple days after I purchased it. I let them know and right away they fixed it with no problem and even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive a 2020 range rover thank you guys!!

Enjoyable experience, two issues though, the interior of the vehicle was supposed to be detailed when we picked it up, it was not. When we arrived home after a 4 1/2 hr drive, I then found out the car had no spare tire in it and no run flat tires. I feel we should have been told this issue.We do love the BMW X5 we purchased and hope it will last many years for us!

MyXC90 had a software recall which took more time than anticipated and my service representative Frank provided me with a loaner as soon he realized the delay. He also apologized for the delay in returning my car and to cover up for this my cars fuel tank was full when it was returned. NEVER PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!They sold me a used Yukon Denali. The salesman was super cheesy and told me it was a $100,000 brand new, (Which is a total lie – Maybe $60,000 tops) he then told me his commissions where only $100 on the vehicle and when I asked him where the floor mats where he said he would take the $100 he would make on the sale and buy me new mats. Later that night he told me he bought $94 floor mats. From the start I should of known this dealership is full of lies but I purchased the truck anyways because I liked it. Shame on me….Only 3 weeks after I bought the truck it had an oil leak and when the service center I took it to looked at it they also told me it had 4 blown shocks, and the brakes are bad, had a broken link and sway bar, and the ball joints and control arms where bad. They gave me a quote to have it all fixed for $7,000. As I told the repair center I just bought the vehicle they told me this vehicle would never pass a safety inspection.I took it back to the dealership because it’s against the law the lie about the safety inspection and check off that the suspension and brakes are safe while they are not. When I took it back they offered to pay for half of the repairs. Why should I have to pay for ½ of the repairs when they sold it to me broken? Before any car is sold all these safely issues need to be addressed and fixed and mine was not. After more digging the dealership even knew about the repairs needed but never told me and sold me the vehicle knowing that these repairs were needed. All this dealership wanted to do is make a buck, hope I didn’t catch them in their lie and wash their hands of the money pit Yukon. Shame on me as I had to put $$$Thousands$$$ of dollars into a truck I just bought.

Great service - Jeff went above and beyond - I had a nail in my tire just 4hrs before a 3000 mile trip and Jeff from service took care of it in spite of their busy schedule and my short notice. Kudos to Greg and Tom for organizing a fantastic day that included a scenic drive from the dealership to Road America, lunch, a short tour, and a track drive at Road America. It was an awesome sight to see 22 Jaguars of all ages on the caravan route and on the track. Despite the weather, we all found out how much fun it is to drive a Jaguar regardless of the weather.

I purchased a Jaguar XE this summer at Fields Waukesha. I recommend without reservation Greg Jenkins who helped me through the process. His fund of knowledge concerning all things Jaguar was great and professionalism was first rate. This was the first dealership that Ive ever visited that did not feel like a dealership. They were very welcoming and non-pushy for a sale which made me far more likely to actually make a purchase. The design, order, and collection of the vehicle were all custom and excellent. I called on a used SUV that had a great price online. I was skeptical because it was a great deal. I was told after asking specific questions that the car was clean, no issues, ready to roll...etc. I drove five hours to purchase the car. Ten days later I realized the sun roof wasnt working ($1000 repair), a week after that I realized the air conditioner wasnt working ($1500 repair). When I called my salesman he assured me they were working when I left the lot... This was Feb, I didnt use a sunroof or AC in the three weeks since purchase. They offered $300 in good faith, which I accepted. Not exactly a ethical organization. If the cars got a low price from these guys, theres a reason.

Tom, the sales association who handled my purchase, took care of my needs exceptionally well. Having bought or visited every major automobile brand out there, Fields Land Rover Waukesha outdid themselves in both professionalism and service. There was no hard sell, the staff was knowledgeable, extremely polite and does the Land Rover/Jaguar brand proud. The facility was designed extremely well and kept immaculate- you know that youve entered a luxury marque.I was honestly unreasonable when I requested same day pick up of the new vehicle but Tom and the staff made sure it happened. In addition, Tom went through a very detailed demonstration of the vehicles gadgets. I am extremely happy with the dealership and my purchase. I usually don’t like to write bad reviews for businesses but this place must be horrible! I cannot believe we have bought two cars from this dealership! We had the worst experience in leasing a new Range Rover. Short story is although I have bought a Volvo and a Range Rover Evoque from this dealership I would never go back and would never recommend this to anyone that I know. First, after the test drive my wife and I told the salesman our budget and he said he will look in to it. The next day he emails me that they don’t have any cars that fit our budget. I knew the price that they were giving was very high so I looked around and found multiple new cars that would fit us but we had to buy from this dealership because they are the only Range Rover dealership Milwaukee area. So after mentioning this to the salesman he reluctantly gave me a quote for a car that I had found in Madison dealership after emailing back and forth 4 or 5 times. The amazing thing was that I had to follow up with him after every email and each time he was either out of town or had forgotten about it. When we went to the dealership assuming to just get the car, fortunately he was busy and we ended up with a different salesman who at first was very cold but when realized we were going to buy the car that same day became friendly. But to our surprise the quote was not for the right car the price was higher. At that point my wife was ready to leave but then the sales manager came in and gave us his spiel and that he could get us a little discount. Honestly, I really didnt care that much about the price anyway but it was the principle. That is why we ended up getting the car anyway (although mostly because they were the only dealership in the area) Oh yes and towards the end the cherry on the top was the manager and the salesman asking for us to leave a very good review for them so they won’t get punished by Range Rover. Next time I will save myself from all these headaches from these people who may seem nice on the outside, but really don’t care about customers.

