Competitive pricing and great service!I called for a quote for new tires and was met with friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff! Tires had to be located and were installed as scheduled the next day! Troy, Ohio facility was clean and quiet and the service experience was a “10”! No surprises and would definitely recommend and will use again!

I had a flat and literally was within walking distance of another tire center. They did not have my size of tire in stock. I called two other places and grismer tire had my tire and was less expensive than one of the discount tire places. They were able to get me in even though they were closing in a few hours. I needed an alignment and they also worked that in even though they werent sure that they were going to have time. I was very happy with the service and very happy with the price

Outstanding service! They replaced a wheel bearing, brake light and a driver side window switch in four and one half hours. Well satisfied with their work! Only thing I was unsatisfied with was, after spending $899 dollars there, they wouldnt take off an extra $20 coupon I had. Thought that was petty after spending that amount of money there!

Never had a bad experience with the Grismers in Troy Ohio but yesterday I had my coolant flushed by the time I got home we could smell antifreeze thought ok maybe some spilt was home about 4 hours went to the store and could still smell it and the guy doing the job didnt even whip the grease off the hood, needles to say I will be making a phone call on Monday

I left with more problems than I came in with, was gaslit when I tried to get it reconciled and now my windshield wiper reservoir won’t hold fluid. Not ok. Very unhappy with the service.

Scott was very helpful to me when I blew a tire on I-75. I called at closing time and he stayed late helping me get what I needed. He didnt have one in stock, but he ordered it for the next day. I was back on the road by noon the next day!

Ive always used different locations of Grismer Tire because of where I lived. This time I had the need to use the Troy store. Guess what.... same great service and professionalism. They always treat a customer right. Grismer Tire runs a good show whichever store you visit.

What can I say. They fix my vehicles in a timely manner. Always quick to respond, letting me know the details in a friendly and professional manner. They are willing to give me options if something better or cheaper are available. They might not be the cheapest place to take your vehicle, but they do offer their Grismer card that has 6 months interest free and 5% discount. I have 4 vehicles and have been taken them all to Grismer for many years now.

I scheduled one of my free oil changes from recently buying four new tires. I scheduled the appointment online for the Troy, Ohio location, which was pretty easy to do and very convenient. Service was done quickly and with a smile. My only gripe is from the appointment when I got the tires installed. During that visit, I was told that my rear brake pads were about 95% worn and they offered to add that to the list while my vehicle was already on the rack. I can do and have done pads and rotors myself. I started to do so in the week following the tire installation. The pads (and rotors), which I had installed myself within the previous 18 months were about 75%+ to the good, as they should have been. Definitely not happy with being lied to in such an obvious and easy way to disprove on my own.Beware of unnecessary services. Ask to see things for yourself if you know what to look for. Don’t get scammed.

My engine seized up on the highway. Grismer told me what to expect, a new engine. We had to wait for a new engine, and I couldnt get my car back until they made it as perfect as possible. I have trusted them for years and will continue to do so. Grismer is awesome!

Awesome service here! It was late on the day before Thanksgiving and I got a screw in my tire. I aired up at a gas station close to where my gage went off in my car. Then drove up the freeway and thought best not to put off getting it plugged. I was driving back to Michigan to see my Dad. They took care of me and got me back on the road fairly quick. They made sure to check all the tires not just the one I thought might have the issue. When it was all said and done I was lucky it wasnt a hole in the sidewall. They plugged my tired and got me back on the road.I had bought my tires at another location but this place treated me like a regular. And there was no charge to plug my tire. Very thankful for their friendly service. They even let me bring my big dog Eli into the showroom wile waiting for them to fix it! Very nice!

Excellent customer service would highly recommend. I scheduled an appointment for new brakes and after they checked them they notified me that there was still 50% brake pads left and it only required a cleaning. Very honest and trustworthy.

I was driving from Chicago to North Carolina and 4 hours into my drive I had an accident outside of Troy. My boyfriend called ahead to the Grismer in Troy and they said they had a 2 hour wait but could see me. I was able to drive to their facility and they saw me immediately. They were able to get my car stable enough for me to finish my drive and gave me all of the options they thought were the most safe for me. They were very kind and understood I was in a pickle with having 9 more hours to drive. I felt like they were all looking out for me and I left feeling safe and cared for. I’m so glad I stopped at their shop I’m not sure what would have happened if I went anywhere else. If they are reading this THANK YOU! I made it through the mountains and all the way to the coast!

