These folks provide a great service, selling good used computers and peripherals. Theyre not always the least expensive used PC option in driving distance, but Ive never had a problem with anything I bought there (which I cant say about some other places).

I went in panicked because I needed files from my old Laptop which decided not to turn on last night. Christian not only gathered my files from my old PC he set me up with an external case to Cary my files on and gosh just provided EXCELLENT customer service. Went way above and beyond. I came in needing my laptop keyboard fixed and when I got my computer back in noticed it refuses to turn on anymore unless plugged in. I looked it over and my laptop is telling me it no longer has a battery. When I came in, its battery was absolutely perfect so I asked the people if theyd accidentally left out my battery and they dont know. Im livid. I shouldnt have to be charged Again just for them to fix their own mistake.Well see if they end up wanting to charge me or not. Ill be sure to update this review to let you all know.

The kid who assisted me, was just plain rude and didnt listen to what I was asking for. Theres far too many businesses who do the same work to waste my money on poor treatment. Get it together...

I used to run my own computer repair and IT business and I appreciate shopping at a store that shares the same passion. The owner is a great guy. Has on multiple occasions made deals for me or have me free stuff. The younger guys are very helpful and are happy to answer any questions or discuss computers.The pricing is very fair. I have actually found items they sell for more money on eBay! I come here about once a week or at least a couple times a month. The selection and atmosphere is great.Also dont forget to check out the awesome retro computer museum when coming in the door.They also recycle any and all electronics!All in all Green PC is pure awesomeness! :D

Wow, I walked in there out of boredom one day, got talking to a younger employee, twenty minutes later i walked out of there with a couple items. this place has friendly staff, and a rather large sales floor. going there has almost become a every day habit. the place seems to be geared towards builds and gaming customers BUT if talk with the right employee(s) they will accommodate every need you have. Paul is always quick to help customers, remembers them, and takes care of them. Us (my wife and I) owning two businesses needed to upgrade our server hardware, 80% of our network came from there (pictures included) not a single flaw with anything, and some of this hardware we put a huge workload on. Even purchased a 42U server rack from them, Tai, the Owner is very experienced in multiple operating systems and server technology. they will continue to receive our business attached are some of the components purchased from them.

Just facts here. The first $800.00 laptop I purchased stopped working in March. The second $800.00 laptop I bought is now not charging, and I cant use even with a brand new battery and AC adaptor I purchased.After the way I was treated when I brought the new one back for a hard drive upgrade my days of being a Green PC fan are coming to end. I really cant go into details, because Im still so upset and offended by their employees that I cant bring myself to drive 3 hours RTIm, 61 and in poor health, and I have to plan my trips carefully. Bought some used drives here one of them in the mix was a SAS drive. I called and asked for an exchange which they said they would. Upon coming to the store I was told we dont sell those and accused of basically lying. I will never shop here again.

Super affordable prices better then you will find anywhere. They will stand by their products and even gave me a free replacement wifi adapter that was better then the one that wasnt working originally.

This is a wonderful store with multiple services: repair, refurbished equipment sales, custom work, and recycling.The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Im horrible with tech stuff and they put me right at ease.I also love their museum of old tech, with examples of things ranging from 1930s radios to a monitor with see through housing, probably from the early 2000s.One block West off of South Tacoma Way. Street parking is easy.

It is a rip of place be careful if you bring your laptop or computer there. My laptop could not power on, I tricked them as I wanted to know if they were honest or not to fix my laptop, i told them that my son spilled water on my laptop. Next day, they called me that my mother board didnot work because of the water!!! Actually, It had never been water spilled on it . I just need the power on, i came home and did it by myself. That meant they did not do anything, just charged me $60, and wanted to rip me off $280.

I was assisted right away, representatives were nice helpful and quick to fix the issue with my device.

Took my computer here when my motherboard died, they tested it and verified the problem, then they load tested my video card to make sure it was okay. They recommended parts and were very helpful without pushing things I didnt need. They have a good selection of used stuff and a limited but good selection of new parts. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Good place to get laptop fixed, problem is, they didn’t actually fix it completely.Laptop crashes off and on when playing games (idk why, but it even happens when I’m using a fan pad) and so I went here to get it fixed, paid $154 for them to buy and put in fans, when i got the laptop back, sure it wouldn’t constantly crash for no reason but I could barely play any games because the laptop would completely crash.Lots of money paid, and I still have a laptop with problems.

Got a laptop for school, great price and it comes with a year warranty no extra charge. Highly recommend!

I was with a friend looking over the merchandise and was wowed by their vintage electronic ; i tend more toward amateur applications, 5 watts into a coat hanger, 21 - 28 MHz CW rules the world. But no comm gear here, though i was informed they would ask around if i would agree to call or come back, which is the reason for this post. I am on my way back there this PM to find and thank the man for stepping up and sharing what hes found with me (and also to rifle through the stock.) Great job guys!

