The service center’s customer service is terrible, they’ll be your best friend when you’re looking to buy a vehicle but once you buy a car and you’re trying to schedule maintance they won’t prioritize you at all . I’m in California right now and left my car back home in Arizona, I asked my brother to take the vehicle for me and after he had to reschedule the appointment to a later time, he got there and he was treated horribly . The service rep was rude, told him he had to reschedule because his appointment was at 11. The service rep didn’t pay attention to detail and failed to notice it had been rescheduled to 2pm and was in fact on their schedule . The service rep also lied and said he was the manager to my mom after she called and was trying to fix the situation . I called and figured out it wasn’t in fact the manager that she spoke to. They NEVER apologized for their inconvenience and took me forever to get a hold of the actual manager . An employee named Jason called at a later time to schedule the maintenance and was rude and cut me off when I tried to bring up the situation that happened earlier and speak to the manager again. I challenge management to find their recorded phone calls from this date and deal with their customer service issues . No more business will be brought here again.

Not impressed at all. Non commission employees are less likely to negotiate a reasonable price. The no haggle approach just means your going to over pay. Sales people were pleasant, the establishment was clean,however not willing to work like most dealerships. Internet price was lower than the quoted price also witch made me go to another dealership. I will not return to this location.

First off Brendan Mosely and Todd Moore are the best. I have had nothing but problems with these Tucson Dealerships the past year. But I will forever be grateful to LHM and will never do business with anyone else as long as I and my family are driving.

I really did not have a great experience here. I was trying to go to a local dealership when I was looking to lease a new car. I had been talking to Bill Luke in Tempe, but decided I should see what Larry H. Miller has to offer as well. After being in communication with one of the sales reps for a while, y mom and I decided to go and meet with them to test drive the Stelvio. It was one of my top choices after that. Then I sat with them to see what they can do for me, and it was just downhill from there. First of all, they really werent that friendly, but more like they were trying to be intimidating. Then I told him I wasnt about to pay $600 a month for a lease, because thats not what I was looking for at this time, and I already had a better off from Bill Luke. My only requirement was a sunroof, everything else could be basic. So after we left and I got the quote, I found that they were trying to do $586 a month, plus 6k down. They also wanted me to pay the shipping fee because it was coming from California, they only had 3 in stock at the dealership. On top of that, the entire time, they just talked so badly about Bill Luke. We went to Bill Luke the next weekend, and wow, what a night and day difference!! They were super nice right off the bat and really worked hard to find me what I wanted. They matched a price for another car I was looking at, on a car with a lot of upgrades. The exact color I wanted and everything. Also with a lesser down payment. Horea and their manager was so accomodating and patient with us. They checked up on us during the process, and did everything they could to make our experience great. Definitely would not recommend them.

Met with Manny to look at buying a good pre owned Volkswagen. Manny was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Manny got us into a nearly new 2017 Tiguan at a great price. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen ask for Manny.

Honestly I don’t know where to start, for me they do not deserve a star, but unfortunately I can’t post my review without a star.I was desperately looking for a car as a first time buyer, and I found a 2013 Ford Focus at Larry H Miller Alfa Romeo and Fiat . Now why I went there? Well I went to Larry H Miller because they are also Alfa Romeo dealership and just because Alfa Romeo is my dream car, I trusted them and thought that they were gonna help find a good car. Unfortunately I was wrong, I felt like they took advantage of me.The Car I went for was initially $6,599 I believe, and when Jason comes with the numbers so we can work out a deal, I was shocked the price jumped from $6,599 to $11000. I couldn’t understand anything so I was like:Me: Why is the price so high?Jason: who is my dealer said probably because of all the features, lifetime warranty and other things.Features I didn’t ask for and that was already on the car they advertised for $6000.So I was like there is no way I can get this car for $11000 I will get it from $8000. So with taxes and everything the car came down to $10000. So Jason went back there came back and was like Congratulations Rhossy the car is yours .I was happy because I thought I closed a deal but unfortunately the car turned out to be a lemon, why?The same day I got the car, I was driving back home and the car just gave up on him and the engine light came on. The car then turned on 10 minutes later after several attempts. So I took it back the same day, August 7th and told them I don’t want this car anymore.That was the beginning of my nightmares.They were like we gonna fix the car and everything gonna be okay, and stupid as I am I said okay. They even gave me a car to drive while they were working on my car. I went back there 3 days later so, August 11th they gave back the car too me, this time the price went down to $8000 and my interest rate went down too. I was pretty sure they fixed car and everything was gonna be okay.Unfortunately, after 2 days of driving the car the same thing happened again so I was very mad and decided again that I don’t want the car and we should look at another car but they said At this time they don’t know what is happening with the car so they gonna send it to Ford.I took the car for the second time again after ford fixed it but had to return for good because the same thing happened for the third time.Guys I just wanna sum this all for you because I have a lot to say and I don’t want to write a book here. Larry H Miller wasted my time for one month, played with my feelings, made me miss a very important appointment. You know why? Just because what’s important to them is money, your happiness is not an option.Please be careful going there !

I went to Larry H Miller Alfa Romeo to purchase a used vehicle that they had advertised. I was pre-approved for this vehicle through my own resource. After a positive test drive, they came back with the numbers.I am not rich, and only wanted a car advertised for $10K. I expected fees and taxes to be involved, but when they came back with the numbers, over $3K in fees were tacked on. Fees for things like mandatory theft insurance - like somebodies going to steal a $10K Hyundai, and that the dealer is somehow responsible for the loan. A fee for lifetime window tint coverage. A fee for lifetime nitrogen filled tires - which was explained to me that nitrogen is a smaller atom (its not, as in nitrogen is molecular, N2, and makes up 78% of the atmosphere already). Over $800 dollars for doc fees.Well, I said no, I wanted what they advertised at the pre-approved rate. They came back with more numbers - only a thousand extra for the BS - but they worked it out so that the payment would be close to what I had documented, but I still had to have the doc fee and the mandatory theft insurance, and some more. I left.The salesman met me out front, and said that with a lower interest rate, it would be $6 a month more a month than what I was quoted by my lending institution, but the extra thousand in fees was still on the quote. This meant that I would be an extra thousand in debt, and that would be on my credit report. If the car were to be totaled, the insurance company covers the value of the vehicle, not what I owe, so I would have still owed the extra thousand.What is really sad, is that the manager tried to tell me he had more money in the car than the advertised price (a li, Im sure), and he had to make it up on fees. The advertised price was only there to bring people in - in other words, he admitted to pulling a BAIT AND SWITCH.Too bad, they had a guaranteed sale...
