After completing our research, we went to County for a quote. It was available before we left the showroom. Their saleperson walked with us to show us each appliance and, with IPad in hand, was able to call up comparative, price, and availability information right then and there. While they were generally as low, if jot lower, than other appliance places from which we received quotes, there were two appliances for which they were willing to lower their price to match the competition without question. When we returned to order the equipment, they established a delivery date for all the appliances except for two longer lead items and the delivery was done on schedule and seamlessly.

We had a great experience with our County sales rep, Craig. He took the time to answer our questions and show us what we were interested in.The delivery of our washer was in a timely manner and we recently learned that our dryer will arrive sooner than expected (it had been backordered). From the sales rep to the delivery people, weve been impressed by their professionalism.

Im a County TV & Appliance repeat customer. They had the model dishwasher I wanted in stock when no other stores in the area had it. Their prices and installation charges are on par with area appliance stores. Brandon processed my order in person efficiently and in a friendly manner. Anthony and his assistant installed my machine. He informed me when he was coming and was respectful of my property. He was efficient and double checked that the installation was done correctly. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Impossible to get through to talk to anyone after you order. No communication with sales and delivery. Do not communicate with you on delivery and install procedure. Guys show up unprepared, no protection for flooring. Scratched my floors removing my old refrigerator and asked me for a bucket and towels and something to put down on the floors. You deliver appliances shouldnt you come prepared and aware of what you are doing ? I was told through my carpenter that my delivery was on Tuesday and install on Wednesday. How do you know I have a place to keep the appliances until they come? Never asked. They just do what they want. Very unprofessional and a lack of communication all around. Sorry I bought all my appliances from here.

Excellent customer service from a picky customer. Weve bought several appliances here: fridges, ovens/range, dishwashers and always the service is exceptional as is the seamless delivery and removal of old appliance. Theyre very nice and responsive as well. The showroom is also excellent as they have most brands on display, including Wolf and Thermador, and other high end brands.

Of course everyone is rating 5 stars for their customer service, but always remember there’s people who’s in the basement that work as hard as the people on the front line. Unfortunately, the employees are treated very badly that are moving the appliances downstairs in the basement and I believe this company needs to work on the way they talk to individuals and not down talk their employees. I’m also aware this a family owned business and they like to play favoritism.

Lots of reviews here talk about the salespeople - and they are GREAT salespeople at County TV and Appliance - but this review is about the service. We had a big problem with our new GE Monogram refrigerator. It just kept breaking down and running far too warm to be safe to store food. The GE repairman tried to fix it 2 times and no deal. Then we talked to Lucas. He got us a REAL pro at this particular brand of fridge. Not only that, when our appointment was cancelled by GE and rescheduled a whole week later because the tech was running late, Lucas got on the phone and got us bumped up. So just one day later, the expert showed up, did his homework, found the problem.... and FIXED it! At last! And all thanks to Lucas. Lucas is a perfect example of great service. Thank you Lucas!!!

County was great! I ordered over the phone got immediate assistance and delivery within 3 days. Loved the free delivery but feel the installation cost for a microwave was excessive. Would certainly recommend, just hope the installation charge would be reduced.

Salesman was knowledgeable. When our brand new Blomberg dishwasher malfunctioned after less than 4 weeks of use, County TV and Appliance was very instrumental in coordination between the Blomberg warranty repair service supplied by the manufacturer and their own installation expert. County TV had to un-install the dishwasher before the repair could begin and re-install it after the repair work was completed. There was no charge for the second use of their installation team!

Even though initially disappointed with the delayed deliveries and a couple of items being being put on back order. My sales person was able to get the issue resolved and was able to make sure that our appliances got to us as soon as possible.Compared to big retailers, this is a great place to shop for your appliances. They offer a great variety, competitive pricing as well as in-depth knowledge about everything that they sell.

We have continued to use County over the years because they always have competitive prices and respond quickly if there is an issue. We just purchased a large freezer for the garage and the price was in line with the big warehouse stores (Lowes/Home Depot) while providing a far better retail experience and convenient delivery.

A+ experience from start to finish! I was given good advice on the washer/dryer combo that would fit in my space and a very competitive price. The installers came when expected and did a great job - and were also super nice guys. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience.

So disappointed.. bought a high end washing machine that had great reviews for being quiet and a great washer. It is so loud and vibrates at the end of each cycle that it shakes the laundry room floor and it is not on a second floor. Called the next day I first used it and told them and they set up a repair guy to come and I clarified the date and time 3 times, guy never showed! When I call County they said we dont send service on that day. Well after a week someone came and just said that it is the machine!! I dont want a brand new machine that was over a grand to be fixed either!! Anyone that comes over asks what is that loud noise, Just my brand new quiet washer! So now it is stopping in the middle of cycles!! Called again and have to wait for a service person yet again for a brand new machine! I would not even give one star if you did have to in order to write a review! Mind you this is the washer they highly recommended to me!

