I’ve never received terrible customer service like this. They will come take your stuff after a week if you haven’t paid. I tried to come up with a solution and they wanted it by end of week The service I received on the phone gives you the feeling like you’re a deadbeat for missing a payment. After the tone on the phone I felt that it was best they came and picked up their tv. I’ll never use this service again. I’m having a way better experience with Aaron’s.

The worst customer service experience ever. Don’t ever deal with these people. Very unprofessional in how they treat their customers. Also the folks who are monitoring these pages saying “contact us” They never called me back. It’s a default message.

I just want everybody to know that if you purchase from these guys and something breaks even in the first month they do not have professionals that are able to fix them. I bought a letter that cracked they told me they were going to come over and fix it but they sent a unexperienced white boy with a little bottle of paint and a brush.These guys these guys are unprofessional and Id recommend buying from Aarons or even buddies furniture

Love the selection and how nice the employee was when we were there. But now coming to realize that we are being charged 4x the worth of the item and how rude the employee is coming to get it. We are on vacation and will be gone for a week and the guy scared our house sitter and animals. Talked to management and they said they would talk to him. Obviously not because he is still banging on the door still.

I Went there to Rent an Xbox One. i got it couple days ago and it was Bricked. I took it back. to get a new one got back home and it was the same system that broke. Im telling you now dont ever go to RAC Complete ripoff.
