Tim was great while servicing my older system. While informing me of all that needs to be serviced or replaced to prolong the units device I never felt the hard sell pressure I had from other companies. He convinced me that I will be using D and H for all my needs including a new unit this spring.

Amazing friendly service, I was searching for an emergency repair for a big house with a full family in it. A lot of heat generates fast! Moises was my technician. Explained all testing and procedures. Thankfully had replacement part on hand.. Im truly thankful for the emergency service on a Sunday afternoon! I strongly recommend D&H services! So glad we went with D&H for our new AC earlier this year. They have come out multiple times since then getting everything just right. It was not the cheapest option, but so glad we didnt go budget on such a big and important purchase for our house. They look after their installs and maintain them great. Very disappointed in this business. They have good customer service, but had considerable trouble with both the furnace and the AC unit which was installed in 2019 and cost us $10,000. After just six months, I had problems with the furnace. Apparently, it wasnt installed correctly and the unit wasnt heating. They came and fixed it. The next summer (2020) I had problems with the AC not cooling. They said the coolant/refrigerant was leaking and refilled it. Had another problem again and they said it was a valve that needed replacing. One of the techs that came didnt do anything and I had to have them come back. Each tech that came out tried to sell me an Air Scrubber for another $1,500 which was a totally inappropriate. Ask me to spend more money when the equipment I already bought was giving me problems? Now again, in 2021, the AC was not cooling yet again. The tech initially said my thermostat was too close to the window and I would have to pay to move it. But eventually he found the compressor was faulty and they replaced it. On a system just two years old, I had all these issues and a faulty compressor to boot. All of this was covered by warranty, but I had to pay to refill the compressor with refrigerant which was $370 and not covered under the warranty. I was furious. I didnt feel after spending all that money, I should be out a dime and D&H should take the hit for the refrigerant, not me. I talked to a couple managers and was told I had to pay it. Im stuck with them now, but I wouldnt recommend D&H.

I cant begin to say how pleased we are with this company. Great service, showed up same day. Worked to get us best value. Cleaned up after himself, personal, professional and pleasant. Again from scheduling to service 110% satisfied. Thank you again for renewing our trust in our local businesses.

My service technician was very professional and courteous he was really concerned about finding out what was causing the problem and then he had a solution. He didn’t try to upsell me on parts I didn’t need but he charge me fairly and he was honest. Because of my service technician I worked with I will definitely use this company again in the future especially if I need to purchase a new AC unit. I was very satisfied with the service.

I will not even call other HVAC contractors. DandH is just the best for me. I first did business with them in 2001, and the owner was honest with me, informative about the permitting process and how installation by homeowners can carry inherent downstream liability risks, and other factors that make a professional installation the preferred method. I have never been disappointed since signing that first contract. I have engaged them for two central AC installations, one in 2007 (still in service!), and one this year at another location.

Found out my A/C went out on Friday night, 8/27/21. Why does it always happen on the weekend? Temperature in Tucson was 104 today. Slept at my sisters. Called D&H at 11 am on Saturday. Spoke to Salina. She was wonderful. She told me she could get a guy out to me by that afternoon. Josh came over and I had A/C by 5pm. He actually had the part in his truck. Ive used these guys before and Ive always been impressed. I strongly recommend them if youre ever in need. Same day service. Good people!

Unfortunately when my AC went down it was a Thursday. When I got a chance to get ahold of D/H they didnt come out till Friday afternoon. The technician couldnt order the parts so late in the day so I had to go to a hotel until the following Thursday. So I had to spend close to 1000 dollars of hotel costs. Not complaining because of the techs, just availability of parts on hand at warehouse. Hopefully the repairs done will last for a long time. But I commend the techs on a job well done. Thank you.

Having a new air conditioner installed so far all service men have been totally professional keeping all appointments on time. So far D&H customer service is an A+. The new air conditioner is installed all service men were extremely polite the installation went smoothly all promised times were kept and they did a great clean up. I am very happy with the customer service and product.

Josh Fennel was our tech and he was absolutely amazing! I know nothing about AC and so when I saw water coming out the sides of our unit I panicked. D and H were the only company that were able to send someone out the next day help us out which was awesome. Josh made me feel comfortable before he even walked in the door and from there on provided amazing customer service and HVAC service too. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to help prevent what happened in the future. I could not have asked for someone better to be the one to help us. I would rate him 10 stars if I could! Absolutely phenomenal.

