MVP installed a combined furnace/AC unit for me about 12 years ago. Because my utility closet was too small, and because the newer units were larger than previous due to current efficiency standards, the installation, while professionally done, required that the unit be installed at an angle making access to my water heater and condensation line difficult. At the time, I did not take the time to enlarge my utility closet (which is in my garage and about 4 feet above the floor).I finally got around to having the closet enlarged, and I asked MVP to disconnect and reinstall my unit, rerouting all ducting and lines while doing so. The effort was considerable, including the closet enlarging by a separate contractor, and MVP performed superbly. The general manager came to assess the problem first and to define a plan of attack for his people. The people who later came to do the work--Daniel and Edgar--did an outstanding job. It took several hours, and it required work elevated from the main floor of the garage. Daniel & Edgar were very knowledgeable, very patient with my questions, worked continuously with a positive can-do attitude, and showed what Id almost describe as complete joy in doing the work. I never thought for a moment they this was a chore and therefore something to be finished as quickly as possible. They found and fixed a gas leak with no additional labor charge. They never hesitated to answer my questions, and they kept me informed throughout the effort. They are two special people.I highly recommend MVP and these individuals in particular.J Juraco

MVP is the BEST...the VERY BEST. When we purchased our new Air Conditioning unit a couple years ago, our summertime bill averaged $600/month. Last month, July, the hottest month in 125 years—since records were kept—our bill was only $150. Wow! That unit paid for itself in no time. We recently needed some attention on the unit. Steve helped us out—he was over unbelievably fast—sooner than he estimated and our bill ended up cheaper than originally quoted. To say we were please is an understatement.

Same day service. Immediately found the problem and had the new condenser installed within minutes. Did not try to upsell or anything. Will call them next time our heating/cooling system needs repair.

I was very pleased with the service call and Steve. He called ahead of time to let us know his arrival, He came to the front door and kept a safe distance from the entry way while he explained the purpose of his visit, He spent very little time in the house most of his time spent on the roof where he could capture his Data, and finally when ready to leave He stepped into the house and kept a safe distance and let us know the AC was working as it should and that there was no need of a signature and that he would have the invoice with his report E-Mailed to us in a short time. John Paul and the team was awesome!

MVP has become a victim of its own success. Cant leave voicemails because the box is full. Have to wait in excess of a week for no cold no air service calls. They seem to be more interested in selling than doing the actual work. I signed a long term maintenance agreement with them. And I will just have them do the maintenance. For real issues I will go elsewhere. They are just too slow, expensive, and they just dont care anymore about the customer: Just their cash. So sad compared to what they used to be.Here is an update on my review:. The owner reached out to me and I am satisfied that he is taking steps to improve his business, and he went out of his way to communicate with me. I believe that he is a good guy. He was just too detached from the business because of various reasons. I think that the changes implemented will result in a better business for the consumer and community.I will be having his folks visit my place again sometime before the end of the year. And may update this review further.

Outstanding service! Exceeded our expectations. I had some difficulty with a complex wireless thermostat installation that I attempted to do on my own. It wasnt clear if the heating and air conditioning system was compatible with the wireless thermostat and after contacting the manufacturer of the thermostat I gave up. When I called MVP heating and air-conditioning Danny Lopez took my call and walked me through a troubleshooting process. He spent about 20 minutes or so with me on the phone and never asked for a penny! With my air-conditioner up and running again I scheduled Danny Lopez to visit us on a Saturday since were leaving town the following Monday. He showed up 10 minutes early, breezed through the thermostat installation, checked the external wiring and completed the installation with our new wireless thermostat without a hitch. He also provided some maintenance tips while being completely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. We highly recommend MVP heating and air-conditioning without any hesitation. Thank you again for providing outstanding customer service and an excellent value!

The three most expensive things folks usually buy are their home, their car, and yes new air conditioning!Our recent experience with local AC contractors here in Tucson showed that MVP is far and above the rest. From a no nonsense bid process to a quick and professional installation, this company was top notch. We had a new Trane heat pump system installed for thousands less than the competition and in record time. MVP Air Conditioning is awesome! They gave us an excellent price on a new Trane central A/C unit and installation. They are courteous and take the time to explain everything they are doing. We have two rental houses next to each other, and the MVP tech went next door and fixed an A/C leak at the other house for no extra charge. MVP even called a few days later to ensure that everything was working properly and that we were happy with the service. We are very pleased with MVP and will be using them for all our A/C and heating needs! We highly recommend them!

I worked with other companies in town before and had bad experiencies. A coworker recommended MVP and after the first interaction I realized I would not have to look for another company. MVP staff is competent, honest, careful, respectful and mindful. Since it was a historic house they even had a structural engineer to look over the plant to make sure it would support the unit. I have been recommending them to all my friends.

Honest answers, good work, no inflated up-charges. I wish I had used their services before my two A/C units went belly up during our 112 degree heat wave. Abraham was there the next morning, and fixed both units in 90 minutes. I am very happy.

MVP installed a new high efficiency AC unit and furnace for me back in 2011. They were great to work with and I noticed a reduction in the monthly electric bill right away. I would highly recommend this company. Their service was excellent, all personnel were very friendly. The owner treated us with exceptional courtesy - and he beat the price of one of our other quotes by about 1 grand. Even further, the day our unit was installed there was a small glitch that caused the system to shut down. I put a call in, and about 45 minutes later the owner showed up and fixed the problem, and our unit has run perfectly ever since. I couldnt say enough good things about these guys. I dont know how they did it on a Monday in the middle of the summer but MVP had a technician at my door in only a few hours. Their techs were clean and friendly. I got honest quality service from a company I am now recommending to anyone who asks.

First, I would like to say that I never do reviews...…..ever! But in this situation, I felt it necessary. Recently, I had a new AC unit installed by MVP and was so happy with the work. However, about 3 weeks later, my hot water heater went out and it just happened to sit behind the AC unit in a storage closet. I called a few different plumbers and could not get anyone to respond, but had one company come out and give me an estimate that was an obviously inflated price. I called the guys at MVP (Danny, in particular) and was tearfully explaining the situation. The very next day, MVP sent out some guys to scooch the AC unit over and install my new hot water heater (reinstalling the AC, afterward) at a price that was reasonable for the work done. Jeff Vogler, Danny, and all the guys at MVP are honest, fair, hard-working folks and, unfortunately, you just dont find that today. Thank you so much and I recommend you guys to everyone. Geri.

MVP Air Conditioning is all about their customers, they take pride in making sure the installs and service are done right the first time... They provide all the available rebates and promotions available at the time as well as provide maintenance agreements to keep everything running in tip top shape..

The owner is rude and overcharges for the work. The company tacks on the service fee on top of the work instead of including it like most companies. If you want a smart thermostat dont bother with this clown show, he will try try to force the Nest on you. His trucks carry no other option. If you question him on the price of the unit and the cost to install it, the owner will proceed to lecture you about how much it costs to put his trucks on the road and to honor his already weak service calls. Not my job as consumer to reduce your costs. He then proceed to lecture on how he is one of the best, clown....You wont. I will now take my business elsewhere 🤙🏻

Been very happy with the service I have gotten from MVP.

3 years ago MVP serviced, our then 14 year old ac unit, and said “call us when it dies.” It died Monday afternoon around 4. Danny was here at 6. Checked the unit and it indeed was done for. Portable AC units installed Tuesday AM. New Trane HVAC system installed Thursday. Great crew and new unit cooling by 4 PM! Sooo quiet and much more efficient.We are very satisfied. Thanks again
