We upgraded our phones on Saturday and received excellent service and products. This location was busy but very well staffed. Our wait time was less than five minutes. Carter and Avery worked together for the sales and tech side of our transaction. They could not have been more professional, courteous, personable and competent. They were a great team. We were impressed.

All I can say is WOW! I dont usually leave reviews, but this one is worth taking the time to write. Everyone, EVERYONE was so polite & willing to help... ESPECIALLY MARGIE. She went over and beyond to help me. I went to the Kenwood location because I dropped my phone. They automatically told me I needed to pay $375 for a new one (this is the price WITH insurance) without even looking at it. I filed the claim online ready to pay it. I was instructed to take it to a store because it may be able to be repaired. It took a few days (parts had not arrived), but Margie was able to fix my phone for $30 & its just like new. I am so thankful. Way to go Tri County!

Let me start off by saying when I first went in, Amina ( I think thats her name) helped me and was absolutely wonderful! I loved her! I went to upgrade my Iphone 7 to an Iphone XS MAX. She got me an incredible deal with 0 down, 200 store credit and all I had to do was buy an accessory and she was going to give me that with a discount too! So I picked out the Gold Iphone XS MAX, the accessory, beats headphones and went up front to check out with her.So I said AWESOME! Lets do this and she is ringing everything up, goes to check out and it says $300.00 is due. She said let me go see whats up and she comes back a few minutes later saying the only reason your account could be like this is because of not in good standing. Have you missed any payments? I said 1 way back in the beginning. (Which is over a year ago) I said, Ive always been on time and if not, paid sooner than my auto pay date.She said give me your # and Ill contact you back and let you know what happened.So, I did so and I took her card. This was at about 20 minutes til 2 PM on Saturday October 27th, 2018. I went back home and waited. Nothing at all for 2 hours. So, I texted her asking what was up and responded. (The image in my review). I texted her back never no response, no call, no nothing.HOW EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I WAS! How can someone do that?! At least not have the respect to message me back and at least let me know what happened?!I WILL NEVER go here again and Sprint has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. If I could switch, I would but my boyfriend is still on Sprint.I will probably NEVER get a good deal like that again!

Never buy the Asfalis liquid screen protector. I put on my brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max and it has already aloud a scratch on my screen. It plainly says it does NOT cover any scratches. Well a screen protector that you put on will allow the protector to be scratched and you can remove. You can’t remove the liquid to get scratch removed obviously. Worst investment ever don’t waste money has phone little over a month and already scratched. Never had that problem before.

Theyve gotten better. Ive had problems with their customer service in the past but my last couple of visits were better. The only other issue I have is with the fact they are so busy all of the time. Im assuming because they are a service center... Not sure if they plan on ever moving to a bigger location but their customers would definitely benefit, if for no other reason than for additional parking!

I had a great experience at this location 12/21/2017, was very surprised at how fast the line moved. Worked mostly with Jordan (very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful) and two great young ladies ( I wont attempt to butcher the spelling of their names, one was Asian and the other African American, but both were very helpful.) Got a new phone for my nephew and some accessories. Over all great experience!!!!!!!!

I went in to get my screen repaired, and they fried my front camera and made the camera unusable. They told me it was the module, which is an easy fix, but instead it fried the ribbon connecting the camera to the rest of the phone. This fix would require me to send in my phone. I absolutely will not return to this store for another repair.

Its not really just the store, its apparently the whole freaking company. The customer servive agent on the phone was atrocious, and I had to deal with them all the time. They couldnt get my phone bill correct to save their lives, and they didnt care. I went over to T-Mobile and its a night and day difference, better service, cheaper, the bill is correct ALL the time, the service people at the stores are always great.

DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH SPRINT WITH ANY SALES PERSON AT THIS LOCATION . We were lied to from the very beginning, random “surcharges” just keep going up on my account . I’m up to 342$ a month FOR TWO PHONES . Lied about gift cards we would receive in the mail after our purchase . Nothing but a scam and a guy trying to make a sale . Oh and I drop calls on a daily basis because of no service . They definitely got me and I’m stuck in a contract for another year . Don’t make the same mistake !

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, just say you dont feel like replacing my phone screen! They gave me a weak excuse that it appears to have had water damage. My phone has never been dropped in water. Not sure why it matters as a S9 plus phone can be submerged in water anyway. Again just an excuse, they didnt FEEL LIKE replacing screen. Not sure why they bothered running a special like this.

