I just bought a 2016 Dodge Charger from there and had a great experience until we arrived at the final process right before signing (literally 5 minutes to finish our deal) where I saw the itemization of the transaction. I made an offer for the car at $20,000 to start and was never brought back a counter off. I also agreed to a $10,000 trade in for my 2011 Mustang. What they failed to tell me was I was being charged sticker price ($27,000) and to get to the agreed upon $20,000 was by trade in. I also agreed to $400 a month payment and ended up being sent off with a $488 a month payment. I more than voiced my concern and they wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and pretty much said I was wrong and not telling the truth. I asked to renegotiate the sticker price and the higher up over my salesman said I was untrustworthy and he wouldn’t renegotiate even though I made the 2 hour round trip 2 days in a row and put part of my down payment down to make sure the vehicle was saved for me. Not only that but during the paperwork process my salesman laughed at another customer buying a Tesla because they “fucked him on that sale”. Apparently he wanted it for a specific reason and he told us that he’s almost positive that function is nontransferable between owners! Right while I was sitting there buying a car from this man! That alone almost made me walk out and save myself and that poor man buying that Tesla some money. The only saving grace was when I got home I found a diamond in the cup holder and went and got it appraised today and it was worth enough to pay my new car off outright and then some if I would like to. So if you want terribly, sleezy service but the possibility of a free diamond to pay your vehicle off I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Greg was unlike your average car salesman. He was very patient, calm demeanor and pleasant to work with. The finance manager was also awesome. Explained everything in detail and was also great to talk to during the signing process. I would definitely buy here again.

I decided to purchase another vehicle after 24 years. I visited a few dealerships in town but had no real welcome of service feeling or interest in the vehicles available until my brother recommended I go to Landmark Ford. I visited Landmark Ford at Prairie Crossing and was met by Jeremy Lookis. I felt an immediate connection of trust and felt he understood what I was looking for. I purchased a vehicle that day! 😃 Jeremy, you rock and are the best! Thank you for making the entire process go smoothly, having the vehicle detailed and most of all for your kindness.

My sister was in the market for a “new to her” vehicle..a decision she was dreading for awhile..but she decided to make the jump..so she looked around a few local dealerships with no help or luck..but then a family member had recommended looking at Landmark Ford and asking for Jeremy Lookis since he had helped him last time in his car buying process. She was extremely glad she did.. Jeremy was able to find the car she had in mind.. then work out the details for making the purchase..never pressured or pushed, and was extremely polite and considerate. This review was left for anyone else in this same situation..just go in..say you read this review and want to talk to Jeremy..he will treat you the same.

I have a 2019 Fiat 500L. Started in November. The light came on stating to replace the tire pressure system. I took the Fiat to the service department was told they needed to order a part. Heard nothing for three weeks. I called on 12/15/2020 and took it in. They had to order more sensors. Took it back in January, They couldnt get the Tire pressure notification off the screen. Called the end of January with not return call.Called again 3/4/21 and was told I would get a call the next day. Still waiting. I called today and left a voice mail. Is this how you treat return customers!!!!!!! Did I get a lemon??????

I was in the market for a 3rd row SUV (used with decent mileage but affordable). This is a difficult feat as most people drive these full-sized Tahoes and Yukons into the dirt!I found a 12-year old model in very clean condition, but it needed a little TLC (which I knew going into the purchase). However, I didnt expect the rear drivers side door to be inoperable from the inside. This is something a multi-point inspection likely wouldnt have caught because they would have to get into the vehicle, shut the door, and realize they werent able to get out. It wasnt a child lock issue. It was a door mechanical issue. The guys at Landmark fixed it without hesitation. They knew this was a safety issue, and they were quick to handle my request.I have bought and sold probably 20 cars in my lifetime, and Ive dealt with a lot of different car salesmen and dealerships. This is the first time that about 6-7 different people helped me with a single transaction. Because of COVID-19, they were running on a skeleton crew, but I felt important and valued as a customer. The financing was completely transparent, and I would buy another vehicle from Landmark in the future.Bruce was such a caring, kind salesman and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Thanks, Landmark!

