I just had my VW Beetle Conv. repaired by this group of professional mechanics. The front office personal was very pleasant to work with and she kept her word to the fullest. As the price goes, it was as she said. Very reasonable. I would totally recommend TVR Automotive.

Jamie Wiseman did a fantastic job on my VW Golf! Actually saved me money by finding the true cause of a whining fuel pump (clogged filter) instead of just following my blind request to replace the fuel pump. The tune-up he performed has the vehicle getting better gas mileage.

Bad customer service they never answer the phone, they never call you when they say they do .. Then once you start calling them they disconnect their phone .. Told me my car would be ready tuesday-wednesday. but here it is going on thursday, and still haven’t heard about it . Claims they have been waiting on a part since yesterday, from a place that’s only 30-45 minutes away .. I will never bring my car back here to get fixed ever again . period

Jamie is a very knowledgeable mechanic, & there are very few who can work on & correct problems with VWs 2003-present. He did have to work on the electrical system & replace the timing belt, etc., but after 3 visits, he made my beloved VW Jetta come back from the grave. HIGH recommendation!
