Repair ended up taking awhile (pandemic and parts availability), got regular updates right from the tech. I had a loaner the whole time, and now 6k miles later my wrx shifts better than ever. Shout out to Kenny and Will.

Went to inquire about a vehicle I saw on line. Had the deal figured out. Salesman had key and looked for the car for quite a while for me to test drive. Could not find. Eventually he was told it sold. Picked another one, could not find again..it was parked inside the showroom. Ended up purchasing the 2nd one. Called the next week at least five times and left messages for service.. No call backs, etc. Was told they are short handed due to a maternity leave and a vacation. Not good!! I would advise to hire someone great with customers and getting back to them promptly.

Expensive. Prepare to wsit a long time, even if you have an appointment.

Very knowledgeable & friendly service people. Comfortable waiting area. Dont replace glass or do body work but have taken care of everything else. Not that anything much has gone wrong with my Subaru. Its been great for almost 4 yrs!

Brought my car in for a recall and was met with good service at the desks, however when I got back my car had damage and was dirty as a result of the repair. Brought my concerns to the service director who told me there was nothing they could do and to contact Subaru of America.

They did not follow covid-19 guidelines, no masks etc. Even worse they will mansplain to you about your car.
