I have great difficulty sleeping due to extensive back pain. I did my homework on your site. We got there early and delt with the store Manager. He explained my options and I purchased a bed latter that day. I will update this review after I get.my new bed.

Ashley was a wonderful host to us during our private consultation; she ensured everything was cleaned appropriately and her professional knowledge was exemplary.We had a couple follow-up communications with Daniel, the Manager, before placing our order -- he made sure we obtained every possible discount and consideration...again, extremely professional team and instilled great trust and confidence in our purchase.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was a busy Labor Day weekend sale, they gave us as much time as we needed to try out the beds without feeling rushed. Then once our order was in, we changed our minds about something and they gladly made the changes for us. They really made us feel like insiders.

Katelyn was magnificent and sold us a sleep number bed that came with Super Good pillows. Ya!! I liked everything about the sleep number.Go visit their store on Santa Rosa Avenue. If you want a brilliant nights sleep.

Giving 2 stars due to the length of time and lack of full communication. Paid $5100 for a mattress and adjustable frame. Once selected it took about 1.5 hours to get the order processed. Was never told that the mattress was made to order, 2 weeks before its delivered. For the price of the bed delivery should be free.

We were treated very special by our sales person Helen. At least thats how she made us feel! She answered all our questions and allowed us to take the brochure home to review all options and sleep on it. No pressure! We ended up purchasing the i10 with the adjustable base. Awaiting delivery...but the experience so far couldnt have been any better.

I already have one sleep number bed so I didnt need to be sold on the concept. The old bed is being moved to a vacation cabin and the new models offer many new options, so I had a lot to learn and a lot of decisions to be made. It took three visits for me to decide and everyone was so helpful and patient with me. It is a major cost items and I was so pleased that there was never one moment of pressure. The Sleep Number bed is awesome and the Santa Rosa store is the best.

Going in, we had already decided we were buying a bed. We knew going in that it was going to be a major purchase. I was surprised that the focus was on what we needed, and not the most expensive mattress.

I specifically asked for a mailing to our office, they said it was done. It was not and it took me 20 minutes on the phone to correct. Not impressed.
