A black Interceptor Street Cruiser with blinged out Fenders (i chose the leopard print as it goes so well with my tan tires) and chrystal Valve caps. I love this bike and these guys all three of them James, Jesus and Alejandra are the best. fully explaining everything, ensuring fit is right all and more. I recommend this bike and more over this shop for any Ebiking adventures - be it rental or purchase they have your back!

We couldnt be happier with our new Interceptor Platinum Edition eBikes. From the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by Alejandra, we felt like VIPs. She explained all of the amazing features of the bikes and offered us a test ride. With the help of Jesus and Alejandra we quickly learned how to operate the bikes and were off and pedaling on the loop. There was no pressure for us to purchase and they made sure to spend all the time we needed to understand everything about the bikes and all of the great accessories. James dropped off our new bikes a couple of days later and walked us through everything we needed to know to be eBike experts. I would highly recommend at least trying a Pedego bike at the Tucson Pedego store. It will be worth your time and they will immediately make you feel like family.

Finally got the opportunity to take my son out for his first bike ride and boy oh boy did we have such a great time.I can’t praise enough how helpful the staff was and how great James is. That said I’m definitely sold on eBikes capabilities and Pedego’s offering for my daily commute. James was very knowledgeable and patient with my needs.I was able to get on a very comfy rig and setup for my son.Can’t wait to come back down here again for the entire trail tour next time.

The absolute best customer experience Ive had in years if not ever.Per helped me figure out the general style I was thinking about and filled me in on the basics. He also said that many people will rent one for a couple hours to see if they like it -- being encouraged to take time to think about a large purchase isnt a part of most sales experiences. I told him I was looking to buy today. I always appreciate having to say that after being helped, because it communicates that customer service wasnt contingent on how much I was ready to spend.Per took me outside and let me try a few models in the parking lot. He ran me through how to operate the bike (not super complex, but just enough so that the instruction was critical) and some safety tips as well, and I appreciate that Per did not make any assumptions in running through these tips. It was informative and helpful without making me feel like I was being talked down to. After I tried out a few different bikes, I found the one -- a City Commuter Mid Drive Edition. Per saw the look on my face and agreed, When you know, you know.Im a tech guy, so I had a lot of questions about how the bike worked and some more specific stuff. When I reached the end of Pers expertise, he handed me over to Alejandra. I would find out later that my fiancee told Per about our plans the next day which required a bicycle. They ended up getting the bike ready for me the same day, which I strongly suspect was thanks to Per knowing this.It was immediately obvious why Per handed me over to Alejandra. Alejandra started out working as a bike mechanic, so she was able to answer all my questions before helping me decide on some basic accessories. She recommended starting small and upgrading later when I knew how Id use the bike a little more and how it feels. It was awesome to feel like I was really being looked out for. When we came back later in the day to pick up the bike, Alejandra ran me through a few more things and loaded the bike in the back of our vehicle singlehandedly.I dont think I have ever felt so good about a purchase of this size, and only a small part of that is the quality of the product. Per and Alejandra earned a huge amount of trust and credibility, and I am so thankful that whenever I need help with my bike, theyll be the people I get to bring it to.

This is a special place. It is not a typical bicycle store or buying experience. The Hello Fun thing is real! I test rode today my new City Commuter and I could not stop smiling the whole time. The pedal assist is a game changer and just adds freedom to your route planning and does not detract from all the best things about cycling in any way. Just makes it better! It helped that I was able to work with and learn from Jesus who simplified the process, demystified the bike, and made it nothing but enjoyable. I recommend this store and these folx very highly.

Nice e-bikes (Interceptors). Batteries lasted all 4 hours with plenty leftover charge. Great fun. Get to see a lot of the bike trail.

Service was very expensive……I had a flat tire on the loop…..stopped for air……..they sold me a can of fix a flat…… for $15 ……not bad……..but then charged me $25 for 2 minutes of their time! !!

The staff at this Pedago store were VERY helpful and patient with me. They took the time to explain the features of the different models and let me try them out. I like the idea of having a local shop that knows the bikes and supports them.

Over many months I passed the entrance to Pedego bikes. I finally stopped in to find out more. My husband is a big cyclist but he is now in his 70s. James and all his staff are so knowledgeable. So, I hopped on the Boomerang bike and I was hooked . I can peddle on my own, or get a magic boost from the bike. It is a breeze heading downhill to the Tubac Market, but the uphill trip back is arduous. Well, after a test ride, I handed them my credit card. I am so excited. I feel a bit like a child on Christmas day.P.S. I think my husband will be an owner soon!