Paid 15000.00 for used truck with 100000 miles. Broke down first month. They eventually fixed it but were hard to deal with. Did 3100.00 fix to engine. Still breaks down every month. Have fixed more parts in this truck than any other vehicle Ive ever had put together. All high milage vehicles. Havent owned it a year and its broke down again. Do not do business here! They are selling scrap metal. Worthless!

Jeremy Lookis was great to work with. This is the second car we have bought from him at landmark. He listened to us, didnt try to sell us something we didnt want, and after a few test drives he found us the vehicle we didnt even know we needed. A sweet mini van! He is currently looking for the right truck for me. He will be the first person we go to from now on.

**BEWARE** we actually bought this car 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 and the experience was a total nightmare! I am sorry to say but this dealership is very shady and as consumers that work hard and do the research before buying a car we still almost had the wool pulled over our eyes! So we bought this car signed all the paperwork and had our first car payment due mid April and there was and still is an issue with the trunk as the button did not work and still has not been fixed. On the paper work they agreed to have this fixed, after 3 weeks the mechanics were unable to find what was wrong with the car? Are they not experienced? One Friday March 22 we went by the lot 3 times 10:30 1 and 2:30 and at either of those times NO ONE was working on our car!! On Wednesday March 27 I went in to speak to Rob and he advised me they had reversed the deal/sale. My husband told him on Monday March 25 if they could not fix the car they would have to take it back but nothing was confirmed or signed off on that this was the decision we were making. So when I spoke to Rob on Wednesday he said they had reversed the deal and paid the loan off. I said you didnt even have my husbands signature we already bought and owned this car and he said well they can not find out what is wrong with it. I said i think the problem is your tired of us complaining that after 3 weeks we dont have our car and we have already lost a month of insurance and have a car payment due here soon. I also stated I feel they didnt want to put anymore money in it to fix the car. And his exact response to me was i am not putting anymore money in this car as we are upside down in it Are you SERIOUS!! I stated well you have to fix the car he said they will they have to fly in an engineer to find out what is wrong with it, I asked when that would happen and he said I dont know. He said but we already sent the check off this morning via overnight (Wednesday 3/27/19) I was so upset because we wanted the car as that is why we purchased it and it came down to they were losing money so they were not standing behind fixing it and without our agreement took the car back. I called the bank on Thursday 3/28/19 and found out once again I was lied to by Landmark as they received the payoff on Tuesday 3/26/19 funny how i was just told the day before by Rob the sales Manager that they just mailed it Wednesday overnight. And to top it off they had the car relisted for sale by the weekend... really your gonna try and sell this to another person what hoping they dont notice the problems? That is just WRONG!! We have since bought another car from the Chevy dealer next door and the staff and experience was OUTSTANDING!! We also found out they were screwing us over on the interest rate. We were told by landmark they could not get us an interest rater lower than 5.25% however the car we just bought our interest is 3.6. Its called back door money they are making money behind the scenes while screwing over their customers. Please be aware when doing business with them, this is not the first time this has happened. While in the middle of this nightmare our Admin Sec advised they bought her daughter a car there and they had it for months same song and dance could not find out what was wrong with it and had to bring in an engineer. Finally after two months took the car to Cross to have it fixed, the ended up paying to months of her car payments but not before the Shop Manger had words on the sales floor mind you with the customer asking What do you want me to do with the car Gee I dont know fix it!!! This place is a joke!

Was in constant communication with sales about a Fiat 500 that I wanted for a commuter car. The deal seemed ok, and I asked repeatedly why the car was priced so low, with such limited miles. I was told that it was just hard to sell. LIES. They ran my credit, got me pre approved, and LET ME drive 120 miles, one way, to pick it up, WITHOUT telling me that they only had a blank key made for it by a locksmith. It was advertised with keyless entry. The sales manager, Zach, refused to spend the money to make keys for it, because he was losing money on it. It is now almost 9 pm, I’m still driving home from Springfield IL, and have to get up at 4:30 am to go to work tomorrow. No car, just a tank of gas and all afternoon and evening wasted. I even left work early to go get this car. I have all of the texts and pictures of the window sticker that was on their website, if anyone has any doubt about what I’m saying. This place is beyond shady. I’m disgusted with this experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service at this dealership sucks. My wife bought a new Arbarth there. The car was a lemon from the start, but worse than buying a new undependable car was the customer service. We will never purchase anything from them again, use any of their services, or recommend them to anyone.
