After dealing with another Tucson company with very poor customer service and even worse work, I called TRS in an act of frustration.The difference was night and day. From the moment they answered the phone until the final work was complete I was so happy to have found them.If you work with TRS expect empathy (lets face it you dont call when everything is working great and youre comfortable), super friendly customer service and very fast reliable service.They show when they said they will and do the work they say theyd do! I just cant say enough good things, especially after seeing and working with the other services in town!They are my go-to from here on out.

We chose TRS of the three contractors referred to us by Amazon. TRS was the last one to assess our AC requirements. We had previously decided to hire Williamson, but when TRS came by, we changed our minds.The technician that provided the estimate of costs was personable and professional. He went into a lot of detail regarding what had to be done and why. Since most of us arent experts on everything, understanding the what and why is essential to making an informed decision.The tech also provided us information that saved us $700 over the next lower estimate. Information that was not provided by either of the others.The installation went as professionally as we thought would be the case. The TRS employees exhibited professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction that is hardhard to come by these days.Since TRS installed the mini split units we bought through Amazon, we wanted to write an appropriate review on the Amazon Web site, but for some reason, its not available. Thats the reason Im writing one here.Its been almost two months since the installation and everything has worked flawlessly. Since then, the technician that provided us the estimate AND the owner have stopped by to check and ensure that everything was working as expected. Thats what I call customer serviceTRS is a family owned company and that is very important to us. I will always give my business to such a company. I highly recommend TRS to family and friends. That being the case, any prospective customer for any AC needs will do themselves a big favor by hiring TRS. You wont be disappointed.

Fast, honest & reliable. Came out with a very professional A/C tech that really knew what he was doing. Diagnosed the issue and had A/C back online at a very reasonable price. Will certainly recommend and use again in the future.

My grandmas AC stopped working in July- no bueno. Not only did TRS come out on a Sunday afternoon, but followed up two more times to make sure everything was fixed and we were comfortable. Their techs are knowledgeable and friendly.
