Nathan was very knowledgeable about all the different types of beds. He didn’t hard-sell anything and allowed us time to think about it. Because of his service and the 120 night guarantee, we bought our bed from Mattress Firm.

I went in looking for a RV short queen mattress. Rene was very helpful. She said they didnt carry any in store but would check the internet for me. She located the mattress I was inquiring about and found they had one in their whse. This was on Wednesday and she was able to get the mattress for me by Friday!

We purchased two beds Purple and a Sealy they are both comfortable and just awesome! More importantly the Staff was great and friendly and without pressure, they listened and took there time in helping us select what we were looking for. The Salesman, Mr. Cruz was very knowledgeable in the beds performance and getting us the best deals. The Manager Renee was also very helpful and so nice and helpful too! It was differently a good and happy experience.

The customer service at this store is great.I originally bought a mattress with the works at the fair (****DO NOT PURCHASE ANY LARGE ITEMS AT EVENTS/FAIRS/ETC, UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE*****).... Long story short we had issues with a defective base and a mattress that should not have left the wearhouse. The sales guy didnt returned my text messages or phone calls, until his bosses boss got involved.I went into the store to get help. Between emails and phone calls to the sales person and above, we finally resolved our issue... returned the whole order and made a new order through the store (so they would get the credit).Miguel and Rene were a lot of help. It was time to get a new bed, our previous one is nice but too soft for us (especially after 10 years). We went back to the same store we first purchased from and were not disappointed! Luke and Cristian helped us to find the perfect mattress and adjustable base option. Both guys were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on the store product, extremely happy with the purchase and the customer service. I even called the next day to ask about the bed frame feet (we have hardwoods and I forgot to think about protectors) and Cristian was quick to check and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

I bought a a twin box spring and a twin bed frame over the phone. My customer service rep was really nice helpful and knowledgeable so that was definitely a positive. One of the negatives is that they charge too much for their box spring I think they wanted $150 bucks for it which is crazy for a twin. Also they didnt have what I needed in stock and the other negative is that they cant deliver it for a week. The process was easy and straightforward it was a little overpriced but good customer service. Ill let you know if anything happens wrong with the delivery but I dont anticipate it. 😊

She took an extraordinary amount of time to work with me to find the perfect fit mattress, all the while making time to make the experience fun and engaging for my seven year old. She even taught my daughter how to slingshot the purple mattress samples! I really appreciated her willingness to fully engage with every question while also giving me the space to experiment and explore. I will definitely be visiting Season again when purchasing another mattress. I went into the “Firm” looking for a new bed and I was interested in the “Purple Mattress”. Addie my sales person showed me there display and put me on a Purple mattress with the adjustable base and set it to zero gravity setting and I was instantly sold! The zero gravity setting took all the pressure off of my lower back and made me feel great... Thank you Addie!!!

Was having trouble getting a comfortable bed. Tried several “bed in a box”es. Not quite right. While on vacation we stayed at El Vado in New Mexico. The owner shared the mattress information. We took that and stopped at Mattress firm. One of the salespersons helped us, very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Helped us get to a similar type of bed. The store is very safe, clean and sanitary. They help you, they sanitize each bed you would like to try, pillow to use. And while you are trying out the mattress they walk away and leave you alone to talk. We loved it there and ended up buying not one bed but three. We are not impulsive normally but the salesperson knew her stuff and we decided to update all three bedrooms while we were at it. They Really do need new beds. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Santa Rosa. Ask for Season. She’s great!

I recently moved to Sonoma County and had to purchase a new bed because my bed (2yo) was too big for the room. Because of SIP the showroom was not open. Kevin took my call and walked my through my options after listening to my needs and my likes and dislikes of my current bed. He arranged for his teammate Season to meet me at the store for purchase and pick up. Unfortunately there were issues with picking up a rental truck and I was not able to meet her during the window of time allotted. Season arranged to meet me before the store opened for appointments the following day!This all may not sound like a huge deal, but to me it was! I moved the same week and my husband passed away unexpectedly the first night in our new home. Kevin and Season could easily taken advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. They listened, found an option that was right for me and worked to make sure I was not sleeping on an air mattress.I am truly grateful for this experience!
