Was also very flexible, adapting to our needs and preferences as they developed and exploring possible savings when possible. And we had a good conversation with him— we are new to Santa Rosa and he also gave us some helpful information about the region.

They had a good selection and fair prices. The sales people were great and so were the people that delivered it. They were out of some stuff (like every where else right now) but they went the extra mile to get it to me as fast as they could.

Life-changer!Miguel helped me find my perfect mattress--for my back and my wallet! It was my first time buying a decent mattress, and the store had so many impressive mattresses, I didnt know where to start! Luckily, Miguel guided me right to exactly what I needed! He offered so much great info and was so friendly and easy to talk to. Im always wary of salespeople, but I knew every second that Miguel and Luke had my back!I desperately needed a new mattress (i bought mine for $100 off Amazon like 5 years ago) and was gonna just use an online service, but kept putting it off for fear of the hassle of returning something I didnt like or settling for something that wasnt perfect. Instead, I got exactly what I needed and more! Cant get a good adjustable base and massager for under $2000 online!Thank you so much! Went in looking for mattress because id heard about the free base with mattress and i needed something new. Wanted something firm. was show some. found one that looked good at a good price. seller said it would be like this one but it needed to be delivered. cool got the bed and it was fine but after a month both sides felt like they were sinking when you sit to get up or get into bed. Went in and said they couldnt do anything. call warranty. Did the process but they said they dont do those warranties themselves actually go somewhere else. they never responded. got a big discount on the mattress but that allowed them to charge me for the base which ended up costing more than the mattress probably because it was their in house brand. still no response from anyone but maybe my credit card will respond. and their 120 sleep night doesnt apply to it either. nothing does. nothing is said either.EDIT: They fixed my issues and helped me get better mattress a t a pretty good deal. The man who sold it to us got that the insurance wasnt being helpful and helped us in store. Very plush and i am sleeping better and they got it here fast.

I liked the sales people, they were really friendly. I purchased a platform bed for our mattress we currently have. We set it up for delivery the following day, the window for this delivery was a two hour window. An automated phone call stated they were 10 minutes away and they showed up on time. We disassembled our bed, got rid of the metal bed frame and moved everything out of the bedroom.Well, when they unboxed the product it was damaged and I have to wait for two days to get another one. So my bed sits now on the floor awaiting its platform.I am a little bummed 🙁

Tina was so gracious, knowledgeable and patient. If the particular mattress didnt arrive on time, we had Plan B in place already.Ill definitely come back to Mattress Firm.

While my delivery experience left something to be desired, it was MattressFirms manager, John, that made this a fantastic experience.From the start, he made purchasing a bed simple, affordable, and painless while maintaining a low pressure environment.When there were delivery issues, he followed up with me multiple times and moved mountains to make my ambitious delivery window.If it wasnt for John, I would given this review only 1-star based on my delivery experience of waiting all day with multiple delays before having the delivery canceled at night. While this was an unforeseeable accident, I was leaving town and had a limited delivery window.I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service I received from John. While he was juggling multiple customers and issues, he always made me feel like my satisfaction was his priority.