One of the most excrutiating experiences Ive had in a long time. It took an hour and a half to get out of the store because they could not locate my device then they could not fix my problem and I had to call customer care while in the store in order to get it sorted out. this would have been bad enough on its own but on top of that they were blasting music the whole time so you couldnt hear a thing. I mentioned that I couldnt hear the Sprint representative on the phone because of the music and nothing was done later when I asked the second time it was the employee that was playing it from his phone, and he gave me a dirty look and turned it down without saying a word. Its a cell phone store not a bar, get it together sprint because after that I never want to go back.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Just called the store. The lady who answered the phone only said hello. Not that saying hello is bad however it did throw me off when I was expecting a thank you for calling Sprint. I hesitated and said, hello is this the sprint store? She said yes.... Im with a customer. I then said I understand, I was only wanting to know if you do screen repair at your location. My son dropped his phone and broke his screen. She said I dont know and HUNG UP ON ME. No.... can I put you on hold and check? Can I take your number and call back? Nothing... and just hung up. And how in world did she not know if they did screen repairs. All I needed was a yes or no! . Horrible customer service experience as first time ever calling my place. Horrible and rude.

This is the best sprint store in the Tri-State area!Hannah helped me around Black Friday, after I took a very bad deal from Target. She was honest about their plans and quickly compared the numbers, showing just how bad the deal was. It was painless, quick, and a wise decision to switch. They even let me come back nearly at closing to finish up!If you need to go to a Sprint store in the area, save yourself a headache and choose this location.

Came to this store because of the repair center but didnt have parts for my model phone, an darkskin African-American gentlemen seem like he didnt want to help me I had to approach him which is a no no in customer service, while at the computer he opened his mouth wide and yawn oh boy needed a mint and some chap stick! I do hope that he read this review and hopefully hell become approachable to the customer thats paying his paycheck

Just horrible. rudeness must be a company policy. all associates were extremely rude. they dont care about helping you unless your buying a phone or service. faulty products are always your fault. two week old note8 is unable to charge which is my fault. they will place it for 200 dollars for me with a smile. i will be going back with verizon very soon.

Very very rude behaviour by staff. I am writing this review right away standing outside the door. It was on new year eve and I reached this store at 4:50pm and they wanted to close by 5:00 pm.Before the woman wanted to lock the door I rushed in and explained that I was waiting here outside in my car talking with my friend after looking at the queue.She did not at least let me in and told me that she wanted to check with other person. Meanwhile I stepped inside and was standing near the door as It was 29F outside and too windy.Then another staff person came to me and shouting-we are closed go outside.I was telling that its ok I will leave I am just waiting for the other person to check what she can do.And then a guy walked toward me like if he is going to hit me and yelled at me- sir you have to leave I am not going to repeat it again by pointing finger outside.They dont even have the patience to listen what the customers are saying. first we are humans at least one should know how to respect others.When I asked for contact information of store manager and that guys name. He is shouting go and Google .Thanks for the idea, I did the same and it showed me a way to reach out to someone who can take care that it should not be repeated to any other person.

Terrible customer service. Called and set up an appointment, it wasnt set up. Once there, I was never told about the down payment needed for my insurance. Clearly upset that I have to pay the same as my car insurance deductible they just sat there dumbfounded like whats the big deal told the worker I am good and Ill just call Sprint direct he wouldnt give me my phone. So I took it from his hand and said thanks for nothing. No problem and dont snatch anything my hand when I expressed my displeased help and his unprofessional conduct he just kept saying just dont snatch anything from my handWhen I asked for a manager the technician just stood there the whole time like a little child telling the teacher. Just a joke of a company and THIS is a true Sprint store....i will not be back.

Went in to have my phone looked at because it was constantly powering down on 5-25-16... Waited way longer than expected considering I was the only one waiting! After the long wait the big tech guy wobbles to me and hands me my phone and said it must of got wet cause charge port had some dust so I blew it out! Really??? Didnt even make sense.. Never had a drop of water on my phone... He hands me the number to insurance to file a claim..Sounded to me like he didnt even want to really see what the problem was.. Ive been a sprint customer for awhile and that visit made me want to switch

Sat in the store for over 40 minutes waiting to get helped. Signed into the kiosk at the front, wasnt helped at all, as employees where walking around and picking customers at random to help next. Whats the point of a kiosk if you dont use it?Employees not helping guests at all in most situations, at one point 3 employees were helping a single customer chatting about everything but cellphones.Im unsure what Sprint pays their employees but its far to much.

