My wife and I purchased a brand new washer and dryer with the 5 year warranty! Back in late February 2020, in August we started having issues with the washer. We called Dugans and the sent out a tech to look at it, with the issue we were having they took it to there shop and gave us a loaner to use. When we got the washer back had another issue and the replaced the shock on a saturday! Well it didnt fix the problem.... went to talk to them this morning and they stood by there moto and came and got the washer and brought us a different one with no questions!!!! If you ask me, Dugans Sales and Service stands by there work and customer Satisfaction!!!!!! Thank you for being local and loyal to your customers!!! You have earned a customer for life!!

1/2 star, if I could. called to see if I could stop in and buy a part for my dryer and was told that Id have to ask the guys in service...who wont be in until 5. And the place closes at 5:30. Dont call here for parts if you DIY.
