This shop has taken care of me for the past 5 years. Whenever I need my bike fixed it is often done the same day if not early the next morning. Jose also has always been fair on pricing on both products and services. There needs to be more mechanics out there with this level of service.

Man ! What can i say about this life saver! I walked in late on friday needing a box for my bike, not anyone intown i visited had one. He opened a box, broke my bike down, fit it an sealed it for me!!! Ill preform a miracle for you and he did ! This is the small personal shop more need to know about! Jose works incredibly hard to take care of his customers. He has built all my bikes and I take all my bills to him for maintenance. He will take care of you from small things like your adjustment or flats to building your bike exactly how you want it. See my pictures! Extremely quick and responsive service! Joses been able to help me with a bent derailleur hanger, installing tubeless tires, and drivetrain replacements and he does all this with class. Give him a call!

They can get parts fairly quickly. This is good considering their stock is limited, like the surrounding bike shops. At noon, the sole person attending had 3 customers, plus the one on the phone.

When I arrived to this small shop there were three individuals standing near the front door chatting. None were wearing masks and I found this very disconcerting as I am part of three high risks groups. One man approaches me and offers assistance I show him my written notes on what needs done. As we discuss my requirements, he begins selling me a rather expensive option for addressing a handlebar issue that I presented.I explained that I didn’t have the dollars for what appeared to be an expensive solution to address this issue. We then moved onto the seat which I would like to have replaced with one I already have and he asked to see it. So, I stepped outside and got it out of my car. That took less than 30 seconds but by now he had moved onto the next customer. I got my bike, loaded it up, and left.To his credit he called me back and apologized but I will not return. I really need, want, and desire to get my bike fixed but I will not return to a business that takes no precautions during a pandemic.The owner seemed like a nice guy and that’s all the good I can say about my experience. Plus, he never bothered to welcome me to his business and since I called ahead that seemed odd for such a small shop. He seemed more interested in chatting with others rather than service me. He acted like my health and safety were not even anything on his radar.Having been a business owner previously I never like to provide bad reviews... But when you willing ignore the publics health and safety as well as mine I feel compelled to speak up.

This is a small local place but its not the size of the store its the quality o s the service they provide to you and allnothers that may walk through these doors at any given time well .J.j the owner and operator is polite respectful and knowelegable he also carrys some parts and aftermarket items for your bike needs and wants . so I would recommend this place and its own to anybody liking for a bike shop. Jose knows what he is doing and is very thorough! I brought my electric bike in with a few different issues. Jose figured everything out, fixed my bike quickly and charged a reasonable rate. I was quickly on my way and I really appreciated his work! Highly recommended!

Aside from being the only Mulletcycles dealer in Arizona, this is the shop where local pros go to have their bikes fixed. Theres typically a line of folks in the shop *patiently* waiting their turn which usually says it all. When theres a line of happy folks you know the service is gonna be good!

Ive gone through several bike shops in the area and otherwise, JJs is the best, bar none. He takes his time with me every time I break my mtn bike or have an amateur question. You just have to be patient for him to do the same with whoever was there first.Prices are unbeatable.Quality couldnt be better.

So quick and efficient. I came with a chain on the verge of breaking and he had me in and out in no time! I called ahead and told him I was on a time crunch and JJ totally got me in and out in no time.I also really appreciated the fact that though there were a handful of small issues I needed fixed, I came specifically for the chain and he did not give me troubles for having questionable breaks and shifters (Lol)This just means I will definitely be back to continue full service repairs on my bike!Such a hidden gem and everyone around was friendly and fun to talk to!

Called to make sure he was open, he said yeah for sure come on down. I walk my bike 2 miles to find the gate open, lights on, door locked, nobody there. Wait for 20 min, call repeatedly, no response. Guess he doesnt care about taking care of customers. Ill gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Mad legit. I went in to buy a part for a fix and the mechanic was super honest about my problem. Instead of a sale he fixed up my bike proper and did the honest thing. Great shot. Great space. This guy has seen plenty of mechanicals and knows solutions.

