Of course, I had to wait for other customers to be helped but that is usual. I thought if they take time to help others I will be treated with the same care. And I was so right. Chad was able to guide me to what I needed. And he was fun to talk to. I hope everyone could be so pleasant. But, I am very nice so I usually get treated politely. 😉

Anyway, I had great knowledgeable staff helping me with an old phone that made everything a challenge. They fixed me up and without making me feel like I hadn’t been in a phone store in 15 years. Spoke to the sweetest woman today who helped me upgrade my iPhone 8 to a 12. She was VERY helpful and I appreciated her time helping my mom and I. I wish I could remember her name, but I definitely recommend her and that store! ❤️

Logan was great. My old phone was taking a very long time to transfer data and I was anxious to get back to my kids (middle school age). I left my phone with Logan and he kept me in the loop via email until I returned upon the completion of the download. Great experience.

Christy met me at the door, and took me to her desk while chatting with me to make me feel comfortable. She not only eliminated all my anxiety by replacing my defective SIM Card....but she also cut my monthly service bill in half with a new plan. I Iiked the service I received from her today!

I purchased a new phone yesterday. The two young men that assisted me were very helpful and thorough! The first gentleman that helped me got everything started and made me aware that switching over and saving my data would take about an hour so I was more than welcome to go run an errand. So I left snd came back. The next gentleman that waited on me picked up right where he left off and didn’t miss a beat!! Excellent customer service from these guys!! Definitely will come back to Russell Cellular and will recommend!!

Very helpful and got me set up with a new phone in short Time. Helped me take advantage of a couple of promotions to maximize my devices. The agent offered several protection accessories based on my obvious need. I walked out with a Fully protected phone and a great deal in an iPad.

Been waiting here for an hour for help from an employee. Three other people are also waiting. One of the associates “helping” a couple has been wasting time chatting about random conversations. Inconsiderate to those of us waiting for help. Not very happy as it is with Verizon. This makes it worse. Poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No response to repeated calls and emails. Hours of my time on two visits wasted and my bill is still incorrect. Im sure the employees pay is based on new sales and so once you are locked in they could care less. I have spent over 8 hours there on two visits with no help. Ensured it was correct but couldnt get any documentation because it would take a few days. Oh, and dont worry theyll call to let you know its done.No such call received.correctedd. Feels like they are scammers. Advertise one price, charge another and you cant get it corrected. If I could rate less than 1 I would.

Not satisfied. Needed help with home screen and apps after an update or a possible virus. First employee gave up quickly because she didnt know how to work an Android. Second employee also unable to get my home screen settings restored as I had them. Should have been a simple fix for the experts. Very unsatisfied. Left without problem remedied. One star required not voluntarily given.

I’ve been to this store before and had a good experience. So we went back when I wanted to add a line to our family plan. Before we went we called to ask what all the fees were. We were told only a $40 activation fee nothing else. So we went in. The whole time the sales associate tried to upsell us on plans and phones we didn’t want. We just wanted to use our current phone we already owned outright. Once we finished up the transaction we were told a $40 activation fee would show up on our bill and we owed $25 fee there in store. Which was never mentioned to us on the phone earlier or before the transaction even started. We were so upset that we were lied to we asked to talk to the manager and instead he just went to talk to her and came back telling us if we would of bought something that fee would of been waived but since we didn’t we had to pay it. When we asked what it was for we were told to make sure we left all set up and ready to go with no issues. So we paid the fee not happy. Then our sales associate swapped out the SIM cards and told us we were good to go. Which we found out later we weren’t. We then spent the next 4 hours trying to figure it out on our own. Once we finally got it figured out we got a text message from Verizon saying welcome. So when I called back the store to complain and ask for my money back on a service that I didn’t successfully receive I was told by multiple managers it’s a nonrefundable fee and they couldn’t do anything for me. They didn’t want to hear my complaints and just kept telling me everything was my fault. I was so frustrated I will never go back to this store. Don’t waste your energy and money at this store.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited for 45 minutes for a “curbside pickup” but had to go in because they had no curbside pickup. After standing there for 45 minutes they told me they didn’t have the phone that I ordered and paid for. Then they said they actually did have it...but it was for someone that ordered it...when I asked if I was not a customer that “ordered it” they said yes but it didn’t matter. Had receipt in hand for item. Refused to give it to me. The even called “Russell Cellular Corporate” (which I imagine is located in the basement of a used car lot somewhere) and they couldn’t help. This is NOT an official Verizon store...do not order anything here. It is basically like buying a phone from the trunk of someone’s car. Verizon is not authorized to deal or speak with them.

The rep here just told us what we wanted to hear to get our business. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it fixed and we are still working on it.

Really bad experience with this location. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I walked around for more than 10 minutes and still no one even asked if I needed help so I just left and went to the store in Fayetteville to purchase my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Logan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in assisting me in making my decision on a new IPhone. I would ask for him again if I return to the store for any reason.

This place is absolutely terrible.They charged my card for more than they were supposed to. Then after I payed and had my phones set up I had to come back on my night off to fix an issue they caused when setting up the account. Every time I’ve come in it’s taken an excessive amount of time. The worker who helped me the first and third time was nice his name is Ethan. I don’t like to give bad reviews and I don’t blame him but my experience at this location wasn’t great.

The gentleman I dealt with at Russell cellular was helpful and informative.

Poor customer service, went there because I had questions about my bill and the person on charge didnt bother to explain us better and just suggested us to call directly to Verizon. Didnt know his name but it was something like Kendim or Kendrick.

The process was very simple, and they handled any problems that arose.

If your looking for people who know nothing about plans, or customer service this is the place to go. They explained everything all wrong misquoted prices, made you think things were what they werent. All in all they made my Verizon bill increase by $180 when they said itd stay the same. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store in Rogers or Fayetteville, not Russell Verizon. They arent versed in actual Verizon dealings, they are the shady side of the bussiness, like a used car salesmen that says anything to get the commission.

Christy is excellent! We ordered a phone on the My Verizon app and chose in store pickup. We called the store and Christy had everything processed on her end and had the phone ready to be picked up in just a few minutes.

They wont answer the phone have called several times. Answering machine said to leave a voicemail and the mailbox was full. How is anyone supposed to get answers if no one answers.

This location was closed, but finally back up and running. Went in, and spoke with Haley, to open up a second line. She was great! Super nice, knowledgeable, and helped me get what I needed and more.

Jake helped with finding a case for my phone, it was quick and painless.

Slow service. Employee not helpful. Brought out items for what I was going to purchase that did not fit. ended up not purchasing anything. Tried to sell me other items and argued with my spouse. Tried to force us to get mobile protection plan when its not needed. Said its mandatory when it isnt.
