This is the third house I have used Window World on. I would not even consider using any one else. For pricrie quality, warranty, ease of installation Window .World cant be beat. Great company.

It is really unfortunate that this company has the WORST customer service. The windows are amazing their installers were FABULOUS!!!! pricing was great but omg their follow up and their customer service is terrible!!! we call multiple times to get issues solved! if they got their customer service together I would for sure have been a 5 star client!

We just completed our third project, installing new front entry doors with Window World and once again were extremely pleased. Previously they installed a new garage door and window replacements for us. Weve worked with Jeff each time and found the process to be easy and straight forward. He was very realistic with our timeline on install due to possible COVID delays on the manufacturing side. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call that our doors were ready earlier than expected and they turned out beautifully. Alex, our installer was amazing. He arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up afterwards. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend Window World.

I love working with the folks at Window World of San Diego for so many reasons! I am extremely pleased with not just their product, but the level of customer service, professionalism, knowledge and general positive and good nature of everyone there. Since its construction and nothing goes perfectly in construction (and certainly not in 2020/21) theres always the worry of issues popping up - thankfully the Window World team - from the owners to the admin to the installers - are awesome and know how to get things done and done the right way! They are genuinely real people who are looking to do quality work and make sure we clients are happy. I highly recommend working with them and should I have any more need for doors and windows - they will be my FIRST and ONLY call!

Had all our windows replaced by Window World several years ago. Great company, great product. Our heat & air conditioning bills went down.

We have waited 7 months to get our windows installed. Supposed to be here by 9 am today. Ordered in August 2020. Fully paid for them. Received an email in January 2021 confirmingtodays install. This was only supposed to take 8-10 weeks. Sure not true. Just got off phone with them and we are not even on the books for install. What kind of business is this???Update today, 2/26/21. Window world figured out quickly they had messed up and sent a 2 man team over by 1 PM that day. They installed our 4 windows, did a fabulous job, cleaned up and we are very pleased with the windows we ordered. They just need to do a better job of keeping customers informed.

We used Window World to replace a front door unit because we had had wonderful service with windows at out mothers house which we are planning to rent since her passing. The door unit was ordered on 11/2/20 with a 4 to 6 week install date. It is now 2/2/21 and I have been trying to get a response since I called Daisy on 12/31/20 about when our door is to be installed. The door is paid for in full, my mistake.I contacted Jeff our sales rep twice since then and have put in multiple calls to the install department. I have gotten only one response in a month of calls and no info on where our door is.We are losing $4500 a month because we cant rent the house until it is completed (front door). My husband had a massive stroke in Oct. 20. We need the rental income. Jeff was very sympathetic to all I was trying to manage. I trusted that his team would make this easy for me. I am very disappointed with the service. I have enough to deal with, let alone chase down a reputable company for a product I have paid in full for!

It took a while for my windows to be done but it was worth the wait they are beautiful. The work was done in a day. The installers were very clean and neat. I am very happy

Ive been waiting almost a year and a half for them to fix and complete the job. Then they charged my card for final payment before the job was completed. THIS IS A BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT! NOT HAPPY!

The windows are very good quality.. they change the whole appearance of the outside and inside of my mobile home ..I love the windows .. they are so worth the money... Alex is a wonderful installer, very professional very meticulous work .. he did a fantastic job . I was a little shocked when he showed up all by himself .. I ask him where his help was and he said it’s just me and he went right to work and did a above and beyond job !! I am very satisfied !!

The Salesperson was hard working, honest and really provided good advice for our home.The installers did a fantastic job.The manager had an opening and moved up our date which was nice.Thank you Window World we love our new windows.The furnace is happy too lol.

The windows are nice, but they took 13 weeks to install. They DO NOT answer their phone calls nor do they return voicemail. They have no interest in dealing with the customer when their products are late. Customer service was terrible. We only started with a couple windows (thank goodness) and switched to another company to replace all the rest of our windows and doors. That company room 2 weeks from call to install.

