Had a great experience getting a new mattress. We had done our research and had a good idea of what we wanted. The salesperson we worked with pulled several mattress in the price range we mentioned and we found the one we wanted pretty quickly. No pressure, just in and out with purchase completed and free delivery scheduled within 30 minutes.

Kathy was so knowledgeable. Great customer service and took she her time helping me find the right bed. Bought it on a Tuesday and it is scheduled for delivery Thursday. I will recommend this store to friends.

We bought mattresses for our rebuild and I cant say enough about the quality of customer service I received from Mattress Firm. The company stored our purchases for a few months until we were ready to accept installation. Our sales rep, Cathy, kept me informed and handled a few little hiccups with good humor and efficiency. On her day off, she passed off my info to Tina so that if a problem came up, I would have a resource. Sure enough, a problem came up and Tina handled it expertly. Lastly, the delivery guys were great and showed up when promised.

Bettina was very helpful and friendly. The selection process was easy and very informative. Im very pleased that my delivery is happening quickly. I look forward to sleeping on a new mattress this weekend.

Two weeks ago, I visited the Mattress Firm store on Guerneville Rd, Santa Rosa CA. I needed to buy a nice quality mattress while also keeping a budget in mind. Tina, the associate who assisted me, was just fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She asked me all the right questions, then helped pair me with the best choice for me. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me on “the latest model” or top of the line bed. She knew my budget and knew what kind of bed I was looking for. She also knew I had to have this bed ASAP on a specific date as this bed is for my husband who is serving in the Navy. I had my 6 month old with me too, and she made me feel welcome and at ease. Tina was great! She allowed me to try each variety of mattress, presenting me with the features of each without any bias. This allowed me to consider my needs without feeling any pressure toward any particular one. My complete bed and base is scheduled for delivery tomorrow (I purchased the bed today). I believe the bed I chose will greatly improve my sleep and health.

This is about the sales associate, not so much the experience with my bed I purchased since I am still waiting for it to be delivered in a few days. After having a two day nightmare experience with Mattress Firms online service, Lou at the Santa Rosa store quickly assisted me in replacing the mattress that never arrived. He carefully helped me find an in stock mattress very similar to my ordered mattress at a lesser cost and arranged next day delivery. I would tell anyone who needs a mattress to shop in the store and avoid the on line service at all costs. I thought a on line order would be easier than going to the store--boy was I wrong!! I have tried researching and purchasing 2 top quality mattresses on my own. Both mattresses were King size at about 2K in cost. Neither one worked. My wife and I went to mattress firm after being ignored at Macy’s during their Sealy mattress sale. Nobody was shopping but us and there were no associates to help. When we asked for help we were told to just go look for someone so we left. Mattress Firm was across the street so we went there.As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very friendly and personable associate who actually took the time to ask questions and understand our needs. She took us through a navigated course of different types of mattresses explaining the differences as we tried them. She never rushed us nor did she ever push us for the sell. We decided on a tempur pedic as it was the only mattress that we had no pain in any of our pressure points. Had we not been taken through the course of mattresses in the manner done with the explanation’s given we would have been lost and would not have purchased the correct mattress for our needs.We are very happy with our purchase and very happy with Mattress Firm. Further, the customer service was amazing. The store manager was extremely accommodating as well and made our concerns about purchasing go away. Bought a Serta Sandberg Firm for my daughter, she loves it, when it arrived it was a little firmer than in the store, but of course cause its brand new, and in the store all kinds of people have already layed on those beds to try them, so that understandable. But my daughter says her new bed is completely comfortable, she totally loves it, has enough firmness, but with a small amount of plush, for comfort, so its not all squishy. Plus she loves it that she got a free adjustable base with it.

Went in with my warranty paperwork thinking it was going to be a hastle but it couldnt have been easier! Salesman showed me three comparable mattresses and after laying on all three, I chose the pillow top! Never liked them before but this was much firmer than what I tried in the past. The whole process probably took less than15 minutes. Thanks for making it so easy for me!UPDATE!!!!Although my above note was positive, it is HORRIBLE now. I feel my mattress I received was defective, And its EXTREMELY SOFT, unlike the mattress I tried in the store. I have a bad back and chose the pillow top due to the showroom being firm. We had already decided on the brands we wanted to test.We tried both the hybrid Purple 2, 3, & 4, and 2 of the Tempur-pedic mattresses.The purple 3 split king was our final choice. We also couldnt beat the Mattress Firm -$0- (zero) interest financing.Our mattress system was in stock and per our availability will be delivered and set up in a few days. We went to the store on Guerneville Road today. We knew we wanted a new queen size bed, but not a particular brand. Our sales Associate Danelia Iodence was very gracious and knowledgeable. She allowed us to take our time and try many mattresses. We chose a Tempur-Ergo and adjustable base. We were very surprised to learn next day delivery was available. Our experience at the store could not have been better. We hope delivery and installation follow with the same excellent standard.

My wife and I just bought a much needed new bed and went to this Mattress Firm as it was the closest one to our house and we couldn’t have had a more amazing experience. If you need a new bed, you HAVE to go see my man Lou, the store manager. Along with his helper Addie, they sold us our bed. They both provided exceptional customer service, and did not try to pressure us to buy the most expensive top of the line bed in the store as most salesmen try to do. Lou taught us a few tips in what to look for and let us do our thing shopping around his store and then would check in every once in awhile which couldn’t have been more perfect service in my opinion. If myself, friends or family ever need a mattress again, we won’t be going anywhere but here.

I stop by last week to ask for a return, The lady who help me told me that there are no returns in the electric bases, I told her that the salesman must honor what he told us. She asked me to return when the salesman be im the store. I stop by today, the salesman was there, I explain him about my concerns and that I need to return the base, he start with a I DONT REMEMBER YOU, I DESCRIBE HIM THE WHOLE PURCHASE SCENE, REPEAT HIM WHAT HE SAID, AFTER ARGUING SOME.TIME, THE ANSWER I HAVE WAS (NOW COMPLETELY AGRESSIVE), I WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE STORE, YOU CANNOT COME HERE AND TELL ME I SAID LIES IN 5 YEARS THIS WAS THE SIXTH MATRESS I HAD BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR PERSONAL AND CORPORATE HOUSES IT WAS THE LAST ONE.