Worst experience ever. My 4 month old phone is malfunctioning. I was told by another sprint store to go to a repair store and theyd get me fixed right up since it was NOTHING due to my fault. When I get to this location they just basically kept repeating to me at nauseam how they couldnt help me bc I have no insurance. Phone is still under warranty....problem had nothing to do w use and abuse but they cant help me. The phone is theirs, bc Im only renting it, but they cant help me. They were rude, offered no tips, no help. Just told me to mail it to Samsung and go without my only phone for god knows how long. The supposed manager Jordan was the worst. He did nothing to help, deescalate or make a customer w 3 lines happy. Rude, inefficient and unprofessional. Basically shrugged his shoulders and said ok when I said I should switch carriers. Dont go here if you expect resolution, satisfaction or respect.Update: I fought and got a new phone from sprint on my own. They said it couldnt be done!!

Theyre quick as molasses pouring on a subzero day. Even when youre the only person in the store, they still appear to busy themselves behind their glass wall. When you get your golden ticket approved you must sit on their marble benches (or is it Formica?)for 15 minutes minimum while they taunt you of committing small misdemeanors against them when they shuffle new customers in front of you in the same fashion. They know you wont commit such crimes as your phone lays in their fate. After, you wait on the verdict of no phone for an hour to hear that it still wont be resolved til the end of the week. You vow to yourself none of your seed will ever marry a Sprintarian and bolt from the establishment like they can feel the whoosh of air from your non-door-slam-because-its-on-delayed-hinge fury! #SprintBlowsButYouNeedYourPhone

I think theyre annoyed by their own jobs, and take it out on customers.Tried calling ahead from the other Sprint store, but they put their own other store on hold.Getting short with people, and rolling eyes wasnt part of the job description Im sure, but they deserve a bonus.They went in the back to check for a sim card, for a total of 30 seconds, and it seems like they looked everywhere for it, but couldnt find one. Then it was a chore for them to switch the activated phone back to the old one.Not to mention some associates had 2-3 customers, while others had none.If i had a quarter I heard Im just a host, Id have enough to pay for actual service.P.S. How does a phone store not have a sim card for my phone if they sell brand new phones of the same type?

Wouldnt even give them one star. Took me 3 hours to deem my phone needed to be sent to repair center while I waited with my 3 small children. Also this was my third Sprint store stop that day since my local store did not have a tec and kenwood did not have loaner phones. So it took me 5 hours for this whole process!!! Then when my replacement phone was shipped to the store....it is no where to be found. After several calls to the store, no manager available, and no returned calls I called Asurion. When calling asurion, the insurance co, they confirmed sprint signed for the package 5 days ago. After Asurion called the store they still could not locate the phone because they were behind on opening packages?!?!? Not sure why I am staying with Sprint, absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Made appointment for 3:30 still had to wait fifteen minutes past that. Rep called out individual who came in much later after I did. I spoke up and she tried to say two different lines one for tech and one for sales bullcrap what is the point of signing in. So needless to say she useless not helpful at all didn’t address my concerns kept saying my phone was working at that point. Lack of customer service very dissatisfied.

If I could give -100 stars for this store I would!! After being down once with a problem they send me 2 batteries which dont fix the problem (no water damage). Go back so they clean out my charger port and tell me that if that doesnt fix the problem there isnt any water damage so to bring it back and they will replace it. Well I get it home and its even worse than when I brought it in. I bring it back the very next day and they tell me there is water damage there is nothing they could do. I took it to another shop today who told me there is no water damage I will be seeing these guys in small claims court soon!

VERY SLOOOOOWWWWW service. Long wait times. Miscommunication among associates. Mis-diagnosis on my device causing me to pay for an insurance replacement when it was a manufacture error...Took another phone in for diagnosis twice in one week.. never got a call back.. had to call them to find out they changed my phone out with another.. NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME (i gave them an alternate number)... now im sitting on hold AGAIN....4 minutes in... smh...Not to mention all of the other time consuming encounters ive had at this store... and the outrageous charges and rates...I left T-MOBILE for THIS?.... apparently they are both playing for the same team... ugh..cant wait to leave Sprint...

Only one person other than myself is authorized to make changes on my account. However, this store allowed someone other than myself or the other person to make purchases and apply the price to bill. They did not ask for ID, security PIN or passphrase answer. This store is the worst!