We had all the windows replaced (14) in our home and were surprised when there was only one installer sent out to do the job, and it wasn’t easy. I can see now why they only needed Alex to come out. We were amazed at how quickly he worked and the quality of his work is impecable! Alex was very considerate of our home and placing drop cloths and being neat. You can tell he takes pride in his work and making sure that the home owner/customer is beyond satisfied and happy with his work. He’s such an asset to Window World and has such a positive attitude. We love the product and are so happy with the windows and the way they look. Ariana and Janis were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Alex for taking such care and pride in replacing our windows. We are very grateful!

We did our entire house and Garage door with Window World. There was a little miscommunication at the original bid but they completely stepped up and owned what had happened. It was a great experience from start to finish and i will always highly recommend them. I was from a referral myself and will be sure to pass on my fantastic experience.

Negative stars would be given if possible. Horrible horrible customer service. This co. was a recommendation, which I highly regret ever going with! Either one of the owners NEEDS to reach out to me. I ordered 1 patio sliding door and 2 windows. I got a call from 2 different people, on the same day (Friday) to confirm that our appointment was for the following Monday. Not a problem. Then that Saturday morning, we get told that one of our 2 windows hadnt been received. We said, ok, still go ahead and install 1 window and sliding door. After that installation, when the 2nd window was installed, it didnt have the screen.... Understandable, new windows, still in box no way of telling if anything is missing until box gets opened right before installation. The ISSUES ive had is the big lack of communication. So let me get this straight. My windows were ordered, said windows arrived at your facility, but NO ONE in shipping/receiving and or warehouse bothered to check what was actually delivered???? On top of that, to have 2 different people call on a Friday to confirm our appointment for that Monday, just to get a call the next day to say everything that was ordered hadnt been received???? Ive called multiple times throughout this process to get updates, to get told so in so in such and such department is going to call you back with an update, just to NOT get a call back....Again, EITHER ONE OF THE 2 OWNERS needa to give me a call back! Oh, and last but not least, i gave a certain % of the total amount owed once the initial order was placed, and once 1 sliding door, 2 windows and only 1 screen were installed, they automatically CHARGED remaining balance without my consent!!!!! Im still waiting on the 2nd screen!

Takes time to get the windows from factory but the 1 day install is amazingly fast and professional. I would recommend Window World

Horrible customer service. Simply Horrible.We ordered new windows and sliding doors in November, it is now March. We decided to splurge a little by also getting a new screen/storm door for the front door.We are still trying to get that storm door completed. 3 crews have come out 4 separate times. 3 of those times was just for the storm door. Nothing else. Just one door. Every single time they were missing parts.The customer service reps in office use the same excuse every time. They are still trying to get it ordered.it is the manufactures fault. Lies Lies Lies.dont buy it.6 months. I should have gone to home depot.You can still see the gap, at least an inch, between threshold and the door. And that is a huge improvement over the last time a crew came out.

I had a team from Window World come out on January 10, 2020 to install six windows and a sliding glass door. The team Johnny and Josh arrived a few minutes before 8:00 am and went right to work after we spoke for a few minutes. They said they would finish by 3:00 pm., they knew what they were doing and confirmed all window measurements first. Then put this tarp I would call it down on the carpet at the entry door and around the windows to be replaced and began the demolition or removal of the original windows from my house.They finished everything including the clean-up by around 2:30 pm. I really like windows and the new sliding glass door. The install turned out very nice and the windows from the inside of my house without those crossed bars I had in the old ones look like picture windows. From the outside I like that tinted look in the glass, and the sliding glass door is more that I expected in all respects and with the molding installed around the perimeter, it looks high class.The team was very professional and those were two hard working guys that just seemed to work non-stop until they were finished. Johnny showed me how to remove the windows for cleaning in each room how the sliding glass door and screen worked. That was all great information.Thank you very much, and I would recommend Window World and the team Johnny and Josh to anyone. I feel I have the best looking windows on my block. Excellent job well done!! Oh, and thank you for the instructions left with the warranty information on using and cleaning the windows.

