I have toured through the plant before and it is amazing the windows and doors that they manufacture their they are the double pane windows that help insulate the houses and help lower the gas and electric bills. The work there is top notch if I was to redo my windows and my doors I would definitely use this companys windows. I believe they custom make sizes too so for anybody out there looking to replace any kind of Windows or sliding doors or glass doors of any kind please take a look at this company for your product it is a top-notch product and the people take pride in the work they do!

Great product, excellent quality.

Bought a patio door. Delivery day moved back 4 times. Missing the screen door. Two months we received the wrong size screen. Another month later we received the right size. In conclusion they make terrible screen doors. Wont stay on the track (top or bottom). Binds constantly. I wish I had my old door back. It worked great for 35 years.

I hadnt worked with them before and still havent. They were not helpful in getting me information or setting up a time to discuss what I needed for my construction project last month. I went elsewhere. Good thing to from current reviews about their workmanship.

Order for 6 replacement windows placed end of March 2019. Multiple deliveries received over many weeks. Received duplicate items, damaged items, incorrect items, and were missing items. Final incorrect item was supposed to arrive with a tech today (4 months since order placed) to find the windows are still at the Rialto warehouse. We are in San Diego. Can not believe the ineptitude of this company.

Do NOT buy Jeld-Wen windows or doors! I got their top-of-the-line custom doors and windows and they are pieces of you-know-what.They are ALWAYS out of alignment and you cant clean the cheap-*ss glass for love or money. I have tried EVERYTHING to clean these windows and they are ALWAYS STREAKY.I rue the day I let my contractor reccomend this product (he probably got a big kick-back).Buying Jeld-Wen windows and doors has been one of the WORST and most COSTLY decisions I have ever made ... I regret it EVERY DAY!

Reliable

I had new windows and doors installed 5 months ago. Since then I have had to have one of the door panels replaced 4 times because Jeld-Wen can not get them correct. I am not informed as to whats going on, they randomly call and say they are installing again. Every time the panel is incorrect they blame it on something else, always making excuses. Currently my windows are covered in scratches and they excuse was sorry, but we cant see them from 10 feet, so they are fine. I would recommend everyone to find another company, do not buy from them.

This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. We have had a warranty replacement on order for defective glass since October and theyve had our handling fee of $391 for over 2 months now and they still cant tell us for sure if they have the glass ready for our (second) scheduled installation... I would NEVER have any dealings with this company again. If I could give less than one star I would...

Awful Customer Service, plus they overcharge! Warranty service is NOT LIFETIME....they SAY they give you 50% off, BUT THAT DISCOUNT IS APPLIED TO AN INFLATED PRICE (DOUBLED) SO YOU PAY RETAIL FOR REPLACEMENT PANES OF GLASS EVEN AFTER IT FAILS! Customer service made errors in the specifications for my new panes 4 times; every time I corrected one error they made a new error while correcting the old one. BUY YOUR GLASS ELSEWHERE AND DONT BOTHER WITH JELD-WEN!