I brought a grill back in July of 2020. A Weber Summit 470... Great grill! The customer service at this place though is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They were amazingly attentive when I was about to drop 2 grand on a grill but as soon as the charge cleared, the experience went into the toilet. When the grill was delivered there were two pieces missing from the grill. The warming rack on the back and the drip tray that catches the grease and guides it into the grease tray... Two important parts. As well as a pizza stone that wasn’t brought with the delivery. I waited a few days to see if they’d contact me but no one did so I called. I was told that they’ll look into it and they’ll call me back next week... waited a week... No one called. So I called back and explained the situation again. I’m still missing things. I was told by a different person they’d look into it and they’ll call me next week... again no one called. I did this 4 more times with all different people telling me to wait a week and they’ll call me back... No one ever called me back! So now we’re in Sept 2020 I called and asked for the manager. He was very nice and apologetic and said he’d update me tomorrow. To his credit he did call me the next day and finally ordered my pizza stone. That came in the following week. But the parts for the grill were still not here. I called the end of Sept for an update. Talked to someone and they said... YOU GUESSED IT!!! I’ll look into it and give you a call next week!!!! So I wait a few weeks mostly because I had a new born and it wasn’t high on my priority list... So finally Oct 8 they called me and said they’re sending an install guy tomorrow to deliver my missing parts. Okay great! They guy shows up and pulls out the warming rack which is perfect and then pulls out the grease trap foils. It’s the wrong part. I need the grease tray that catches the grease and guides it to the grease trap! I’m tired. I’m frustrated. They obviously just want me to go away, but i just want what i paid for. I’m never using this place ever again. Hope this story helps other people.

Had a very good experience buying a stove. Good help, good service and loyalty to a repeat customer. My only small complaint is that many staff were not wearing masks during a pandemic; tough to wear all day but visits to HD and Lowes are not like that. Overall great experience and I recommend county to all buying appliances in this area.

We needed new appliances during the global pandemic of 2020 and a number of stores were closed and/or not allowing customers to come or customers not wanting to go into a store (I didnt want to go in). I managed to buy a fridge, over the range microwave, a washer and a dryer all via phone and e-mail! They were extremely responsive, sent me specs of what we were getting so we could see pictures and measure appropriately. When we were ready to order, it was quick and painless and delivery in less than a week! We had a wonderful experience!

In the midst of sheltering at home, the compressor in our 2-year-old LG fridge died. Hundreds of dollars of food lost. Repair could not be done for a week. I desperately needed a new dishwasher and decided to purchase it locally. I didnt have good experiences in the past with the big box stores and will definitely return to County TV for future appliance purchases. Due to the pandemic, they had limited stock, but I am still extremely pleased with my purchase of the LG Dishwasher. I received it a week later and it was installed immediately. They hauled away the old dishwasher too. Great job all around!

Ordered a Speed Clean gas dryer from Jason Pecora. Jason couldnt have done a better job organizing the prompt delivery and installation of the unit. Installer Anthony was excellent- going the extra mile to make sure the dryer was installed neatly and as safely as possible. Once again County TV is the must go place for all your appliance and electronic needs.

Continuing to have a terrible customer experience. Refrigerator delivered 17 days ago, ice maker didn’t work. Repair visit by GE a week later, did not fix the problem. Second repair visit arranged with GE for 8 days later, cancelled by GE the day before. Parts won’t be available for another week. Since it’s warranty service on a brand new item that never worked we have been going through County for expedited help with GE. No urgency, no ownership of the problem. Have previously replaced all of my appliances with County, no issue. Surprised this experience is so bad. Very disappointing.

County is THE place to go in Fairfield county for all of your appliance needs. They meet or exceed any price you can find anywhere, are extremely responsive with questions or concerns, and make sure you are completely satisfied. Unfortunately the service department (not County itself, but the ones they use), have a bit to be desired. I usually have my sales person escalate to them though and then they eventually get back to me.

Went to County TV & Appliance because I had to replace an in cabinet Microwave. Spent 3 unsuccessful days of searching on line for the one to fit in the cabinet. Cancelled my order from Home Depot because they said they could get my washer delivered earlier and at a better price. True on price, but as yet have not delivered. Missed first date entirely and said would be there 9:00AM next day. 10:34, still no sign of them. 2 calls so far, both said 1/2 hour away. stuck in traffic. They are lying...my office overlooks I95, there is no traffic.
