I get all of my cars from here they have treated me fair. I bought a car from there and I had it for almost 10 years when it lost a cylinder at 299,885 miles.I have 3 other cars from there and there all running great my husbands van is a 2003 and it has under 200,000 we bought it back in 2014 I think it has been a great vacation vehicle. My 2012 I bought it and it has been a very reliable car no problems then I helped a friend to get a 2015 and she hasnt had any problems.Vlad is great salesman he has sold me every vehicle except for 1 and that was the 2015.Cheryl she is great she does Valley Car Credit thats the only way to go but its only for certain vehicles.The people over at the garage they do your inspections for free as long as you own your car and you bought it from them.

CAW was willing to work with and my current credit situation. Very pleasant. There was some information that wasnt so forth coming about the new car but I did pay attention to paperwork and questions were honestly answered when asked. Would do business with them again.

I take my car to be serviced here and am always so impressed with how accommodating they are. On top of that the service is amazing, Amanda and Lou are the best and have gone out of her way on several occasions to help me out. Would highly recommend.

I can honestly say, I was impressed with my experience. I went there merely to check out the inventory and process and shocked myself when I left with an awesome vehicle with all the bells and whistles. The staff who serviced my needs that day, Andrew and Ryan were super cool, honest with me which I respected and warm and friendly. They were willing to work with me in February with the down payment I had. Now that tune has changed. This was supposed to be credit amnesty month, yet this was the offer they had for me.I understand that this is a business but $10K for an older vehicle (2011) and payments that are $4-500 a month. Insane!Also, the credit score they printed off was incorrect. Ive checked it with two separate sources. While my score is still very low, It reflects higher than what was presented. This is the kind of help and credit amnesty they represent.

These people are the worse. I purchased a vehicle from them and a week later took it to the dealer, engine blown. They tried to tell me will not pay to ship from fl to Virginia even after I told them b4 I left I felt something was wrong and tried to offer me me and old engine with high interest and high payment as long as I pay thousands to bring the car to them that I haven’t had no longer than : week. Be aware I’m sure most good ratings are fake !!!!!!!!!!!!!I hate these liers

I went to the lot to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze and left with a 2016 Ford Escape. The salesman, Zach Nutter, as well as the financial manager (sorry, I dont know his name), made the buying experience easy. From multiple test drives to the actual signing of papers, it was a very easy experience. I would recommend Consumers Auto Warehouse to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and an easy buying experience.

I didn’t have a lot of confidence coming in. I knew what I needed and didn’t want a whole lot of hassle in getting it. Vlad introduced me to Matt who laid all my options out in front of me. Not overly impressed, I showed up to get value for a trade in based on a promotion. Two people looked over my van but neither gave me an estimated trade in. I sat there for just under an hour. Although Id called earlier in the day with when I would arrive, the person told me to come by. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected. It would have been great to leave with some info. Perhaps, they were hesitant to quote a base price. But a base price coupled with the potential for more would have at least made my 45 minutes a better experience. 2nd guy wanted me to bring it back when a mechanic could look it over. Id already given up 45 minutes plus travel time. Their cars seemed to be higher in price than some, but they also seem to have a low threshold for who can be financed.

Had broke down on a work trip had to get a rental last minute. Cheryl was so nice she waited for me pass closing time so I can get car in time to get to my hotel. It was the absolute best car rental experience I had ever. Thanks again Cheryl! (Hope I didn’t spell your name wrong)

Ive used Consumers service department to maintain my vehicles for years. Their service dept (Warehouse Auto Repair) has always done fantastic work on my vehicles for an honest price but I decided yesterday that my old car needed a replacement. I finally decided to shop from them and Deanna made the shopping process painless and easy. I wasnt pressured to look at cars above my budget and was shown lots of great options. She even returned to the dealership after she had already gone home for the day just to help me get the buying process over on a timeline that worked with my schedule.

They let me know when they got a car with low mileage. Like I ask her to. They make you feel like family. So nice and thank you so much for my wonderful car.