I walked into this store in Tucson and met Jesus and Alejandra and instantly knew that this would be where I buy my bike. It was a great experience. I told Alejandra what I want to use the bike for and within 5 minutes she had three bikes charged, clean and ready outside for me to take on a test drive. She was so knowledgeable and extremely patient as she showed me how everything works and after test driving I knew exactly which one I wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy with my purchase and even set the bike up and installed all the new extras that I wanted for free. Within 24 hours my bike was ready for pick up. When I picked up my bike both Jesus & Alejandra had me test drive the bike one last time to make sure everything was ok, made one or two final adjustments and sent me on my way. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had. Even though they suggested a bunch of extras I never felt like they were up selling, it honestly just felt like they wanted me to have the best experience possible and I did, and I am. The bike is amazing! Jesus & Alejandra is amazing and I highly recommend Pedego.

Pedego Tucson has great bikes, a super friendly staff and the bike trail is right by the shop. They give you a helmet, bike locks and have some cool inexpensive shades if you forgot yours. We rode into downtown Tucson for lunch. Got turned around a few times and used google maps to find our way. Glad we brought water and sunscreen! Saw lots of road runners, lizards, a hawk and some prairie dogs. Plus we found a great vegan burger place (Beaut Burger) once we made it to downtown. It was a super fun day!

I am new to the decision of making bike riding my sole form of transportation. I went into this with very little knowledge, when I walked in I was greated by Jesus. Super friendly and asked what I was looking for. With a short explanation he brought me over to my bike and had a wealth of knowledge to share as well. He was very good at dictating why I needed the bike I purchased and walked me threw absolutely everything I needed to know. We had an incredible guided tour with Per at Pedego Bikes. An outstanding way to experience Tucson with lots of interesting history and knowledge of Tucson. I have lived in Tucson a long time and It was by far the best way to see Tucson and our out of town guest loved it. She is a senior citizen and did the tour easily! This is a must do and we highly recommend Per as your tour guide.

What a fun thing to do - rent electronic bikes and ride on the big loop (chuck huckleberry loop) in Tucson. The bikes were fun and easy to use. We hadnt ridden a bike outdoors in years and we were not only able to do this, it was fun. I would definitely do it again.

My husband and I rented a couple Pedego bikes from here this past weekend. We have never ridden one before now. Jesus got us set up.. The whole experience was fantastic. I loved the Tucson Loop Trail..so close that you can get on it and return from the parking lot. When I realized how easy it is to ride a bike with pedal assist, I was hooked. We rented for 2 hours which was perfect, and we werent even tired when we got back. It has a throttle on it so if you dont want to pedal, you just let the battery do the work. Outdoor fun for sure..Definitely loved it and will be doing more of it!

We rented an e-bike in March 2021 two separate days to ride on the paved bike paths in Tucson, AZ. What a great bike shop! Our bike was ready when we arrived. The shop owner was a great source of information about the bike path. The bike path was connected to the parking lot so plenty of parking. We travelled the bike path south/southeast one day and north/northeast the next. If we travel to Tucson again, we will definitely rent our bike(s) here.

My husband and I rented today and rode over 40 miles. With 3-4 miles left to go to getting back to the store, I got a flat tire somehow. They were on it and came out in the rain and gave me another bike so I could get back to the store. I was really impressed with their customer service today! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our 2 hr ride on the pedal assist Pedego bikes. We had a reservation for a tandem bike and Ale got us all set up for a test drive around the parking lot. We quickly determined that we couldnt ride together and Ale and Jesus switched us over to 2 single bikes which worked out excellent. We got a late start due to our change but we were encouraged to take our full 2 hours to ride. Ale got us some extra water and even had sunscreen if needed. We had a great time. Folks on the loop use good bike etiquette and it made for a safe and FUN ride. You cant get better customer service anywhere! Other rider returning said she felt like she was 12 years old again.

We had a great experience with Pedego! We rented three bikes for a half day and rode along the Rillito River. Even with strong wind the bikes made our ride easy and pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful!As beginners, the bikes were easy to learn to ride and the staff answered all of our questions. This is a great way to be outside and enjoy Tucson from a different perspective.

Recently over the July 4th Holiday We picked up our Pedego Interceptors at Pedego Tucson. I bought them over the phone with Jesus in early June and drove from NM to pick them up. Availibility is very limited!My husband and I spent a couple days in Tucson going back and forth to the shop. We loaded up with gear and helmets Jesus recommended. We also took a 40 minute training ride on the bike path with Jesus. He is great! He went to the trouble of taking a youtube video of us riding the bikes:)Alan was very helpful too.I can not say enough Great things about our experience at Pedego Bikes Tucson!

I went to Pedego Electric Bikes Tucson wanting to ride a bike but concerned that I would not be able to do so because of a physical disability that makes me very unstable on my feet. I failed to be able to even get started on a first attempt to ride. My instability made me afraid that I was going to crash. After that first attempt I was ready to give up, feeling helpless and embarrassed that I could no longer do something as simple as ride a bike. The staff at Pedego Tucson was encouraging and worked with me to discover ways that I could get stated with an electric bike. With their help, I was able to get that ride around the parking lot which gave me a great confidence-boost. I am ready to try riding an electric bike with pedal assist and plan to rent a bike for a ride of a greater distance than just around the parking lot. I greatly appreciate the kindness and efforts of the Pedego Tucson staff.

