Just came down there to get an oil change. He grabbed my keys before I could continue to tell him that I needed a new headlight as well. He continues to walk away and roll his eyes like I’m the problem with bringing him my business. After that he tells me to come back and drop my car off. I am unable to do this since I use my car for my business. While I’m telling him this he’s yapping about being busy and walks away from me.Yes, you are a small business and you may be busy but it’s calls being polite, professional, and make appointments. Won’t be using him ever again.

Great shop with great service!

I was not impressed when I stopped by to make an appointment. I was ignored for several minutes and then dismissed when I asked about setting up an inspection. The guy said they were closing early for vacation and then walked away. He made no attempt to schedule me for later.

This is the second time Ive been there.They dont do everything and they are all business with no chitchat. That is unusual but also good in that they do what they do extremely well and they are quick.Their prices are very reasonable and their workmanship is excellent. I plan to visit again when I need something done.

Dropped the Honda off this morning for inspection and oil change. Best and most professional service. Rpm is the place to go.

Best place to get your family car worked on

I just had one of the worst and most humiliating experiences ever at this place. I am a struggling mother, and going through a very very difficult time. Either way, I am a very kind person with manners. I showed up around 9 am, this guy in particular was very rushed and told me rudely to come back at 11 and that he would do it for me. I left he didnt even give me any time to talk with him or let alone for him to say hi or how may I help you . Regardless I ignored this, and came back to this place of business anyway. I arrive a few minutes prior to the time he gave me. I pull in and again with out saying hi or ANYTHING he only says for me to take the key out again VERY RUDELY. I ignored this again. He looked at my car with his Co worker and within literally like five minutes he pulled around, already had a rejection sticker on it. Came in laid the paper on the counter, and told me how much it was. Didnt say thank you. Didnt give me any advive. Didnt go over any of the issues . Nothing treated me pretty much like I was garbage. I paid for the rejection sticker that I didnt even approve of....most places give you the option to either have a rejection sticker put on or to leave your old sticker on. Again no, discussion, no manners, no nothing. I came home in tears. My fiance felt bad and called this place to discuss how rude and insufficient they were and they did not apologize or try to work it out. He actually instead said that it didnt matter if they are rude or not . My car was rejected okay, sucks but I understand. But what I dont understand is people like that owning a public business and treating people the way they do. The worst experience I have ever had at any automotive repair shop. I was even recommemded by my co workers to come to this place. I dont know what the difference was between them and me, but I will never ever return to that place for anything.

I love these guys honesty and reasonable prices. I recommend taking your car here.
