Customer service seemed great when I first called. They didn’t have the tools to fix the phone so he said he would call the other store, which have different tools, to see where I could take it. Unfortunately, he never called back. I tried calling another store, got a voicemail machine, left a message but no one returned my call. I wouldn’t try this place again.

Great place to take your electronics. My iPad disabled itself and we took it there and unlocked it and charged us $13. Employees were awesome to work with.

Pedro did an awesome job fixing my phone screen and camera. He was super nice and also gave me some advice on my broken camera screen. Setting up an appointment online was easy and convenient. Today was my second visit to this location and again, I received outstanding service. Pedro was friendly, professional and efficient. I went in to sell back my old iPhone because I just upgraded. Pedro checked the phone and paid me a fair price in just a few minutes. While I was there, I asked if he could get a couple of little bubbles out of the screen protector I had just installed on my new phone (because it was making my OCD twitch). He vanished into the back room with it and within moments, he brought it back bubble-free -- no charge. Greatly appreciate Pedro and CPR-Springdale. My I phone shut down for no reason Sunday afternoon. I went to AT&T store -- Do I want a new phone? -- like is this a disposable one?? -- the company that Sells you a Phone will Not Repair your phone/their product!my husband had previously gone to CPR for his phone problem. I went there. Pedro said it would be a few hours. It was, he changed the battery, changed it back to my battery and worked! He couldnt explain it, but the point is -- It Worked Perfectly! He was Professional, Polite and didnt cost me a ton of $$. -- This store is Not located near the ATT/Verizon Stores. So, i know theres not a kick back from one to the other. It makes me leary of doing business with a phone fix it store next door to a Phone Store! GO TO CPR!!

I cracked the screen on my samsung note 10. I got it replaced here. They had to order the screen and it came in three days, very fast shipping. My boss also needed his screen replaced and we dropped them off at the same time. In an hour he was done. My bosses cracked screen just ended up being the screen protector and even though he could have still charged him, he told him it was just the screen protector. I had to call a few times and whoever answered the phone solved my question immediately. Very honest, professional, and educated. I will recommend them and if I have other tech issues I wont go anywhere else.

Came in today to get my screen replaced. Had a sleeping baby and they got it done in 15 minutes! I was blown away. I highly recommend you coming here for a screen replacement. Phenomenal and quick service! (Also, I’ll add that Best Buy recommended them too.)

Absolutely fantastic I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Charger port for my iPhone wasn’t working. The guy took it in the back and cleaned and it fixed and it and said it was a simple fix and never charged me a dollar. Hell of a phone repair store. Honest fellas tried to give them money and wouldn’t take it. I wish I could put 10 stars instead of 5.

My phone would not charge using the lightning cable. I contacted CPR in Springdale. They told me to bring it in so they could have a look at it. All it needed was the charging port cleaned. They could have said it was bad and needed replacing at $65. Instead, he cleaned the port and didn’t charge me. I will take all my phone repair to them from now on. Very friendly and courteous.

Super fast battery replacement. Explained what he was doing every step of the way. My phone has a glass back. Everyone else said there was a possibility it would break when removing and that would be on me. Matt said if it broke, he would make it good. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

My phone would literally not stop vibrating. I was told it was something they had never seen before, but they offered to take out the vibration motor for me. In less than 15 minutes they had my phone back to working condition and did not charge me a dime. Great customer service at this location! Ok Folks. I have a kid who drowns, cracks screens, and otherwise damages iPads very, very frequently. I am in CPR almost every week. The “water treatment” service is great for devices that end up going for unexpected swims... Screen replacement is fast and guaranteed. We usually work with Pedro. He is great. He keeps us updated on repair times, and he’s able to tell us when it isn’t worth it to repair a device. We trust these folks (especially Pedro at the Springdale location). We bring all our apple phones and iPads for repair here. Battery replacements and screens are easy stuff—but Pedro has also replaced and repaired sound card connections, headphone and charging port problems... Amazing, honest, and quality service.

Checked out my phone, diagnosed something was wrong with the mother board. Dylan (sp?) was awesome. He walked me through a couple options, and even recommended that I contact my provider before making a decision. Result is that a new phone (free of charge) is in the mail from my provider - CPR is a throw back to when businesses cared about their clients for sure!

My iPhone had a cracked screen and the head phone jack was not working correctly. I took it to CPR and literally within a few minutes they had replaced both. My iPhone is working great! I also purchased an iPhone charger.After that experience, I have recommended CPR to family and friends. I think it is the best cell phone repair business in NW Arkansas.

Amazing experience! I bought a New Nintendo 3DS XL off of eBay and the screws were stripped beyond belief. After unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller, I brought my device here. These guys are cool. My phone got real wet last night and I had to put it in rice and a rice piece got stuck in my auxiliary port. They took 10 minutes to clear the port of the rice piece that got stuck in the port and did not charge me anything for their labor.I would recommend them to anyone because they know the value of their labor and time

Extremely pleased with this place! I had a battery in my iphone that wouldnt hold its charge and they had it replaced in like an hour and a half. Been about a month since getting the new battery and its working like a brand new phone! I probably bought myself another 2 years with this phone, which is great because we all know how expensive it is to get a new smartphone! Best $50 Ive spent in a while!In addition to that my husbands charge port wouldnt stay connected to the charger. I told him to take it to CPR! Monday I found my old 6s with a busted screen walked in after work and same guy says he can repair it in 30 to 40 minutes, he does it 20 minutes. Are you freaking kidding me. I actually brought in a broken Wii U gamepad which had a shattered screen. They gladly accepted it. They ordered the piece and replaced it, looked good as new. Price was about what I expected. When we got back home, we discovered one of the buttons wasnt working. I called them up and they said bring it on back. They ordered another part and fixed the button and didnt charge me for the part or the labor. He said it himself, I stand by my work. Exceptional service and quality and happy to do the work. These are my new goto guys for any device issues.