Tire blew out and called grismer. I got there at 530 PM and they close at 6 PM. I was out of there by 545 PM, tire mounted and balanced. Saved the day for us. Great customer service. Professional staff. Fair prices. Ill definitely be doing business with them again.

Had some major work done weeks ago that exceeded $1,000 for me to have working heat in my car. Due to Covid and lifestyle it took two weeks before I needed the heat, but it failed. Took it in, gave them the receipt, and they didnt argue at all. I got the car back the next day and it turns out one of the parts in the origiand repair had failed due to manufacturer defect. They say the stand behind their work and that is exactly what they do. A word to shops out to scam - you will lose customers to decent shops like this. They will certainly get all my future business, and anyone reading this should bring their business to Grismer if you are smart.

Sale representative was extremely rude and stated multiple times that the location closes in less then 40 minutes when trying to select a new tire to replace my damaged tire. I had to repeat myself multiple times when asking if the location carried a tire with similar tread; after selecting the replacement tire the sales representative was visibly irritated when I requested that the new tire be installed on the vehicle and to return the spare tire back in the vehicle storage compartment.The technician who completed the work customer was not friendly and I felt I was an inconvenience versus a valued customer.Needlessly to say I will not return to this location for service again.

Mark and the crew helped me out of a jamb, picked a nail up in a side wall of our tire at 3pm on a Saturday. Happy New Year!We left about 30 minutes ago. I left a dog horn on kitchen sink just in case you might need it. Flurrie was resource guarding a toy last night. I put the toys up on top of Gilis crate.I filled a couple of puzzles with food to entertain them. I wouldnt try and take them away unless dogs are outside.We gave fresh water food and meds this morning around 5:30.If you could let them out around 8:00 for a hour or so they should be good until 4 or 5.Cant tell you how much I appreciate your help. Went to Grismer Troy there other day to get my car serviced. Went over everything and was done in about an hour. Good customer service.

The Troy Ohio store did a wonderful job. The salesman worked with me and listened to what I had to say about how much money I was looking to spend and what kind of tire I was looking for. He was very friendly and everything worked out better than I expected. They did an alignment after installing and he explained everything that they found and did, to make it drive better. Plus the free oil changes was an added bonus.

Car repairs really suck. Went in for an oil change and came out with a $1700 quote for repairs. And mean Marvin STILL charged me $100 to put my car on the diagnostic computer...even when it said nothing was wrong with the car...WHATS UP WITH THAT????Super Scott did his best to soften the blow by making jokes and trying to get me to laugh...He had his work cut out for him since it was going to take 3 days to get my vehicle back. It was good while it lasted, but after I left the enormity of the bill seemed to wear me down. Good thing delicious Dan was there at the store...at least he was nice to look at and the memory of his kind face gave me something else to think about on the way home.Seriously...they worked hard to find discontinued parts and did their best to keep the cost near to the estimate. They were all kind and helpful. I had taken the vehicle to another place but wasnt satisfied with the service so I took it back to Grismer because I knew I could trust them to do a good job and knew they would work with me as best they could. All repairs are expensive. Best to get it fixed right so you dont have to do it twice. Grismer is a great way to go.

I bought trailer tires from this location a couple years back, and they printed out tire performance info, from the mfg, that helped me be safer while pulling my horses. I very much appreciated that extra effort. I came back because of that!This time, the tires I wanted to put on my truck were out of stock. They checked 5 different locations and found none. When I asked for assistance, and their professional opinion on which tire to get, they spent a good deal of time with me, giving me the info/opinion I needed to make a choice. I am very happy with the tires I chose, and with the service the Troy location provided.Especially Hank, who won the battle of the front end alignment!!

He suggested hunting for good used posts. I agreed and Scott went above and beyond searching and getting the parts for my repair. He made sure the parts were safe and like new. The mechanic twice took the time to inform me of what he found and his plan to make it right. These guys were friendly and professional. OUTSTANDING!!!! The superlatives I could use here are endless!! I took my Tesla Model S for new Michelin tires at this location. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the correct tires for my car. Also, very excited to see a Tesla up close and personal. I was happy when they suggested that I return the car to Tesla for a check on the alignment. When I did that the next day, I got the thumbs up from Tesla PLUS they added another six (6) upgrades at no charge!!!! Ill only be buying tires from Grismer in Troy for my 2 Teslas and 1 Chevrolet Truck in the future!!!
