We are very happy with the installers, Javier and Jesus. Professional and pleasant to have at our home. The difference the window and door replacement made was amazing, typically a 15 - 20 degree cooler inside than what it was outside. Definitely worth the investment.

We have ordered installation of one kitchen sliding door and three windows. Both quality of door and windows made by Milgard and installation by local Pelican company are superb, kitchen sliding door with screen and all windows opens and close by one finger. Door beside of traditional lock in the center has two bolts one on top and second on the bottom for additional security and is locked by one move of hand

While we didnt use them for our windows, they were responsive, honest with their time-lines and punctual.

Was getting multiple quotes for two very large windows that needed to be replaced. Pelican came in at the best rate, for what i was purchasing. However im not writing this review because of their pricing. Their level of service while in my home went above and beyond, and was exceptional all around! Not to mention that the final product i received looks great in my home as well. Id recommend Pelican to anyone looking to replace their windows!

Made an appointment for estimate. Guy came, took the time to explain procedure, look at the area. Said he would email us an exact estimate. He left and thats as far as it got. No estimate. A total waste of our time.

We worked with Evan on getting completely new windows and doors for a home we purchased. I had met Evan once before when I was representing a buyer on a home where the inspector thought there might have been an window installation issue. Evan came out, answered all questions, and it was a great experience for all (windows were installed perfectly, was an anomaly on inspectors detection device). We had our windows replaced by Pelican over 12 years ago. This was only the second time I had to call with an issue and as with prior call, I could not be happier with the service. Jody took my call requesting service for a repair and was able to arrange a visit 2 hours later from Evan, who fit me in between scheduled appointments. Pelican replaced 5 windows and one slider in my new investment property and did a great job. Later, when I needed a couple of additional windows that would be installed by my handyman, Pelican ordered the windows for me and delivered them to my doorstep at no additional charge. Ordering windows online is convenient, but any money you might save is usually offset by the shipping charges. Pelican saved me about half of what it would have cost otherwise by delivering those windows to me.

Tim and his team were absolutely the best. Tim came to our house twice to provide quotes--once in 2017, and once in 2018--when we were finally ready to purchase our windows. We went through three separate bids--one from Pelican, and from two other window providers. We picked Pelican because Tim provided the most reasonable prices, he was knowledgeable about the Milgard products, and never came across as super salesman-y or trying to sell us products we didnt need. My husband and I also visited his showroom in Vista, just before we made the order, to check out the different window and sliding glass door products (which I recommend--it helped to visually see what is available).

Having completed extensive remolding on our home and having hired multiple contractors across several projects, I can assuredly state that Pelican Windows and dealing with Tim Skeer has been top notch. Service sort of set the bar relative to all other contracting services to date. They offer very competitive rates, very responsive with excellent customer service, transparent, flexible, and great attention to detail in completing the service. Very friendly and professional installation team that are efficient and responsive to customer needs. We had a total of 8 windows and 3 French doors completed and I would recommend them to family and friends alike. We will definitely hire Pelican Windows again when we complete another round of upgrades.

Tim, the owner, is always such a pleasure with whom to work. He has master-minded the windows for a new addition, and he has found lower cost solutions for leaking windows. He is warm and receptive and a good listener. His crew is exceptional in work ethics and in personality. Would never consider using any other glass company.

Pelican has repeatedly delivered what Ive needed, on time and their support is beyond what Ive expected. A warrantied window had an issue years ago and they orchestrated a vendor tech to fix the window and check all the orhers. I just recently purchased two more windows and the process was smooth as usual. Its great to have this company as a resource.