Had ac repaired, but something else happened to the unit. Moises came out and looked at the unit and discovered a couple of issues. He was able to resolve the issue and our home is cool again. Moises is a great tech and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Moises and D&H!

Called in the afternoon and would have gotten a tech same day if not for rain. The office communicated well with regards to when I could be seen the next day. Fernando resolved an issue with our AC unit and gave good guidance on selecting a replacement unit since our 16 year old unit is showing its age. He explained the current problem clearly, and he explained how other parts had become inefficient. He was friendly and professional, and I would love to work with him again for future AC needs!

D&H has same day service, so the technician was a my house within 3 hours of my call. They called to let me know he was on his way and he also called to confirm, so the follow up was very good. My tech, Joe was courteous and knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem qucikly. I had a feeling I would need a new unit since its 13 years old! I purchased this home in January and made sure I had a home warranty in the event the AC needed to be replaced and according to Joe, it had a major leak that justified an entirely new system. I was expecting that, but unfortunately, D&H does NOT work with ANY home warranty companies. I understand this policy as the home warranty companies make if very difficult for these folks to do the job correctly. I was disappointed and I wish I would have known that when I called to make the appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I would be using my home warranty and she should have told me that they would not work with them. I had to pay $77 for them to come out and now I have to pay another $75 for the next company to look at it. I guess its good to have a second opinion, but I wasted a day.

Marty and John came to our house to install new lines for our mini split unit. They showed professionalism and recommended rerouting the lines which were similar to our original plan. Unfortunately we also had a tree that was uprooted,and dealing with walking pneumonia I was still weak and recovering. Marty and John out of the blue stepped in and proceeded to take over and help us remove the tree. They then went back to finishing their work with upmost care and professionalism. Without a doubt I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone for their work. They went out of their way to help us and our mini split works wonderful. Thank you Marty and John.

Josh, who had been here before, already had been told as to my problem. He quickly set up his ladder outside then came inside and started analyzing the unit. After a few minutes he had found the problem. Unfortunately the part needed was not in stock and he said it would take several days to get the part. Realizing how hot it was he stated that he would advise the company and see if they had a portable a/c unit to lend. Unfortunately I had to call the next day and was told that a upper position person would have to say if a unit was available. It is very hot and I hope I will hear from Dr&H sooner than later. My 91 yr old mother-in-law lives with us. The heat is harder on her.

D&H continues to provide high-quality, professional service. We have used them for years on our four rental units and our personal residence. Nyle did a great job repairing our system within 24 hours. The only complaint I have is that they only have 1 emergency repair person on call during the critical summer month of June. I definitely recommend D&H for all AC related services, including new installations and ongoing service.

Stuart was very professional and efficient. He checked both of our AC units on the roof. He took photos of each unit and the readings of how they were working then explained what they meant. The evaporator coils were dirty and he was able to clean them while he was here. He took before and after photos of each coil. He explained options and cost before doing any work. We would highly recommend D & H and Stuart in particular for your heating and cooling maintenance and repair needs.

Fernando the technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the system. However, having D&H install a heater, AC Unit, and even the water heater at the same time as a package deal I’m a little disappointed that every time a service tech comes to do our twice a year check ($200 to keep the warranty valid) that they find a defective part. Of course the part is covered but the additional labor charge (average 100 dollars) is a little suspicious. Have had the system less than 3 years and have had 5 parts that needed to be replaced. Supposed to be a high end unit and it doesn’t fail that there’s always an additional charge ever time they come out.

The Technician showed up on time e and did a good job. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would use D & H again and I recommend Tyler.

Honest, reliable service, fast and efficient. I had a problem when I called.. 6 hours after I called I called again, and they had closed my order accidentally. But after that I had Nyle respond almost immediately and was at my home within 15 minutes, he was quick and efficient solving our problem in just about 10 minutes it felt like. Lou, was a very nice and knowledgeable person!He was sent out to replace a part so the unit would no longer freeze up and start cooling.2 pervious servicemen miss diagnosed the problem leaving use unable to cool our home during 110° weather for over 11 days.Lou was able to diagnose the problem within a half hour. Part not needed, it was at installation (6 months prior) switches had not been flipped, making the unit unable to force air properly and hence unable to cool the house.We are so thankful that Lou was able to solve the issue so quickly and get the unit running! Thank you Lou get job!

