We are very satisfied TEMCO customers. We have a regular maintenance contract that serves us well on a regular basis on our two A/C systems. We have recommended TEMCO to friends and relatives and all have had equally great experiences. From office staff to in-person service people, service is top notch. Our recent experience this month ( July 2021) with in-home service from Danny was exceptional: he was courteous, knowledgeable, personable & efficient.

It is 1:00am. I notice the bedroom feels warm. I check the air conditioning. It is not working. I call Temcos emergency number. They take my information and say a technician will call shortly. About 15 minutes later a technician calls. I explain the problem. He says there is an extra charge for emergency service. I say it is ok.. He lives a long way out of town. I live next to the university. He arrived an hour later. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem The motor on the air conditioning unit died. The air conditioner is from 2006 (I think). He replaced the motor with a new motor. It was not easy, some parts had not moved since the day the air conditioner was installed. He was fantastic. He did not stop, he kept working through problems.One last word. He had the neatest, most orderly toolbox I had ever seen. When he needed a new tool, he knew exactly were to look.Thank you Temco.

Was timid with the process but changed as soon as I got a picture from my tech to advise me who was coming into my home. Very professional and knowledgeable of the units and that it clear that I had the right AC team replacing my Unit big kuddos to Sean Davis and Dean Pyle and the techs who made my decision easy. I could not ask for a better experience, start-to-finish. My air conditioning stopped working on a 105-degree day, and I expected to wait a seriously long time for an appointment - but much to my surprise, I was told there was someone in my area, who would call me as soon as he was done with another job. Sure enough, an hour later I got a call from Milo. What can I say about this guy? He is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He wasted no time in diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate. I have an old AC system, and was sure I would be looking at a costly full replacement - or worse -a technician that TOLD me I need a replacement, even if I dont. But once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Milo didnt try to sell me on a new system, but found a way to fix what I have. He even drew a picture of the inside of my AC to show me how it works and what the bad part does. He had to order the part, which would arrive the next day - but did a temporary fix so I had some AC overnight while we waited! I was thoroughly impressed. True to his word, Milo called the next day, came right over and installed the new part. Had the system fully up and running in no time. I know I will need to replace my entire system soon, and there is zero question about who I will call for the job..

I emailed a question and they never responded. Looking for NATE certified technicians. I guess I will have to call.

The Temco Team performed an excellent job during the installation of my air conditioner and heat pump! They were very professional and went over and beyond the standard of service by showing me and correcting some errors that were made by the previous installation. After a few failed maintenance attempts, I will have to say that I am not as sure that Temco is the company they use to be. They use to be very attentive and punctual, now they are distance and unreliable when it comes to scheduling prepaid maintenance on our HVAC system.

The best seller was that your person responsible was at the first visit. Im alone and havent been well, so those involved was very important. I enjoyed their time spent here and they met their time goal. So far, everything is functioning as hoped. I would gladly recommend Temco.

Temco Air Environmental is a business worth trusting. I have been a maintenance customer for many years, and have always been provided thorough and professional service by the technicians but recently I had to have a repair performed on a hot weekend. The technician showed up within an hour, worked hard on a Sunday to repair the unit, and took the time to educate me on the problem and that my time with this unit had become limited. It was an old unit, and his explanation was honest, thorough and stood up to my questions. I had many questions, and they were informed questions, and he took the time to stay with me, patient and knowledgable. His name was Joseph. My unit died completely later that day. By the next day I went into their business office, paid for a unit and knew I needed to wait for my time in the installation schedule. I was told I would have to wait until after July one. I later in the day received a call from the owner, Marshall Dennington, who informed me that he believed they could install the unit that same day, and would I be home. I said yes, and within the hour the demo/removal crew arrived and went to work. Before that call came, a kind and patient man named Pedro came and installed a standalone room air conditioner to ease the heat inside the house. He was mindful of my house and my fear about having to keep a window open. So, the friendly and efficient removal crew is working away, and then the inspection of the roof for both the quality of the removal and the viability of the placement happened - I think a man named Rex completed it - and then the crane and new unit arrived. Joseph returned as part of the installation crew, and tests were conducted, and I had cool air flowing by 4:30pm. My house was left in the same clean condition as before they arrived, and I am sure my roof is cleaner after their work. I cannot say enough about the Temco crews, owners, business practices and my satisfaction. Thank you, Team Temco! This distressed customer will be your customer for good. Thank you!

AC went out late yesterday when it was 107 degrees, called them and they showed up within 45 minutes.....after hours I might add. Had my unit back up and running within a half hour. I will use these guys always going forward for any AC maintenance I need!
