When everyone else lets you down, General Metals comes through for you...So Im installing a rooftop Air Conditioning unit for company Im working for. We needed to purchase the duct work for the Air Conditioner. We tried the Home Depot on Broadway at Dodge first, but they didnt have any of the right size duct work in stock. So we tried Naughtons on Speedway next. They only had two items and they suggested that we try Airco. When we got to Airco, the office was closed due to Covid19. A guy in the yard stated that they were cash only and all orders had to be called in. So we tried Johnstone Supply next, since they were right around the corner from Airco. Once again, we struck out as Johnstone didnt carry any metal duct work. But, Johnstone was able to point us to General Metals. We got to General Metals at around 4:30, and they were just closing. We were able to ask one of the employees if they had the items we needed. The General Metals employee was extremely knowledgeable regarding his inventory, and insured us that they did indeed have all the items they were looking for. We returned the next morning and were the second customer in line. The staff was polite, courteous, friendly, proficient and professional. We were able to purchase everything we needed to finish our Air Conditioner install.

General metals and their product Medea ave treated us the worst we have ever been treated by any company. I would not recommend them to anyone . You buy a brand new unit you expect it to work or at least the company to stand behind their product.
