AUTO REPAIR YOU CAN TRUST!!! About a month ago I happened to be in the area and stopped in to see if they would repair my exhaust system. Other shops had told me I would have to leave it overnight for them to even look at it. This Muffler Man professionally repaired it, at a good price, and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Since then I have driven the extra 45 minutes to this Muffler Man twice to have the struts replaced in both my car and my wifes car. I am very pleased with the quick, professional service... and the prices.

Charged $40 to remove two press fit studs from my midpipe. Took about 5 minutes using a torch and an air hammer. Seems over-priced. However the service was great and I walked in and out in under 20 minutes. Also there may be something to be said for the odd-job I went in for. I doubt its a common request and he really just threw a price out there so maybe he wouldve been a little flexible with it? Cant say, didnt argue, I just wanted those things out.

Got a muffler delete. Arrived during their lunch break which they hurried up finished. While waiting, they made me a plate of food too which was shocking to be honest. Best customer service if I’ve ever seen one. Took about an hour. A bit pricey but satisfied overall.

Again GREAT Service. I had to get my rack & pinion done about a month ago, and they beat a competitors price. The car drove a little funny and I informed sam of the issue- without any question at my convenience I was told to bring it in. I love this place. The staff is highly knowledgeable and professional. This place is quick, fast, and gets you in and out without delay. The staff works with you in terms of cost and time. They always look at your car for free and make sure they completely inform you with what is wrong. This place fixed my car correctly for 7 years. Then he fixed it incorrectly, and the car broke down again. I took it somewhere else and Sam even reimbursed me for my expense.So when my aunts minivan needed brakes, I took it to him. The mechanic didnt put grease on the metal so her van smoked. Took it back and he charged additional money (found a new problem). Van still smoked so I took it to the dealership and come to find out there wasnt any grease on the metal. If I give a second chance, dont mess up again. Fool me once, shame on you. You wont fool me again.

Sam and Sam Jr couldnt be more courteous. Their prices are fairly competititive, and, most especially their word is good.

Did not tighten down hoses Ang parts. When they did my intake. Manifold. The car leaks when I run the air, steam when I run heat. Obviously either they put something back wrong or heater core issue..they should have caught this but Sam seams to only be interested in the $860 I spent. Brought the car in and he said it wasnt leaking and they tightened the hose to the heater core. Or they put this together wrong.

Very Polite. Changed my car battery that is only accessible from under the car and only charged me 20 dollars. The amount of time and work it takes to get to a battery like this they could have charged more.Very happy. Very sociable, and Polite people.

Best place to go. I pulled in to do my mid-muffler delete and they pulled in the car right away and finished working a 30-40 minutes. I came in the next week to take off the rear mufflers and again they were very prompt. No wait times, very good service. This is my third time coming to do modifications and the service is still on top. The prices are cheap and fair. I think the best part is how easy and convenient it is to pull in and go within less than an hour. Great owners, great customer service‼️👍🏽

Been here several times. Sam (I think short for Sameer) can usually get me in and out fairly quick but they quote high prices and I have ended up driving slightly farther and saving $50-$100 per repair. Also, I wouldnt trust them to do any repairs that require attention to detail. They once replaced control arms on my cars and on one side the bolts were put on backwards from how it came off. They also didnt properly torque them and I had to do it when I got home.

Recently Got a mid Muffler Delete, straight piped to My factory Tips, They did a great job,Had me in and out quickly for a nice price.

I like to wait for a bit before reviewing to see how the work stands up. So far the custom exhaust they did for me was awesome, and their staff was extremely friendly. I got to witness a guy walk into their shop and try to tell them how to do their job which was pretty entertaining as he was clearly wrong and referencing YouTube videos. Overall great experience and I love my exhaust. Only complaint is I didnt get an X or H pipe put in (small connection between dual exhaust) as I wasnt as educated on the topic as I thought, wish they would have suggested it as its super popular. Not worth paying another labor fee. But that was my mistake so I cant ding them for it, just make sure you know what you want beforehand.

This is the place I recommend for exhaust and emission solutions. Sam took care of the broken EGR tube on my 88 Mustang GT and repaired the broken spring bolt on my 06 Civic Si. I went to get my strut replaced because it was loose. They offer a fair price and are very fast and thorough with their repairs. They give suggestions but dont shove them down your throat like A LOT of other mechanics do. Very friendly as well. Give this place a shot- you will be pleased:-)

I took my Mini Cooper S to them for a resonator delete and they did a great job, I just took my Infiniti Q50 for some more custom work by them and they did a fantastic job for a great price. The welds are beautiful and they did great fab work as well creating a custom exhaust that sounds gorgeous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will bring all my future vehicles to them for anything i need.

In short, I had a muffler problem and Muffler Man did a great job fixing my car. The price was good, the wait-time was good, and the work appeared to be good quality work. The guys there are friendly too. I would have no hesitation going back to this location with other issues involving mufflers, belts, suspension, etc.

If you are going for any part replacement, highly recommended to check it out the part prices first. Cheaper after market parts were sold/charged for high prices compared to original dealer prices. I had few instances and found the fact later

I have read most of the reviews posted here and have to disagree with the one about Sams mannerisms and knowledge. I currently 06/26/2017 have my vehicle in this shop and Sam along with his crew went above and beyond to insure I understood what was needed, the cost to do the work and even offered me a ride home If I didnt want to wait. His pricing is in line with suggested internet pricing as one person referred to, so from what I see is they wanted something for nothing! There are not a lot of places I trust in workmanship, pricing and HONESTY for the Safety of myself and family. In less than an hour, I had a new muffler for my 2000 Taurus for $125 + tax. The muffler has only a 1 year warranty, but its all I need right now. Everything went smoothly.