JJ has the best bike shop in town. Hes not always there, but hes super super cheap and his bikes and his work last a really long time. Hes a deeply honest, trustworthy man. Me, my girlfriend, sister, and my roommate all got our bikes from him. 100% recommend!

Very reasonable repair prices, and the guy I spoke with is nice, but I took a bike Id gotten from my family in to get fixed, and he didnt tell me the front shifter wasnt working until after Id gotten there, which I definitely would have asked him to fix.That was after I had to call on the pickup day to see if it was ready and it wasnt ready till 4pm. I would really expect an update call the day before scheduled pickup, and that would have been a good time to ask me about the shifter.But overall great value and quality.

Jose owner of JJ Bicycles is very polite and professional. He is also an excellent bike mechanic with years of experience. I have an old 2005 GT Aggressor that he tuned. New chain, cassette, and handlebar stem. Rides like new. Very inexpensive labor. Its my go to bike shop!

Jose (owner) is a great guy always willing to help. His service is great and very well priced. The store has somewhat limited merchandise but only great products. If he does not have in stock, he will order for you. He also carry great bikes and brands.Basically if you want a great, personalized service very well priced then JJ bikes is the place to go.

Ive never posted a Google comment before, but I was compelled to do so because of the fast service and the reasonably-priced part that I received from JJ. It was incomparable, especially after checking around with other shops in the local area, who after taking to them on the phone wanted to charge almost twice as much and who would have taken three to four times longer to do the work. I was in a hurry so I really appreciated him being able to install a new front wheel on my daughters bike in less than 15 minutes.

I went to a bike mechanic because I was frustrated by how often I was getting flat tires during my daily commute (almost weekly). I had originally come in wanting tubeless tires, but the mechanic recommended that I get thicker tires instead (Panaracers). He let me know that my ride would be a little harder, but that it was the better option for a few reasons. I have had the tires about four months now, and I havent had a flat since. The ride is a little harder like he said it would be, but that just means Im a little stronger now. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you!

So helpful and kind. I am a single mom and know nothing about the BMX bike my son has. He sold us a new inner tube and pumped it up, put it in the tire and then adjusted the bike. Hes also going to try to help find me a helmet. I definitely recommend JJs. I will go there for all my kids bike needs from now on!!

Went to this shop, was there @ 10:10am. They were closed. Shop hours posted as open at 10am. Waited till 10:21am, Still closed. This irks me so much. Will never shop here with lackadaisical attitudes like this.

Jose is one of the best Bicycle Mechanic I know in the Tucson area and his shop is really well kept and had helped me out numerous times to replacing a flat to a complete overhaul repair after a really bad bicycle accident.

My bike was making several rattling noises and I took to the bike shop where I bought it at told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have with live it. It didn’t make the noise when I bought it. Took it to JJ bicycle shop and Jose work on It and fixed the rattling. Jose knows what he is doing and from now on I am taking my bike to JJ bicycle. Jose is very professional and knows his business.

I would say this is an excellent bike shop to go and get your bicycle fixed at a reasonable price. They may not have all the spare parts laying around like FairWheel, but they do have a personable staff and a quick turnover time.

I had no idea JJs Bike shop was there before I was sent there. Due to my fascination with MTN Bikes I found my self drawn to this shop as its main focus was MTN bikes. I bought all my stuff there and eventually I had some money and was looking for a good bike. The treatment I got at JJs is far and beyond that of any store bike or not bike. I was involved in a bad accident and ended up loosing three of my teeth ( it was just an all in all bad time for me). Broke and broken Jose went out of his way to make sure I was alright for the time being and I havent ever had a chance to say how truly appreciative and thankful to have known him, Thank you JJs.Beyond the fluff, Jose has always been one of the, if not the most down to earth and humble mechanics I have ever met, His prices fair and his skill unmatched and you can expect the same of his employees as you can of him.

In my opinion, Jose is the best Bike Mechanic in town. Not only does he have a great attitude, but he will not steer you wrong. I couldnt bleed my breaks, and after the Trek store ripped me off, JJ found that the breaks were broken. He got me a brand brand new set from the manufacturer FOR FREE. Its not the only time hes gone above and beyond.
