Ricks shop was recommended to me by my mechanic for headlight polishing to remove the heavy haze that was covering the headlights on the 2011 Acura MDX. I tried all the over the counter cleanings and remedies and nothing worked, but Rick brought the headlights back to like new condition, and they look incredible! He also repaired the quarter panel and door that was hit by a car, having to repaint. That also looks amazing! They took great care of the car while in their hands and it came back clean as well. Amazing service! Eric was exceptional and offered to handle all the communication with the insurance adjuster and help with the enterprise vehicle return. He also knew some tricks to get the insurance company to process my claim faster and they worked out well. I got updates along the way as to the progress of the repair and they even found/fixed an unrelated nail in my tire and chip in my hood. Will definitely be using them for all future needs!

Everything Eric promised he delivered on. They are honest, fair and do outstanding work. He worked with the insurance company and I got the car back when promised. We use them for body work and Rouses in Libertyville for mechanical. The two are related somehow. Both are remarkable.

The owner Wayne is one of the most friendly person I have ever met. He really cares about his customers goes above and beyond each and every single person that has their vehicle worked on at his place. Also his son Eric you can tell has learned a great deal from his dad and is a pleasure to deal with. This is the only body shop I send my personal vehicles to . I love the work they do however the customer service really stands out.

They initiate constant communication and leave constant updates on the progress thats being made on the vehicle being repaired. Extremely professional and concerned about the customer. (Update) ✔️Eric has now gone over my wifes Hyundai Sonata hybrid and found an unbelievable amount of damage that was overlooked by the dealer. 🤔Engine cradle, front struts, bent steering column and compressed bearings, misaligned bumper from the dealer (Eric had to replace), trouble codes in the computer overlooked by the dealer, and completely misaligned suspension (Bent knuckle), missed by the dealer.
