Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A delay with a technician coming out meant my van would have to stay over the weekend instead of picking up on Friday as planned (they are closed on weekends). They got the tech out early Saturday morning and Jeff came in on his day off just so I could pick up my vehicle that day. I could not be more pleased with the overall experience.

Had 2 car accidents in the same month, and everyone at Caliber was incredibly helpful and professional during the whole process. Sadly my car had to be totaled, but I know they did everything they could to fix my faithful old Subaru.

Recently purchased a Silverado with hideous pin striping that was not to my taste. I came into Caliber Collision to see if they could help me out with removing the pinstripes and they quoted me at 2 hours to remove it. The pin stripes turned into an all day job for Caliber, however, they still honored their original quote and returned my vehicle washed. Needless to say they did a stellar job and I was beyond satisfied with how they took care of me every step of the way. They also helped removed some adhesive residue left from the previous owner at no charge.

People are very nice and make sure you are taken care. The work is excellent and the work is on time. I recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to Caliber Collision by a friend and I was very impressed with the service and the work they did. Edgar called me almost everyday to keep me updated on my car and to let me know the timeline. Some parts had to be ordered but he expedited them because he knew I did not have rental car insurance and did not want me to have to pay for too many days. He was very helpful and thorough. He was able to get my car done 5 days sooner than anticipated. When I pulled up to pick it up, I almost didnt recognize it because it looked stunning after being damaged so badly. They also detailed and washed my car. I want to also say to everyone I had contact with there that they were all very helpful and very friendly. I want to say thank you for my making my car look absolutely beautiful again. Lastly, want to add that when I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride over to the rental place and when I came back to pickup my car, they took my rental back for me. These guys are fantastic. I had some old, rusted screws that had either broken off or seized up on my license plate holders. They helped cut the old screws and drill new holes to get my new plates on. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you for your help.

Went to Abra through my insurance from a fender bender. They are awesome! My insurance quoted 4days of labor and they had my car back to me the next day with additional damages repaired that my insurance didnt realize when they did the original estimate. Jeff and Karen are friendly and organized! Ill be coming here with all all my auto body needs.

WORST HACK SHOP OUT THERE. Was in a front end wreck in Feb 2017. Got the car back to have it stall out on a highway from them putting in the wrong radiator. My headlight has moisture in it. The paint on the door that was painted peeled. I went in this week to have work warrantied and i got it back today to find the car wont lock. Find another shop!!!!

Abra stole the motor and regulator from my car window. Abra took my car to the back while I sat in the waiting room. They took me to the back aftetwards to show me the stockpile of used parts regulators that I could purchase. Now I know how they have so many used parts. I found out all the parts were stolen when Itook my car to another window shop and they took the door panel off infront of me and not hwas there.

If I could give 0 stars I would I brought my truck there after I was rear ended and brought it in for an estimate they took 3 pictures and 3 months later nothing I called several times and they kept trying to push me to take a payout from the insurance company which I didnt want to do he barely looked at the truck so i didnt want to settle incase there was more damage seeing as he didnt really look at it. Finally i got so sick of waiting and took it to collision solutions in Zion they had a new bumper in 3 days and found alot more damage so a supplemental estimate had to be sent to state farm it was 4 times the amount of their estimate because they didnt do a proper inspection they are a preferred place for state farm but they suck worst place Ive ever dealt with do yourself a favor and dont use them they dont care or have any sense of urgency and also dont perform proper inspections they took 3 pictures and that was all they did in just over 3 months no excuse just ridiculous

I suggest that you never take your car to this auto repair shop. I almost lost my life on the express way due to their poor repairs/lack of inspection on my vehicle. State Farm suggested I use this auto repair shop after a previous accident I was involved in and two weeks later one of my wheels disconnects from the car. Beware of this repair shop. If you value your life you will take your car somewhere else.

They did an Awesome job on fixing our car and in a timely manner

I took my vehicle here to have a broken sunroof repaired . After the repair was completed, there were still shards of glass in and around my sunroof. I took my car back to them to fix this and not only did they not get all the shards of glass out, they put my visor mirrors on backwards when they should have never been touched. I believe it was because I took my car back unsatisfied with all the glass pieces they left in my sunroof. Unhappy customer.
