On 10/27/2021, we dropped off my wifes car due to a recall on oil piston rings to the Jeff Wyler service center. We didnt hear back from the dealership for the better part of two days (even though we were told we would be called the same day) flash forward to today.I received a phone call from the service center stating that Hayleys vehicle failed the test and that it would need an entire engine replacement (which is fine, we dont have to pay for it) but the tech proceeds to tell me that the dealership will not provide a rental or loaner vehicle. Speaking to serval mechanic friends, Ive been given a time frame of at least a month to get the Kia back due to my wifes being 15th in line for the engine replacement. I argued with the tech for a couple minutes before realizing there was no point.Ive now spoken to Kia corporate, and 3 different people at Jeff Wyler trying to get this situation resolved and still nothing. We are very dependent on BOTH of our vehicles which is why we bought 2 in the first place.

Brian Lannon help me when I stopped it to test drive a couple cars. He listened to my needs/wants. He did not pressureme or try to talk me into something just to sell a car. His focus was on getting me what I wanted. He answered all my questions. Brian stayed late to help me get everything finalized. The car I purchased had just been delivered to the lot. It did not have the 2nd key or floor mats. Brian told me he would have the keys and floor mats in 2 days. As promised he contacted me 2 days later and had the 2nd key and floor mats. 🙂

Just bought a beautiful new Forte at a great price here. I walked in, took a test drive, filled out some paperwork, and walked out with my new keys. If you have an Enterprise rental car they will come pick it up for you at the dealership so you dont have to wait. The whole process took just a couple of hours. The salesman and staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dealership lot is huge with many different vehicles to look at, the facilities are very clean, and they have some of the best prices Ive seen in the area.
