Honestly excellent service all the way around. Customer service in the store was top notch and calling in is amazing. Its nice to actually talk to a customer service rep over the phone that can help you with out betting transferred numerous times (and the 2 hour calls like ATT). Ask for Stephanie!

Great service and I really appreciate the competence of the employees here! Talking to them is easier than dealing with T-Mobile reps over the phone, which is usually a hit or a miss. Parking isnt great, but thats not their fault, so I dont understand why people are docking stars for something the employees cant control.

The customer service is by far the best Ive experienced. Unlike other phone companies, where they act like zombies or in need of a Red Bull. T-Mobile is never like that. Always up with a smile and great attitude. My only concern is parking, but that shouldnt be the reason to remove stars. Employees have no control of that. Overall, its the best place to either get a phone, pay a bill, or have a conversation.

Awesome customer service! They won’t lie to you in order to make a sale, they are very honest and knowledgeable people! After I activated my service they called me just to check up. :)

Hands down best T-mobile in Nwa! All the reps are super nice and know what there doing unlike the fayetteville stores. They also dont add features to your account if you dont want them like the fayetteville stores.

Finally talked to a supervisor who was able to give me much needed answers. I have talked with tons of people who were unable to figure things out.

After being a customer for15+ years i am tired of T-Mobile handling of issues. Their billing practices are intentionally set to overcharge the customer.
