Like the merchandise offered, dont like how early they close!They are losing a lot of business from people who work and too much traffic to shop on Saturdays. SHOULD STAY OPEN TILL 9PM AT LEAST ON WED THUR & FRIs! Will have to go to Walmart instead :(

Manager Barry failed to do a simple customer service return. Company policy says items can be returned within 90 days. I Came in within 90 days with a receipt (seen people come in with no receipt and got a return done. Im here 62 days for a tower heater return, we didn’t use. Retail = customer service. If you dont like your job Mr Barry, you can get a desk job, maybe you’ll be more pleasant.

I’ve never had a good experience here. The bedding selection for a store with the word “bed” in it is a joke. Good luck trying to make a return. I was told the item wasn’t from the store even after showing my receipt.

Great store, hate the location. Parking garage is excellent- getting to it from southbound is brutal. The store is B, B & B, and is clean, and organized.

I like bed bath a lot. Can always find what I need. Bot a smokeless electric grill on sale with bed bath coupon for $50 + tax. Works great.

I think you can shop on amazon easily without much hassles! Very poor customer service. They don’t know where what things are, they kept me waiting for a simple bed lamp for minutes together saying somebody will come and help us out when nobody came. I recommend not going here at all. Realized why online shopping exists.

This is my favorite bed bath and beyond in terms of staff and organization! People are usually friendly and willing to help and it is always organized and clean. The parking can be tricky but worth it!

The staff at Ridgefield are the most helpful amazing people you could ever meet. I was buying new curtains and got such great help and nice price on great quality curtains. Moved down to clearance section again great sales help and amazing prices. Thank you Wendy you made my shopping trip a breeze.

The quality of the products are hit and miss. The selection is good and the return policy is very decent. I usually save the 20% off coupons that I receive in the mail in order to get completive pricing on my purchases. There is a very large parking lot in the shopping center so parking is never a problem.

Really like the store lots of good things but pricy

Tried to buy a Vacuum after we saw the price saying it was $139.99 ON the vacuum itself and once we tried to pay the price went up to $204.99 then we took them back to see the price on the vacuum and they said it was wrong and after saying that they wouldn’t respect the price that says ON IT they just walked away. I’m shock on the way this situation was handle it and disappointed on their level of customer service. Really bad.

I went to the baby registry and the woman was extremely helpful. She immediately printed out the wish list and showed me items and helped me pick out something that would be useful and have some longevity to it. It was one stop shopping because I also got the card there. Used my coupon on top of it, and saved $20, and left the store with a gift and a smile on my face

Friends were greeted for the length of time not seen n for the up coming holidays. Then I was directed to product n cash out which was 1 2 3 great service

I dont suggest outfitting an entire home here. But when it needs a little lift youll find it here. It seems to have a cult following. They make keys here. The coffee and teas are exceptional. I also like their beauty section.

I really love this store. It always has what Im looking for, and things I didnt even know I was looking for. Its getting harder to find a place that has a wide selection of merchandise, thats NOT the case here. Staff is helpful but not overbearing, which is huge. The only drawback is that its in Ridgeway shopping center, which I HATE. HOWEVER, you sneak in and out of the parking area if you use the Bedford st entrance, park on the right, then head out the same way.

The people in this Store always know the merchandise. The selection there is so huge that they better have well versed sales people. I love that place because of the selection and the knowledgable staff so you cant go wrong with that

I drove here from Greenwich to see the selection of baby items the baby section in buy buy baby is so small. Don’t waste your time. I truly hated the parking situation too

Good but not great value. Emergency sheets. Finally selling Nespresso compatible refills. Those 20% coupons really help, make sure you bring them with you... there’s no limit to how many you can use

Bed bath and beyond carries great products. That is what they have become depended on all these years. All of the items they sell are quality. Personally for me this store is dangerous because if I go in with a lot of money Im coming out with too much stuff lol!

Near downtown Stamford. Conveniently located in the Ridgeway Plaza along with Marshalls, Old Navy and other store. I shop here quite often.

Well merchandised store... tons of coupons sent to the home for discounts. Price is reasonable good & they will price match non internet / retail stores. Very reliable if you have a problem.

Incredible disappointment, now six time in the store, they dont have any stocks of the things I wanted ( jura a1 coffemachine, as an example) very nice employee but no way to buy anything i wanted, just take my money!!!!!!

Messy but still has a majority of items. Check your item before you purchase because they restock a lot of items. Good to find a lot of novelty gifts and stocking stuffers for the holiday season.

BB&B sold a very poor quality hose and power attachment and would not take it back due to their new return policy. I thought they stood by their products. I’m giving up my coupons and the store.

I must say overall it is a good experience but every summer I buy one to two outdoor umbrellas at BBB and every year within 4 to 6 weeks the spokes are broken I do not know why they do not sell a better product. At at least $100 to $120 they should !!!!!
