Comfort technician Jordan Mills was a professional and courteous young man. He called me half an hour prior to his arrival to let me know when he would be here. He introduced himself, confirmed the purpose of the appointment, then got right to work. Jordan explained everything he was doing as he went. He was respectful of my gutters when placing his ladder which I very much appreciated.This was a great example of the service I have come to expect from Perry Heating and Cooling. The Perry company sent me someone very quickly after my call. Todd was excellent, honest, and explained in details the diagnosis. He could fix my old ac unit ( 18 years old) with his knowledge and at very reasonable price.

These guys saved us during the week of hell... 110+ degree weather for an entire week. A/C units were dropping like flies in our neighborhood... all the same issue. Blown capacitors. We probably called 10 different companies and Perry Heating & Cooling was the ONLY company willing to come save our lives. (Even Alaskan A/C Same day or the repair is free like their radio ad says wasnt having it).Not only did they fix the A/C unit they offered us a solution going forward that would prevent the issue from happening. We used them for a new AC a couple of years ago and still annoyed about the poor service and poor job they did. The unit itself is good, but they did a bad job on everything else and the thermostat sucks and reminds us of their bad job every time we use it. To top it off they were rude.

Jordan was excellent. He communicated when he would be here, was on-time and very efficient. I had a tiny gas leak in the flex hose to the water heater that Jordan discovered, and he fixed it completely. Also gave me advice on getting a carbon monoxide detector. We just got a new Rheem gas pack from Perry H&C and we are very happy with the results. Weve had a preventative maintenance contract with Perry for years. They kept our old unit in good working condition and they gave us the peace of mind that if we have a problem they would come ASAP to help. We decided it was time for a new unit, so we asked if Jordan (service tech) could come over and discuss some options. He did a repair for us several years ago, so we know he is very knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. Jordan gave us a number of good options, we choose a unit that best fit our needs and it was installed the very next day!The Perry installation team (Ozzie + Robert) are outstanding! While I have used Perry H & C for years, I experienced Comfort Technician Jordan for the first time today. He was on time, masked, respectful, efficient and took time to make sure I understood what the issue was and my choices were. I received the email invoice with ratings for my unit promptly.

Jordan was able to come out the next morning after we called. We described the issues we were having. He addressed those and gave the entire system a once over to verify that there were not any other significant issues. He repaired the components that were at issue and was done within the window we expected.

Woke up at 4 AM thinking I had come down with a fever. Nope, A/C was out. Happy Monday! Thought I would be toughing it out for awhile during this heatwave of 2021. Jordan Mills from Perry was here in less than two hours and had my 22 year old Trane back up and cooling in a couple more hours. Somehow they had all the parts on the truck including a new condenser motor. Jordan was very pleasant and friendly, and I would highly recommend him and Perry for your HVAC needs.

My AC went out and on a holiday weekend, Jordan appeared at my door to fix it! I had a pre engagement that I could not cancel. Unfortunately my dog was not happy to be left at home with a stranger… I was so worried about putting him inside the garage in this heat but at the same time I desperately needed to attend the event and have my AC fixed.Jordan went above and beyond to help. He called me as soon as he was done and let my dog out bc he was concerned about him.Jordan did not leave or say well I can’t help you or anything other companies would have probably have said in my situation. Instead, he worked with me to call and help me out. He was willing to be patient with me and my family bc he realized we needed the AC to work. I called this place because my Nest Thermostat was not operating correctly. The technician, Jordan, came out extremely quickly. He was friendly and professional.After a few minutes, he determined that while the nest was hooked up correctly, the Nest was probably faulty - no heat was blowing out.Im exchanging my Nest for a new one which will hopefully fix the problem.I would like to stress the Jordan is an excellent employee for this company to have, and if there is another problem, I would not mind him coming back out to my house to remedy it.

I called Perry H&C for an inspection of the HVAC system in my newly purchased house. I picked them because they were the ones that installed the system in the house and the person that inspected the house prior to closing said, after inspecting the HVAC system, he doesnt often see a system installed as well as this one and he explained the several areas where he felt the installer had taken extra care to ensure good performance. When Jorden, the technician, arrived. He inspected the system, quickly pointed out some minor issues and took his time to test everything and correct the minor issues. Jordan well represented the company in professionalism, politeness, respect and technical ability plus he arrived exactly when I was told he would. This was a great experience and a job well done (the condenser had a lot of debris in the cooling cools before Jordan cleaned it)! All aspects exceeded my expectations and I will use Perry as my HVAC maintainer!

When everything took less time, he revised the price accordingly, saving me money.The air conditioner runs great now. Jordan came over to check on a leak, was efficient and concise in telling me what needed to happen if I wanted to fix it. Gave me honest info in regards to how old my unit is and what he suggests. I then asked him to come back to do some of the repairs discussed, he even went as far as cleaned out part of my gutter that was keeping the condensation from draining properly, he didnt have to do it but he did!

I have been using this company for a few years now for annual maintenance. Last night, I noticed a water stain on my ceiling and crawled into the attic to see what was going on. The emergency drip pan was full...and leaking! I called Perry this morning and told them about the situation, and they had someone out to me the same day! Our family has been doing business with Perry Heating and Cooling for the past ten years with no complaints or concerns at all. The most recent servicing of our ten year old air conditioner was today and as usual the technician was on time, professional, courteous and gave us a great overview of how the unit is running. As life long residents of Tucson, we depend on our air conditioning, and we could always depend on Perry to do right by use.

