They do not have enough expertese or may be they just follow the insurance companys orders and ignore the damages. Either way, your car will not be diagnosed or repaired to your satisfaction and you will end up paying for repairs at other shops.

I had a car accident which can be stressful. Was recommended by a family member. They have great customer service. They made this process less stressful. When the rental company that had to pick me up. Was a no show. They had someone else come within minutes. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done.

They fix my car professional done

My car had a scratch that wasnt there when I gave it to them. They acted like they didnt really care and the lady at the desk has a very rude attitude. She disrespected my mother which was completely uncalled for. I wish I wouldve never used their services. I feel very disrespected. I felt discriminated. She made it seem like I better have or couldnt afford the $500 deductible. I have a very well paid job so its more than affordable. It took longer than it shouldve. I honestly felt like she was racist. Ive never been so humiliated in my life. I will not and can not use their services again.

Majestic wrote the estimate and discreetly had my wife sign a work order to order parts. Did not give her a copy of the work order and ordered parts. When we decided to use a different shop, they insist on charging us a return fee for parts they ordered before they had possession of the car. Very bad business practices, WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. Watch what you sign there and get a copy of everything!!!!!

Car repair took longer than expected, but that happens. Fast forward 5 years and I needed some warranty work done on the car for rust and they stood behind their work and agreed to repair the car. Good to see local shops keeping their word and standing behind their work. Support Local business!

I couldnt remember if I put a review on here or not on them.. Since I cant remember I will right now. Let me start off by saying I wouldnt refer a tonka truck to them to fix. They had my truck for about a week and did a botched up job. My dvd player that was suppose to have been fixed came crashing down on ant size bump in the road. A piece that was suppose to be screwed down was floating in the wind like a kite. Not to mention the lovely two sided tape they used on the glass. I guess they thought that was going to hold. Later down the road. I was told by another mechanic shop my truck was not safe to drive. You guess it, in the area that they fixed! I had to spend out of pocket close to 3k after the insurance company paid for it to be fixed. I guess they dont guarantee they work. They didnt guarantee mine.

Dealt with Kris, took a couple days longer than promised due to a parts issue, but the car is perfect!!!

Couldnt get there till an hour after they closed, Kris the mgr was nice enough to wait over an hour (on a Friday) for me. I’m very appreciative for his patience and the car looks awesome

Horrible horrible experience. I have a 2015 challenger and when they repainted it there was dust under the clearcoat in certain areas, buff marks all over the area they worked on, and new scratches that were not there when i dropped the car off. I took it back and instead of repainting it and fixing their mistakes, they cut corners and took a coarse buffer and left swirls all over the car. I wont bother taking it back a 3rd time to fix the same issues. Terrible body shop, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