Within hrs Carlos was here, gave good estimates and we were in business. Less then 48 hrs later the D & H team is here working on my new unit. You just cant beat that type of service. We are still needing to get our second unit checked. They were very knowledgeable about what they were finding and what it took to fix the problem is trying to help us decide how much we want to fix or whether we should replace units.He set up for someone to come out tomorrow and give us some quotes on units. By the way how are units are working. This was not an emergency call. I had to read some very good reviews on them and a high rating with Better Business Bureau. I called to get someone to come out and give us an idea of The status of the units. This was kind of a second opinion.

Beware of this scam company. they have a scam product they call super seal that they insist you buy so they can fix your system. Charged me $429.00 for this in edition to $542.00. FINAL diagnosis was leaky duct work made by the third tech. Office lady told me they would not charge me if it did not fix the problem. So much their worthless word.

Art came out to our house today to do a maintenance on our AC unit. He was super fast and very nice and professional! D&H overall has been a great company to work with for our AC needs, we are super satisfied!

After battling with a warranty company and the professionals they sent out. I said enough and called D&H. They are very professional and on time. When they showed up to the house they explain to them the whole situation weve had going on with our extended warranty company and the problems weve been having with our air conditioning the gentleman knew exactly where to go and what to look for and showed us. He even found stuff that was damaged from the previous company that came out from the warranty company. He was very quick and professional and knew what he was talking about. Everybody in this company is super helpful and professional. If I cant get my extended warranty company to cover what he found, or believe what he found I will just pay D&H to repair it because I know they will do it correctly the first time.

Called, was told they would call me back… never got call back. Still using my filter from my 17 year old system they replace… 😖😖😖Financing Not What Was Sold - Used their GreenSky financing option. Told monthly payment would be apx $77/mo and savings in electricity would easily make that up. First payment with GreenSky… $198!! More that double what was said during sales visit. Told sales rep we did not want a car payment… got a car payment… 😔

Im incredibly frustrated. My air conditioner is brand new, cost $17K, and was installed less than two months ago. It had a leak right away during a rain storm.Ive already had two of their mechanics out to fix it, they told me it was fixed, BUT it is still leaking! I can tell it is causing water damage to my ceiling and has caused damage to the rug below it.Im waiting now for a call back to get a THIRD D+H mechanic out here to fix it, but I dont think I can trust them when they tell me it is fixed. Im very frustrated and feel like I lost a lot of money to bad unit and worse service.If I can talk to someone besides a scheduler about it, and if they DO fix it, and refund a portion of the price, I will update this review.I have really liked the guys who have come out to quote me and install the unit, but the worksmanship is damaging my property now and the fixes have not worked. Its really frustating having to call multiple times a week for fixes that havent actually solved the problem, for a unit that is brand new.

Stuart Grimm did an excellent job fixing the AC with a fix and a permanent solution so damage will never happen. The sump pump went out and thankfully we noticed. Immediately or there would have been alot of mold damage. He put a sensor in shutting off the AC should the pump ever fail and fill up the line. I was worried about someone trying to overcharge or replace parts that didnt need it while i wasnt there but that didnt happen at all. And the dog liked him to.

Nyle is great. Had done maintenance service for me before and came out in a Saturday to check an issue I was having. Knowledgeable professional customer service gets an A.

Kristine came this afternoon (Tuesday) to look everything over, take pictures, and explain the three options of systems to me and what everything meant. She was all incredibly tolerant of my 3 dogs and even had treats for them! They LOVeD her. (I liked her too!) So now I just need to decide which quote to take and get going on this project!Monday, Fernando had done a diagnostic of my dead thermostat and furnace discovering that I needed to replace the entire unit as it was ceding and might go at any moment (as I was warned about last year about this time!) Will get quotes and decide next step this week.

Omg our A/C unit went out and we have 3 little kids in the house! After calling around we found D&H and they came out and fixed the problem within a few hours!! Austin our technician was very good and very professional! We highly recommend this company if you live in the Tucson area. They truly care about people:)