We had are Windows Installed this week and my husband and I could not be happier. Eli and Alex were very professional and friendly...they did a fantastic job were on time the 3 days it took, cleaned everything up explained how the windows worked just am all around great experience..Im so happy with our decision going with Window World☺

I wanted to change my review and make this more realistic. I am the Victoria you have dealt with in the Installation Dept and I felt there are a few things I needed to explain. First, if you felt I wasnt empathetic enough or you felt I was rude then I apologize to you because in no way did I ever set out to do such things.1. I never residing in San Diego, but I commuted to San Diego once a week for this job that was EXTREMELY overwhelming due to the lack of navigation.2. I was literally THROWN in the middle of a snake pit of files that had no ending or beginning and noone with answers. I realize there was a lack of communication to customers and everyone I spoke to said the same thing. I believe what happened Is COVID took off so fast and manufacturers couldnt keep up, thus the ball rolls downhill and companies were backlogged and not getting their items to assist customers in a timely manner.. but because noone kept in touch with customers so they are frustrated and rightfully so. I would be too.. and I have stated that to every customer I have spoken to.3. There are new people trying to fix whats obviously broken.. so the reviews coming on arent based off what the NEW people have done yet what OLD people didnt do. I have tried to help others who had other needs and if it has been unfinished and no answers, now you know why I havent returned your calls.4. I think in this broken of times we all have to remember we are all human. Everyone makes mistakes, but in order to succeed we have to fix the problem. With that said, I wish them nothing but success on their journeys. Unfortunately, I found out Feb 15 I had been let go after I asked to work 1 day remote in AZ to tend to family needs and counseling since my brother passed in January and was told no.Sadly, I have learned alot from this adventure. But most of all, never give more to others who will take more than you offer.I am going to leave this as a 5 star because I feel everyone in that office deserves a part of the 5 stars that keep the daily chaos going. 1 star for the sales dept, 1 star for the office & for the warehouse crew, 1 star for the installers who continue to do their best with what they have, 1 star for the customers who continue to believe in them and the last star for myself. For making the best out of a bad situation, living away from my family for so long and keeping my head high after giving people so much of me.. I get to finally go home to reality..I hope this sheds SOME light on reality in San Diego. Again, I wish them nothing but success but you simply cannot ask people to be successful in a toxic environment.

I was called in as an adviser as i was providing another service on this project and during this conversation with this companys so called expert install technician he became furious and wanted to have a physical altercation in front of the client, Very unprofessional at any level, no mater how bad i had debunked his excuses for the improper installation.Please see all of the previous reviews and decide on your own if the price is right dealing with such a bargain price company