This has to be my favorite place to get PCs. They recycle old PCs - all good, better yet they refurbish perfectly good PCs that get surplussed from around the region. I’ve bought probably 20 for my business. They warranty them but more important are their techs. They are super good at repairing PCs. There are so few really good HW techs left. Highly recommend this place.

UPDATED REVIEW:My original review was two years prior to this. Ive been going to Green PC for almost seven years now. When I first visited, Id say they were a three-star kinda shop, but then again back then they were truly just a recycle center, so I waited some time to review them from a retail aspect, at which point I gave them four stars. Their growth and improvement continues, and my most recent interaction warranted an extra star.Whomever helped me was extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a surplus Surface Pro 3 from the state which came with a dock, but no power supply. I brought the dock in and immediately the associate recognized it for what it was. They pointed out a newer compatible dock, informed me that Dell power supplies should work, and offered to look in the back for a Microsoft Surface brand power supply. While they looked in back, I checked for Dell power supplies and found a handful (Id agree they should work). After a few minutes, the associate came out with the supply originally intended for the dock and a transaction was made.I have over a decade of high-end retail and customer service experience, and the customer service I received yesterday was superb, from being greeted to friendly and attentive chit chat at checkout.As always, the price generally beat anything I could find online and it appeared they had a healthy stock of useful odds and ends as well as turn key desktops and devices. Additionally, their trend of constant improvements is apparent as always; the store always smells fresh and theres always an upgrade whether its a new digital display to greet you at the entrance or another curiosity in their museum of electronics.Of all the countless businesses Ive interacted with, Green PC is undoubtedly in the top and earns my recommendation without reservation.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Customer service has greatly improved here over the years. While they have a decent selection of used computers and some new equipment their customer service is awful. If you are in a rush this is not the place to go. I waited almost twenty minutes to get service and during that entire time no one said anything to me. At least a we will be with you soon would have been nice. Their rates for repairs seemed fair and they clearly have the equipment to do most PC and laptop repairs in house.

I have been a customer of Green PC for over 10 years because they provide excellent service and they know computers! My last 3 computers came from Green PC because I know quality and I know bargains. Green PC provides both!

Took my PC in to get my hard drive replaced and they were extremely helpful, very affordable, and did a wonderful job accomplishing exactly what I went in for. The location is kind of a little hole in the wall but its a cozy environment with a really great staff. I always recommend them whenever anyone I know has a tech problem they need fixing.

I called Green PC and asked if they had used laptop hard drives and the connector cables. My laptop would not start and I did enough research to determine that it was either the hard drive or the connector cable. I went in to Green PC and they looked at the hard drive and connector and checked both. It took just a minute to diagnose the problem and I was off with a hard drive for $25. Once at home it took 5 minutes to reinstall the new (used) hdd and boom, Windows was loading with no problems. Did a clean install and wish that I would have called them two days earlier.This was the third time that I have visited the store, but the first time that I went in not knowing what my problem was. I will always check with the crew at Green PC whenever I have a problem. Besides, if I cannot figure out my problems they offer excellent in house services.

Great place to get almost anything for your laptop or computer. But they are very good at there jobs and great at fixing almost anything if computer is broke.

Knowledgeable guys in there with great deals on computer parts and repair and upgrade work....used computer parts for cheap...very helpful in troubleshooting issues with your computer and will do basic checks on it to find the problem for free while you there...beats geek squad any day because geek squad gonna tell you to leave your computer there for a day then they gonna charge u to tell u whats wrong with it.

Great people there. They were upfront about their prices and were no nonsense. They were able to tell me what was wrong with my laptop the very same day. Unfortunately it was so badly damaged that I might as well just buy a new one. They even recycled it for me for free. Definitely going there again if my next laptop has problems.

So nice! I’m in a big hurry but I can’t connect to my WIFI, cable and hot points. I tried all way to fix it by my self but it doesn’t work. So I came here to fix my laptop, the guy helped me without charge! Maybe because my issue is too simple for them.

Great customer service, open to answer questions. Limited supply but quality PCs are built with their expertise. They are a great option since most stock PCs you can buy anywhere else are overpriced with minimum specs. Green PC computers seem to be built very well for optimal performance.

Do not expect a great selection. They have what theyve got. Staff and service is what you would want from any business. Knowledgeable/friendly/reserved. Prices are very competitive too. They loose a star because the comp they sold me had power issues off the shelf. If I didnt lose my receipt the same day I got it I would have brought it back. They guarantee their products for 6mo or something like that however this one never should have left the shelf. I only hope they didnt knowingly re-sell this problem.

I went in with a computer issue and not only did the employee fix my problem before the doors even opened it 9 a.m. but he did it and when he found out it wasnt a hard fix didnt even charge me anything for it. The dude could have put it in line charged an arm and a leg and I wouldnt have been any the wiser. Also started discussing gaming machines and he flat-out gave me advice that would have been detrimental to his company but save me some money by not buying anything at the time that kind of honesty with customers is hard to find in this day and age well definitely be doing all of my business with green PC.
