Received a quote from Chris for battery replacement on my 2016 Mercedes E400. The actual cost was $100 lower than expected because the battery was more accessible than expected. Oil changes are about half the cost of those from the Mercedes dealership (same grade oil and filter). Trust and integrity are paramount in dealing with my car service. I trust the guys at Friendly Automotive and know they’ll do right by me. 5 stars, truly the best.

First time visiting and certainty will not be the last! Customer service is truly world class. Happened to witness how they handled several other customers as I waited for my vehicle. Every customer engagement was authentic, respectful, and a testament to their high ratings. I am very particular on who I allow to work on my vehicle hence why I drove 30 min from Rita Ranch to visit them. Definitely worth the trip in my personal opinion.

Brought my car in for a second opinion after being told by Firestone that I needed a whole new AC system in my car which would cost me 4k. They fixed the issue and replaced only what needed to be done for a fraction of what the other place wanted to charge me. My AC is working amazing in this AZ heat. They were thorough and fixed it until it was right. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. They have a new forever customer.

They did a lot of work on my car. Fixed 3 small leaks, tune up, oil change, tire rotation, replaced bulbs and wipers. They truly were kind and honest people. They’re not the absolute cheapest in town, but that doesn’t mean you won’t save money. They do honest work, under no pressure, and they do it right the first time.Too many mechanics are trying to push you into repairs you don’t need, don’t do the work they say they’re doing, etc. NOT THESE GUYS.Don’t waste money taking it somewhere “cheaper”. Mechanics know their stuff. Front of house really tries to sell you on overpriced repairs so just know that a percentage of what they recommend you can do yourself with a youtube video. Cool to watch though.

We brought our 2006 Chrysler 300C into Friendly Automotive after going to a Chrysler Dealer in Santa Rosa, California, because it heated up and the A/C quit running. We were told we needed a $2000.00 A/C repair, That would take over a week to get the part, and that there was a loose clamp around the upper radiator hose, which they tightened and cost us $380.00 for diagnosing. We declined the A/C repair. After a couple days and heading back to Arizona, the car got hot again, but only when it idled and in traffic, we were lucky to avoid the traffic and drove straight home on the freeway, it was fine, and the A/C was also fine. After taking it into Friendly Automotive They discovered the clamp was loose around the lower radiator hose, and found nothing wrong with the A/C. Cost for diagnosing $79.99. No Charge for tightening the loose clamp. They are very knowledgeable, honest and reasonable., We had them fix another problem we had put up with for more than a year, also at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Friendly Automotive for Any automotive problem and maintenance. They will certainly be our go to for our Automotive needs.

Excellent (and fast) service!I was able to conveniently schedule my oil change online (and mentioned their coupon!) I received a text to confirm my appointment request was accepted. I showed up a little early so I was quoted about an hour. Within 20 minutes they were going over the included multi-point inspection with me and letting me know it would be off the lift and ready in a few minutes!Super friendly and honest service! My car is only 3 years old so the only additional recommendation was an air filter.Lobby was clean, comfortable and COVID friendly. Lots of antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer available, (and they said to let them know if I needed any additional). Complimentary water and wifi! I will be returning for my next oil change!

A/C repairThis was my first visit to Friendly Automotive and I was very impressed. From the moment I entered I knew I was going to be satisfied. The waiting room was very clean. Ashley was very friendly in welcoming me.I had a 2 pm appointment and they took my car right in. Within 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem and let me know. He took me to show me why the A/C was not working and explained what it would take to get it repaired. It would be a lengthy process so they kept the car overnight and gave me a ride home.Ashley called the next morning to tell me the car was ready. All is good and cool with my car thanks to the people at Friendly Automotive!

Also noted that some other repair may be neccessary depending upon what other issues might be discovered, and estimated time and cost for those potential repairs. When it became apparent that additional work was required, Friendly called and advised on parts, time and cost. So, I was kept informed in a timely manner during project. And it was finished as promised. Good work. Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

I have been very fortunate with being able to buy new cars but my mom isn’t so fortunate and we have a auto repair man that has always done our work but was booked till next Tuesday so we decided we would bring it here ( heard amazing things) they completed the job less than 24 hours and was 100% honest of what needed to be done- they quoted like $500 (obviously not digging deep into the problem) and once they get to the van it was less work and $300 cheaper- anyone else would have not been honest and collected the money- but not here, I can’t express how thankful I am! Thank you truly, we will return, I promise and will share your business name!

I have been to Friendly Automotive for oil changes and tire rotations. The owners and staff are great people to work with. 3 months after a synthetic oil change, I had planned a trip to Dallas, TX and thought I would bring it in for an inspection. Jonathan, the joint owner, had brought to my attention problems with a couple lug nuts. he replaced one at no charge, corrected any issues with loose ones, then completely went through all 4 wheels to make sure my trip to Dallas was a safe one, which it was. Always friendly and honest service. Accommodating as possible and has drop service for the weekend disasters. (Have your vehicle towed there and they will look at it on next business day) they do all the hard work of shopping for a good deal on replacement parts. Never been disappointed. I had to have my engine replaced and was going out of the country at the same time. They kept in touch the whole time and had it done when I got back. Will not trust anyone else. Thank you Jonathan.

Arrived for a scheduled oil change and maintenance. Friendly was ready for me and my car went right in for service. Beyond the oil change I had a piece of plastic that was hanging down close to the ground probably from me hitting parking blocks. The mechanic found a way to secure it back up where it belonged and now no more scraping on the roadway. I didnt know it but Friendlys was running a $10 off an oil change special which they applied to my invoice. So for an oil change with blended synthetic oil and tacking up the plastic I paid 1/2 of what I would be charged by the Jiffy place. This is about the 5th time I have taken a car for various services to Friendly Automotive and each time they were professional, timely, fair and expert in repairs. I have always left there feeling confident my car was well taken care of. Thanks.

Great place! Quality work. Had some valve cover gaskets replaced in late Sept. They even cleaned up all the oil that had dripped around the engine.Very happy with the work they did.

They have handled everything from routine oil changes to wheel barings and brakes. So far have not needed major engine work, but they do it all and this is the only shop in Tucson I trust!