We replaced all of the windows in our house, transformed a bedroom window into a sliding glass door and replaced an existing sliding glass door with Window World. Our experience, from the beginning, has been less than favorable. The poor installation and lack of customer service is very disappointing.On July 27, 2020 we signed a contract and were told that installation would take place within 6-8 weeks. That timeframe worked for us because my husband would go back to in-person teaching at his school beginning October 20 and would be able to enter and exit the house through our new sliding glass door in our master bedroom, thereby not exposing my elderly mother to any potential infection.Eight weeks went by and we did not hear from the company. After several calls, I was finally told that installation would not occur until October 29th.At first glance the new windows and doors looked good. However, we soon discovered that many were not installed correctly. The kitchen sliding glass door is not straight. When the door is open, instead of the edge being parallel to the frame, it forms an unbelievably large triangular gap that widens from the bottom to the top. The kitchen screen door gets stuck midway and cannot slide open or closed. The glass door can only be locked by lifting the door so that the latch can engage.Some of the windows are extremely hard to open and a few are scratched. Some of the window screens have holes or are missing handles. None of the windows or doors have been sealed correctly. Outside air can clearly be felt coming through some closed windows. Even the vinyl trim is coming apart.I called the office to let them know of the problems. I was transferred from department to department until I finally ended up leaving a message for Guner from the Installation department. They next day I called and asked to speak with a manager. A representative named Ariana called me back and assured me that Larry, head of installation, would be out to look at the situation in person… in two weeks. An appointment was set for Friday, November 13 between 12:00 and 2:00. I had a medical appointment scheduled for that afternoon that I canceled to be here waiting.That day I waited, and waited. 2:00 came and went with no sign of Larry. Finally at 3:15 I received a call that Larry was running late and that he would be here at 4:00. I waited some more. At 4:15 Larry himself called to say that he would be here in about an hour. I mentioned that it would already be dark outside by the time he got there and he asked if I would like to reschedule for the next day, Saturday. I agreed and canceled my plans for the day. He never showed up. He never bothered to call.On Monday I once again called the office and asked to speak to a manager. They took down my name and number again. The next day they called back and said that the earliest someone could come out to see the house would be in mid December.The “lifetime guarantee” that Window World advertises seems to be a scam. It seems that once the check is cashed, Window World has already moved on to their next target. My advice is to spend a few dollars more and go with a company that will stand behind its products.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Spare yourself the pain that I went through. Customer service is the worst. Once your sales person seals the deal after making multiple promises you never hear from them again. I had to call at least 20 times to get an update on my windows. Everyone I spoke to was very rude and never helpful or understanding.

Replaced my windows and doors in accordance with my HOA, with updated version that blocks sunray and outside noise, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old materials. Very responsive, great value, great quality and on time as they say.

Great products, unbeatable pricing, but HORRIBLE customer service! Had 2 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Turns out the sliding glass door was warped. They installed it in as best as possible and assured me a new one would be rush-ordered. That was FIVE WEEKS AGO, not to mention immediately after the installers left I was charged the final balance. Excuse me, the job is incomplete...which took two calls to the office to explain, rectify, and receive a refund. Now I’m scheduled for the next install in 10 days with lots of rain in the forecast. Who knows how much heat I’m losing through the gaps of poor installation and unfinished work.When asked if they could discount the job to offset the eyesore in my home and delayed install timeline, they had the audacity to blame the thanksgiving holiday which was 4+ weeks beyond the original installation date! I’m appalled to say the least and will not be recommending theses services to friends or future projects.

I am happy with the quality of the windows and the service. Everything went smoothly and as expected from the time they gave the estimate to the completion of the installation. Would definitely recommend Window World to family and friends

Love Love my new Windows!!!! I had 23 windows, and 2 large patio sliding doors replaced. Wow! The house looks amazing, they look great. We waited 6 weeks for the windows, and it was well worth it. We also got great finance and great service. Our install team was professional and they did an awesome job. As someone who has a business, I know things are not always 100% the first time, but Window world was always very caring and assisted with everything. One window came in as a slider vs a hung, they remade the window and came back 2 weeks later to complete the replacement. I am beyond happy with the quality, service, and overall process. Highly recommend Window World.

I have had three rental properties and two personal residences fitted with Window World windows Always professional, completed within the time they say, and meticulous in their clean up. Measure., order, when windows come in, one day installation. Free rescreening, even if the dogs and cats shred the sliding screen doors.

Do not use this company because they lie about window frame size. I was told the frame would be 2 and instead it is 3.5. So I now have 15 of glass instead of 18 if the window frame had been the size promised.They also use cheap looking dots to cover up screw holes, looks like inexpensive garage cabinets.

I had their expert visit me for new three window installations for over $6.2K. After two weeks measurement person shows and says he needs to discuss with the owner. I get a call back today after two weeks saying the price will go up by $2K to involve an architect. My money down is locked in and I dont have any protection at all,. Can anyone suggest me legal remedy or consumer affairs complaint.