Took my XJ in for Service and was a little trepidatious. Ive been working with Imperial in Illinois and heard that Waukesha tended not to be the best to work with since theyre the only Jaguar game in town in Milwaukee. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Ray Blair, the service advisor, took into account my concerns and represented things correctly so that everything was covered under warranty. When the part was backordered and it was going to be a delay he expeditiously got me a loaner for the weekend and made sure I was good to go. To anyone owning a Jag, the feeling when something goes wrong is unfortunately familiar and distressing. Ray provided top notch service and represented both the dealership and the brand in a fashion I believe both would be incredibly proud of. 5 stars.

I have never been treated this rudely in 30 years. I had the wonderful opportunity to talk with John on the phone in regard to an issue about a tire that was installed on a guests car when it was broke down in my town. After he told me the reason I was wrong, I told him I disagree with his opinion. His comment was thats why I am the expert and you are not. I guess being in the tire business for 32 years and directing a $25,000,000 company makes me a buffoon. I would never do business with this dealer. I wouldnt use the service department. I would NEVER lease a car from them. After he informed me I was an idiot, he handed the phone back to the guest with the statement hes wrong and he wont admit it. Now I am focused on trying to resolve the guests issue and he is just pointing out that he is the king. The details in a quick statement is his belief that all 4 tires on an AWD have to have the exact same tread design. The reality is all 4 tires have to have the same diameter and rolling circumference. Its basic physics John. The tire we installed to get the guest back on the road when she was 250 miles from home has the exact same diameter as the original tire. Regardless, if you treat people with respect, they will respect you. If you like being treated as an inferior, Fields is your place.

Terrible experience with the parts house here! They should all be working at McDonalds. None of them know anything about the parts they sell or the cars they sell! And if you happen to order the wrong part/parts from there crappy illustrations they will stick you with it or them. They do not worn you ahead of time either. I would advise people to never use this parts house. I will for sure use a different dealership for parts from here on out. Somewhere that has knowledgeable people not idiots.

I see a car on the website get my money from the bank get to the dealer only to be told another salesman had an offer on the same car from two weeks ago but they never did alert the other guy that the car was back from repair. So as I am there working with Pat he and I are informed that the car has an offer on it and they would let me know if they guy bought the car or not. Now 3days later and I am still calling them trying to get information and everyone even Derrick the sales manager is too busy to help a customer that has the money in hand and that is ready to buy!!! I recently bought a pre-owned 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Tom McClusky.He was awesome it took a few weeks for us to find something for me in my price range that would be decent and reliable. Tom was great I told him what I wanted and he found it! I hate purchasing new vehicles. I dont like the haggling and constant interrogation about what Im looking for. So, when I purchase it is usually through the Internet. John Busse (my salesman) did a great job of handling the deal the way that I wanted to do it. Being the only Volvo dealer around I wasnt sure that something could be worked out that satisfied both of us. It did!Side note - Make room for customers and potential customers to park somewhere. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE PEOPLE. THEY BROKE MY WINDOW WHILE FIXING THE DASH AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR PART. RIDICULOUS. I recently had a strange situation with a brand new Volvo bought in IA. Long story short, all 4 tires had flat spots on them from being on the showroom for a long time. I could understand if Fields gave me a hard time replacing them but John Shulteis took care of the situation, gave me a loaner and had 4 new tires on the car with no cost to me at all. Ive had a prior Volvo serviced here for 2 1/2 years and the Service department has been fantastic.

Fields is not deserving of your business, if it wasnt for Bob in the shop and Corporate Jaguar, I would have probably lost my mind by now, not only does Fields treat their customers poorly, sadly they treat your vehicle the same and using Abra auto boby on a $74k car is plain stupid.The StoryThree weeks without a follow up, several emails and still no call back from Josh - Director of dis-serviceFields Jaguar is not the dealer you should choose if you are looking for professional service. My 2017 XF-s Has received body damage during our last two visits and have been promised restitution, Josh and Joe are blowhards.Make your Purchase at another dealership and save yourself a lot of frustration.Bob in service tries but I believe is hostage to corporate profits.Call Bergstrom or?? - Stay away from Fields!

Interested in a Volvo, I found a pre-owned vehicle through Fields website. I reviewed online, requested the e-price and called to set up a test drive for this specific car. After driving the car several hours later and liking it, I sat down with a sales person to discuss and offer and the price had magically gone up $3k. He seemed very shocked when I pulled out my phone and showed him the e-price that I was emailed that morning, which was significantly lower. After reviewing it with his supervisor, he claimed a major mistake had been made and they would be willing to honor the price they had emailed me, but couldnt come down one penny more, or even commit to a new set of tires.I find it more than a little deceiving that the price went up after I called to inquire about the car, and honestly wonder if there would have been some room for negotiation if I had proactively told the sales guy the e-price I had been quoted. It was almost as if once the sales guy told the we made a mistake and priced this car too low online story, he couldnt go back on it. Sales folks should have done their homework with the online folks to know what price they had already quoted me. Lost a sale.
