They offer device repair at competitive prices. Their glass screen protectors for cell phones is for life of the device. If your screen protector breaks. Take it to the store and they will replace it with a new one at no additional cost.

Bought a Galaxy S10+ here a few weeks ago. I thought it had issues but Blake suggested it might be my carrier. (Straight Talk) I switched it to T-Mobile and now its great! Phone looks new and works like new and is much cheaper than new. I would definitely buy from HG Cellular again. I am very pleased.

I responded to this business from an ad placed on facebook marketplace. I was in search of a new playstation 4 which is currently unavailable anywhere from retailers due to covid/computer chip shortages. The ad stated one was for sale and they were very quick to respond and was willing to hold the only one they had for me as I lived over an hour away and a half. When I arrived, a customer was leaving. I found out the customer who left had also come in to buy a ps4. They only had 1 and I was very close to the deadline that we agreed it would be held for. Some businesses would have sold the system to the walk in customer, which is some cases is understandable, but they were true to their word and held it for me with less than 30 minutes left of the agreed time frame for holding the console. I got a near impossible to find new console still sealed in box that has worked flawlessly. I am grateful for their professionalism and staying true to their word.

Went in to buy an xbox with their financing that says no credit needed just to find out they do go through credit and wanted to charge me over $1000.00 it was all a lie no approval and still no xbox . Dont shop there they are not truthfull.

Great shopping experience with HG Cellular. Blake was extremely knowledgable about different phones, options, and features. I saved a HUGE bundle on a Samsung Galaxy S9. They had an impressive selection available, but I was already set on the S9. I also saved a ton getting some quality fast charger blocks - the real deal not the knock off Amazon blocks that dont even fast charge. I couldnt even find the real deal online, much less at the price HG had them at. Will shop here again.

Been working with Hood’s Goods for several years now and have always been impressed. The team goes above and beyond. Always quick to respond when I message them and their customer service is top notch. This is the only place I will buy a used MacBook. They also have phones and other electronics!

Typically, MacBook computer chargers are outrageously expensive (usually $100), and I was able to get a brand new original apple charger for $60. Blake was awesome and very fast at finding one that would work with the model that I had as well. Cant beat these prices. They also have phones, computers and smart watches for sale!

Way to high for what they have

Just went in to get a new Iphone and I was very rushed by the cashier and she didnt even show me the phone before taking my money and was very hostile with me, and once she handed me the phone there was a large Crack on the screen and she told me it was a scratch hen it was very evidently a crack and then got her manager when I asked for a refund and he tried to sell me broken Iphone Xs without facial recognition and was very persistent in trying to sell me these broken devices even after I said no the first time. I am very unhappy and will promote the fact that it is a terrible operation that they have with awful customer service and product. there isnt and option for 0 stars but thats what I would rate it.