We recently had to call Perry Heating and Cooling to see why our AC was blowing Hot air. The technician who came called to let us know when to expect him and he got here promptly at the appointed time. It was a very hot day and he cane inside to see if the problem was inside, then he went up on the roof and was there quite a while. When he came down he explained what the problem was and what he had done to fix it. His name is Estevan Bravo. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He has worked on our AC in the past so we were very pleased to have him in our home again. Professional, polite and punctual. Represents Perry in an exceptional manner.

I always make an appointment with Perry Heating and Cooling for seasonal inspection of my unit before turning on the heat. I was given a choice of timeframes that would be best for me. Jordan called within the given timeframe to tell me when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Jordan the technician was very thorough and efficient in diagnosing (and explaining to us) & then fixing our AC issue. On one of the hottest days of the summer, they provided exemplary service!

He diagnosed the problem and spent the time to trouble shoot all possible aspects that could have caused the furnace to malfunction. Rafael from Perry Heating and Cooling arrived when promised and performed repairs on our non working Rheem home heater. Within minutes he discovered the issue and had it repaired and working perfectly. Rafael was very polite, courteous and professional and explained the issues clearly to us. He was even wearing a mask for all of our Covid protection. Perry Heating and Cooling was a great choice for me and will do repeat business with them if the need arises.

The problem with my heating system was not easy to solve and the part that had to be ordered took a week to arrive, but I couldn’t have been happier with Todd and his professional attitude and concern about our heating system. I will be requesting him again in the future.

Its the hottest week of the year so far, and my AC unit is failing! I called Perry H&C first thing this morning, and the tech (Anthony) was here by 11-11:30! He confirmed that I needed a new evaporative coil, but, fortunately, the part is still under warranty. Before he left, he had communicated with the office to get the part ordered and assured me that the turn-around time would be short. He was very efficient and very polite! I have been using this company since I moved to Tucson 15 years ago, and they have never disappointed.

These guys always come through for us. They are the most consistent and knowledgeable contractor in town. One of our new units installed in October 2019 wouldn’t kick on this morning, so I called Perry and they immediately called back and said will be put in the emergency queue. Todd showed up later in the afternoon and was professional, courteous and really knew how to troubleshoot the issue. It was only a blown fuse but he took the opportunity to replace all the fuses and change all the filters in both of our units. These guys always come through for you whether you need regular maintenance or whether you have an emergency. We’ve use them for 5 to 6 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Todd for coming out on a Saturday afternoon to get us air conditioning again in the 108° summer heat!

My mother’s heater quit working and Rafael from Perry heating and cooling came out and got it running for us after two other companies told us it couldn’t be repaired. The other companies just wanted to sell us a new unit. Rafael was very courteous and fixed it fast. Highly recommend Rafael and Perry heating and cooling. Great service!

Perry Heating and Cooling came out to give me an emergency repair, and did not help me at all. They tried to tell me that I needed to buy either a new coil or a brand new system. This was not acceptable and totally false! - I had to pay $140.00, and also had to stay burning up in my house with my 6 year old daughter, because they would not help me. The next day I called another company that happily helped me get things running again. Beware, this company is only out to make profits. They have lost the will to help the people of Tucson Honestly. Very Sad!

The technician was sent out to look at why my emergency heat was coming on. He found the coil needed to be replaced. It was leaking oil.He took time to find out if under warranty (it was). Saved me $$$. He will order new part with warranty and install. He was very professional, wore a mask, and had booties for walking in the house.

This company and employees are wonderful. We had them come out for a check up because we knew there was a problem with our cooler/heater, of course there was, they tried to help us fix it but we figured out it was too old to fix. So had a new unit put in today. They arrived on time, were very polite, and explained what they were doing and how it worked. They put down coverings on the floor and cleaned up after wards too. I would recommend this company to everyone!

On Dec. 5, 2019, Perry heating & cooling provided us an all around great service experience from Yvonne taking the call to Todd replacing a pressure switch on my furnace. They were both very professional and courteous! Todd worked on my furnace for about 30 minutes and quickly found and repaired my furnace problem. On the previous day, a heating and cooling company tried to sell me a new A/C unit when it was only a $206 pressure switch. Thank you for your great service and honesty!

Predatory practices. Active price-gouging. Trying to be nice, I told them to complete repairs on a service call if under $500. My bill was $498.95 for less than $60 in parts and 20 minutes of work. I called the manager and he did not deny the price of parts or time spent on the job. He was not willing to adjust the price at all. I am an out of town military homeowner. Perry HVAC should not be trusted. AZ has no price gouging consumer protection. Buyer beware. $200 or even $250 would have been reasonable to me. Twice that? Predatory.

Just wanted to thank Jordan, the technician, and Perry Heating and Cooling for getting our air conditioning system back up and running. Jordan was very professional, and he completed the job in less time than he was scheduled for.

Is there an option less than a star? These people came out here and promised to get the motor of our AC unit in 7-10 business days. We called almost every single day to see if the part was even being shipped, no receipt, no email, the manager promised that it was being delivered each time. It’s been 7 days and if we didn’t call to ask where the part was, they would have never told us the part hadn’t even been shipped!!! And that we had to wait until August. We had to pay $400 just to get it expedited and it would get here overnight. Umm! No. Terrible serve, no email back and failed to comply with something they promised. And when the technitian got here, he said “ugh I have to get all the way up there?”

I had a wiring issue between my thermostat and heater. I had been told by another company I’d have to cut into the drywall to repair and they couldn’t get to it until next week. Although I have been a satisfied Perry customer for years, I am particularly pleased today. I called with a minor issue and was again pleased with the immediate service. Chris arrived promptly and fixed my issue in minutes and he could have easily been out the door, but he paused to ask me how I was enjoying my new system. I mentioned that my thermostat didnt work the way my old one did and I didnt care to be switching back and forth or programming. He immediately understood my problem and replaced my thermostat with one that just keeps the constant temperature.
