I bought my 2015 KIA Optima here. I love these people!!! They are extremely nice and do everything they can to help you out, whether it be in the sales Dept or the service Dept. The thing I think is most commendable is that they dont try to get things over on you like telling you that you need repairs on your car that you dont need just to make a buck off of you like the KIA Dealership tried to do to me??? I would and do, recommend CONSUMERS AUTO WAREHOUSE to all my friends and family!!!

This place has treated me very good. Im very pleased with my purchase of a new vehicle and very pleased with the people that work in the service center. I came in today for my free oil change, inspection,light bulb change and for them to check the seat. Needless to say Im leaving with new wipers and another bulb they found and of course all the things I mentioned above. They made sure all my needs were met even the ones I didnt Know I had. They have wonder customer service skills.

All the employees I met were friendly and courteous. I was given a ride back to my home and later returned from home to the warehouse. This wonderful service was done promptly. The driver was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. My car was detailed perfectly....the attention to detail is wonderful. The car looks amazing. The only way the service could have been better is for them to control the weather to have prevented my clean car from getting rained on as I drove it home.

Easy appointment scheduling and car was taken in for state inspection and scheduled maintenance right on time. I chose to wait, and it was a quick visit. Very competent technicians and pricing is up front and at a very fair price. Have used CAW for major and minor repairs on two vehicles and have never been disappointed.

My daughter recommended Warehouse Auto Repair to me and I am glad she did. They are reasonably priced and competent. If it is a big repair, they have loaner cars and if a small job, they provide a sitting area with TV. Great repair service but Customer Service is not good. Often unfriendly person at desk greeting you... and unreturned phone calls to book appointments.

Was told, “We don’t like working on BMWs” after they had already made me an appointment with their BMW mechanic a couple days prior. Bad attitude over the phone & very unprofessional.

These folks are FANTASTIC! They have the best repair shop anywhere in the area. They were the ONLY shop out of five that were able to solve an ongoing problem with my vehicle and did so at what I consider a very fair price. If you are not satisfied with your current shop I encourage you to come to Consumers Auto. Both you and your car will be treated right.

My two sisters and myself have made car purchases here. The staff is WONDERFUL and very accommodating to your requests and questions. We recommend them to everyone!