We had an awesome time on our tour! I’m fairly new to Tucson so I got to see so many new areas I had not seen before. Our tour guide was awesome and was very responsive to our interests and needs. He took us through many unique neighborhoods that will be fun to go back and explore. The bikes were comfortable and very fun to ride. This should be a must do if you have out of town visitors or just want a fun way to spend a few hours and see parts of the city you many not have seen before.

Did an e-bike tour through Saguaro NP on Cactus Forest Drive in March (with an e-bike you could do this anytime of year). James, from Pedego Tucson, provided us with a great tour on great bikes. Ride was on road and off road. You can make e-biking as hard or as easy as you like, but i guarantee you will have fun and you will learn a lot about a unique environment.

The owner and manager of Pedego bikes of Tucson did a great job of introducing my partner and me to the biking world. We were able to test ride three different bikes. He also described the differences between each bike and how they fit our needs. We stopped by this bike shop to buy a pedal tool so that I could install the new mountain bike pedals our son gave to us as a gift to my wife and I, unfortunately due to COVID like lots of other stores their inventory was depleted and many tools and supplies were on back order. You can imagine how surprised I was when the owner said to us “bring your bikes in I’ll be happy to install them “ especially when we didn’t even purchase the pedals there. I told him the bikes are filthy so we can wait and do it later, he said “ no you should be riding with your new pedals I see they are really nice ones and will be great you’ll feel the difference right away when riding so bring them in”. Okay thank you, we chatted about biking for quite a while with his daughter there as well, he gave us great tips and suggestions then he said go grab some lunch out back in the courtyard there’s some great places to eat and since we had our pet with us and it’s pet friendly area. When we returned to the bike shop the pedals were on and the bikes were all cleaned up! “They look great !” I said “how much do I owe you for installing the pedals and cleaning the bikes?” He replied “nothing, my pleasure just go out and enjoy riding the trails here in Tucson”. I tried paying him and he insisted we go out and enjoy ourselves while in Tucson. You read and hear the business saying “We will exceed your expectations “ This shop completely exceeded our expectations! “They are truly customer focused business and it’s no wonder they are so successful we would highly recommend this bike shop you owe it to yourself to go in there and see for yourselves they are outstanding! Jesus was wonderful in setting us up with different models to try, and was very patient with all our questions. He went above and beyond to help us find the best model for our needs. I was beaming after my first ride! It was amazing to know that I can now ride with my husband and use the pedal assist and throttle to help me keep up--as I have some back and knee challenges, which had kept us from being able to ride together recently. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to James! He had amazing communication, delivered my bike on time, and spent so much time with us going over all of the bikes features. And he patiently stayed with me until he made sure that I understood and could perform all necessary tasks on my own before he left. I went in at the beginning of my process of potentially buying an electric bicycle. I didn’t know anything about electric bicycles. I felt comfortable and welcomed to ask any questions. I even took a couple for a spin. I really appreciated the time that was spent with me. It was a good experience. I need to A little bit more research. And have plans maybe in the next weekend or so to rent one for a couple of hours to get an even better feel for it before purchasing. I know that I will be supported in asking as many questions and testing things out as much as I need to in order to feel comfortable buying. Their customer service certainly has been wonderful. Seems like they really care about their customers.

My husband and I are looking to buy E bikes and wanted to test drive them first. We met James a couple days ago who answered alot of questions and set us up for a ride. Today Alejandra took the time to go over everything and make sure the bikes was set up properly. When we returned both Alejandra & Jesus made sure all our questions were answered! It was definitely a good experience with the shop and a fun ride!

I am a beach cruiser daily on the loop. I have had bike assist from peddigo on Campbell rd. Here in Tucson.I found patient helpful assistance today as I asked James about the fat tire, commuter and lastly the interceptor. I demo rode all 3 pedal assist bikes.Im fulltime attached to an RV and my biggest concern would be being a target of theft. The service and product itself was more than pleasing.

James and his team were incredibly welcoming! My husband and I stopped by the shop to learn about electric bikes. We were able to each test drive a couple different bikes and OH MY GOODNESS are they FUN! I will be dreaming about owning one until I DO! Nice shop, nice and knowledgeable staff, and amazing product. Great test ride. Next step is a rental for further familiarization. Then maybe a Boomerang for keeps.

My wife and I were in the market for ebikes and when we visited the Tucson Pedego E bike store we were so impressed by the staff and bikes that we each bought one. It had all the features we were interested in and more The place and well informed staff made us feel very comfortable with our decision We are looking forward to many years of great riding on our new bikes.

We had such a great time on these bikes. I would highly recommend trying this out for yourself. Beautiful weather combined with the Mountain View’s provided a relaxing day for us both.The location of the store is perfect too. Several restaurants in the same center that you can walk to and enjoy great food and cocktails after a great day on the trail.

Great experience of test riding one of the Pedego Electric Bikes! Dont know if I will get one, but they are fun and the people at the shop are very friendly!
