Went in to buy 2 tubes, walked out with a bike. Ive been on the hunt for a gravelish bike and discovered the Contend - not quite a road bike, not quite a gravel bike. For the price i get 105s, hydraulic, internal cables, carbon fork.Since its rare to find a bike in stock these days, i bought it.But i bought it today and at HMS because i liked the vibe of the store - an intangible but important to me.Give them a try.

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely willing to offer any advice or information. Mike, the owner, is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. Theyve been able to fix any problem I or my wife have had with our bikes and are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend HMS for any bike repairs or for any bike supplies that you might need.

I just happened upon this bike shop. I was on my way to a bike ride. Just bought a new bike and couldn’t figure out how to move the seat. The nut that was stripped. They also for a very reasonable price filled up the sealant in my tires. I enjoyed the chat! I will definitely come back here in the future if I have another problem! Thanks again!

Ive been there a few times now (I used to go to a different shop but this one is a lot closer). Each time Ive gone the staff has been very friendly, helpful and has always charged a very fair price. Ill definitely be coming back here in the future.

I took in 2 bike for their deluxe tuneup. One bike had a squeak on the front break and the other needed the front derailleur adjusted. After a week of doing maintenance on both bikes, they both had the same “issues” as they went in. The squeak was still there on the first bike and the front derailleur on the second bike seemed like it was not adjusted since the shifting issue was still there. Note that not a single phone call was made to me regarding potential part replacement such as the break pads or disk. When I asked about the squeak on the break they told me that I can just clean the disk or the pads. So why did I pay 99 for the tune up? Also after two rides, my chain started to make noises now. Save your money and headache and take it somewhere else.

Great bike shop. Bought my Kona mountain bike from them and they have always been great with anything Ive needed. Very helpful and locally owned. Wont go anywhere else with my bike even though I live farther away now. Nothing like a local shop that cares. I say that from experience from riding and racing years gone by. The corporate stores just want to sell. They have fixed any fine tuning issues with my bike and tubeless tires often without a charge just to make it right for me and have never tried upselling me anything. Outstanding shop highly recommended.

I am happy to have a nice locally-owned bike shop here. We went in to have my sons tube replaced in his mountain bike and they asked my son if he knew how to replace it, and since he didnt know how, they took him aside and taught him how. Ive been to other bike places in Tucson, but I will go back to this one from now on.

Took bike in for basic tune up and replace both tubes and have liners installed. They called and said bike was ready. They didnt install liners because they said they couldnt find any and only changed out one tube because they said they didnt feel that they needed to change both even though the customer requested it and was willing to pay for it..... They did not call and inform that they were not doing the work the customer requested. I will never bring any bike to this place and warning friends and family not to do business with them... They were rude and smarmy.

Needed major work done on my road bike. HMS did a excellent job, were understanding and very fair. Great to have a competent bike shop in Marana.

The guy there was very helpful and i could tell the good difference of the bike the moment i rode off on it. Ever have a bike issue little or small, these guys are the one to call.

Took my bike in for a tuneup and $50 in parts. They charge me $280 I was grossly overcharged in my opinion. When I arrived to pick up my bike I noticed the spokes in my back room were extremely loose when I mentioned it to the owner he had that point was very reluctant to take care of it. After I got home I also noticed the headset and the cracks were loose. Ive since had to spend more money at another bike shop to finish my tuneup.
